My sister in law requested a tow on May 27th, 2021. Her vehicle was disabled on the side of the road. The driver assisted her with a flat bed tow and in the process damaged my vehicle he backed into it and pushed before proceeding forward. Upon trying to reach Joes Tows and their driver Michael who did the damage I was repeatedly told I would be contacted back. Upon finally reaching someone today on July 27th, 2021. The driver proceeded to state he doesnt think he did it and will not have anything to do with it. I will now be contacting any appropriate parties to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.Update 7/28: I in fact did have concern for family. I picked up and took my newborn niece home and was caring for her while my sister awaited a tow. With the weather conditions on a busy highway, pushing her car home personally was not an option. Hence calling for a tow instead because her vehicle would not start. I wasnt aware tow services were intended to come with insults to character and damage to property. I handed you the check because she was caring for her daughter inside of our home and regardless of our situation you were to be paid for the service you provided to her. Just because I handed you payment on her behalf, did not mean I was okay with the damage. I brought the situation to your attention, to which you both downplayed and denied responsibility.

If they tow like they drive, I would go elsewhere! Courtesy goes along way, especially if your name is on the door! Unfortunately, these people do not posses any courtesy, and are quite rude on the phone. West Bend is not a big enough town to be driving like you do!!!!!

Came out to the rescue in a speedy fashion and was very helpful and reasonably priced.
