Great service! When I asked for help I not only got it but they took me right to the aisle and product I asked about. Some places I go shopping are short on help and time and just point me in the right direction; sometimes thats enough but not always. At Menards they took time for me, answered my questions and even checked prices for me and did it respectfully and in a kind and friendly way. I dont often shop at Menards because its such a huge store. I was happy and went home with everything I came for because they helped me to find what I needed. I was very impressed with the high level of service I received there today.

I ordered 20 bags of sand and misc. Items.I was very fortunate to find Devon!!He had my misc. items, and then helped me find the sand and helped load it on my pickup truck.He had a great attitude and even helped another customer, while helping me.I was impressed with his willingness to help and great outgoing attitude!Thanks to employees like Devon, I will continue to shop at Menards.load it onto my pick

Was watching this old grumpy guy in the caulk aisle be totally rude to a one of the sales associates that was being totally professional and patient with him. And knowledgeable, (the guy didnt know what he was talking about). And afterwards that same associate, Heather, from paint dept went out of her way to let me know that I left my wallet in my cart, in the next aisle over. Thank you Heather for you professionalism and courtesy even after dealing with that rude old man. Lol

The one thing they are good at . Went in the yard to pick up materials. I could not fit In 1 load. Came back next day and they said entire list was picked up. Remaining material 3000$. It took 2 hrs for them to finally look at cameras. I told the manager they needed to spend more time training there employees. Response was that the people at the gate arent actually Menards employees. My response yes, I know, neither are the people who send my rebates after 16 weeks. This happens often. Unsatisfactory

My absolute best home improvement store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A great selection of items for everything in and out of your home. Coupled with the rebates they offer and its always the best merchandise and service at the lowest cost.

Went to the garden center with absolutely no employees to help. There were about a dozen other customers looking for help. They also close the Garden center entrance from the parking lot so you have to enter all the way from the other side of the building at the main entrance. If you are disabled, there is no easy access.

Good selection and great service. They even asked if I needed help to the car.

Menards is always a good place to get whatever you need...they even have some groceries and I would have given 5 stars but they have ONE person checking out that is NOT GOOD at customer service. I am sure there have been complaints! Please stop allowing her to mistreat customers!

Walked in the store customer service lady rudely started yelling across the room sir, sir, sir, you have to wear a mask. Had to buy one for $0.49 if you require people to wear a mask you should provide them a mask like the friendly people across the street at The Home Depo. Then once we got to the register my mask was below my nose and the lady refused to check us out. I thought the employees conduct was absolutely over-the-top ridiculous. Walked into numerous companies without a mask this is the first time anyone has ever said anything to me about this. Menards will forever lose my business from this moment forward.

Asked for help finding plumbing parts. The person helping was very knowledgeable. Got in and out of the store faster than I thought. Super pleased and thankful.

Not a place of good cheer ... most of the staff acted like it was an imposition to respond to customer inquiries. The exception was an older well dressed gentleman who was working in building materials helped me find where the standard pine boards were located ... he was a pleasant and helpful chap.Then the advertised sale items were either sold out, sub par, or scattered far and wide throughout the store ... but still it was Menards ... and had the stuff that I needed.

I went into the store AFTER WASHINGTON COUNTY LIFTED THEIR MASK MANDATE, and had a lady tell me I can not be in HER store without a mask. NOT ONLY THAT but she made a family with a AUTISTIC CHILD leave because their daughter cant wear a mask. NEVER EVER WILL THEY GET MY SERVICE.

Great prices, items, even food you cant find in other stores, they have! Example; Sprecher root beer and all the flavors, plus a few new ones, are the cheapest you can find. 11% on everything will be running for quite awhile. I may be bias, I work there, but this IS a cheaper way to shop on alot of items

Clean and they finally got rid of the angry looking security guard at the front door. Its a mask mandate not a prison sentence. Although they have been increasing prices on a majority of the things I buy so I still recommend going to menards AND somewhere else to price hunt. Also, if they have 4 people standing at a desk and NONE of them can answer a simple question, they really should not be working in that department. Hire some knowledgeable folk and pay them more. Stop employing people who dont know what a lag bolt is... laugh out LOUD

Poor customer service skills when addressing customers who are not wearing mask. I had a mask on, but my adult child did not. We were confronted by two store employees, and they stood about 2-3 feet away from us, I guess they dont care about the 6 feet rule. We were treated very disrespectfully, truly appears to be some type of power fetish vs caring about our health and safety. We were not allowed to purchase our items. We were told if you are not able to wear a mask you should shop online and we were asked to leave the store. WOW.

Still a big box store. They have a very good selection of most items. I stopped in just after Labor day, and there were a lot of empty shelves. Most likely restocking for Fall and Winter season.

For truck drivers - entrance is on parkway dr. From w paradise turn onto parkway dr behind the store. Once you enter the yard go past the docks there is a turnaround so you can straight back.

So you want to shop the Garden Center? Then hike a 1/4 mile to the only entrance. Want to by patio blocks? Fill up the cart and hike back into the store because nobody runs the checkouts in the Garden Center. All the while wear a mask so this joke of a store can take your breath away. Never again, idiots

Sadly, Ill need to shop elsewhere until Menards changes their policy on aggressively insisting people wear masks.Based on what Ive seen I think there is a growing number of people that will do the same.

One of my favorite local stores and my go to for any project. Very impressed with employees and how knowledgeable they are of the entire store. Must train their employees really well.

My business now goes to Home Depot across the street where I dont have to deal with a rude store manager embarassing me in front of others to wear a mask and kicking me out of the store. I wish I was able to give them zero stars. The lady at the front was rude. I understand that masks are required but as someone who is unable to wear one, I feel discriminated against. I questioned their policy based on the ADA Act and she told me that they are a private company, they can do what they want. Ummm... no you cant. You have to be ADA compliant, private or not. Discriminate much?

Menards almost always has everything we need, little disappointed this fall though! We have always bought our fire rugs here in fall, not this time. They dont have any and the employees looked at us funny when we asked. Guess its been a while since they have carried them. Also, Im was in search of some new bigfoot poly snow pusher shovels. They dont have these either! The search continues!

There crooks they force you to wear a mask and charge you for it. All other big stores supply them for the costumers. We used to be treated as guests! Now we are treated as pests! I cant take the repeated disrespect, lack of customer service, and utter disregard for my value as a customer! It seems as though the only concern is that I wear a mask and not if I need help finding anything or if Im getting the products Im ordering.In the last 2 months Ive had multiple items delivered to the store that have been broken and not functional, multiple items not shipping with no pending ship dates, as well as multiple items wrongly delivered!I think Ive tried hard enough to make this work but Im done! Sad to say I wont be going to Menards again until things change!

I go to Menards all the time to buy materials for work and for projects at home. It is usually in and out unless you have to go into the yard. I have waited in the yard for 30 mins, 40 mins and even 1 hour for a forklift driver to help me load materials into my trailer and it’s like this at every single Menards I’ve been to. Menards is worth 10 Billion dollars, just a thought but maybe they can pull some money out of there pocket and put some more people and forklifts in the yard to help people. I sometimes go to Fleet Farm instead to get stuff from the yard because I know I will be in and out.

Went by with my fiancee on way to Milwaukee and we bought 80.00 worth of items I felt like the staff was just looking at me and my fiancee her being white and me Mexican like they looked up and down like we were going to steal something they arent really friendly or helpful and you get a weird Vive I wont be coming to this location anymore unless the attitudes change and people are more helpful go accross the street to home Depot better customer service and free wood cutting

Customer service up front were not helpful. They said go over there and print out a receipt. We had know idea what she was talking about or what to do. She finally came over and to show us what we were supposed to do. She was not understanding. The first lady I talked to just told us that that was not a receipt so we were going to go home to see if we missed something on the print out from my online order.

If you ever have issues that require a manager better hope they don’t call Julie. If they call her just walk away leave your items at the register thank the person working the register and go to Home Depot or Fleet Farm. Julie was not able to assist us with our tax-exempt issue and worse yet would not give us a number we could call to resolve it. Her attitude was terrible. It was like she was blaming me for the problem and her knowledge of the issue was non existent. Not sure how they choose who becomes a manager but they should have better customer service skills then Julie.

Everything a DIY person could possibly want. The staff is very helpful with those hard to find items. I needed a specific size bracket, the person that helped me found it right away. My daughter came from New Orleans and wished she had the same store there since she only has the Home Depot.

Horrible experience. Went to buy a little 1.5 gallon shop-vac for my elderly mother. After finding the item I went to check out and found only two cashiers with lines going back to the middle of the store. I just put it back on the shelf and left disgusted. Ive never done that in my life. Poorly managed store.

We Bought over $500 in lumber on Sat that was in stock at the time but to be delivered the following Friday. Wednesday, 5 days later Menards calls me and says there not outa stock!We were livid! That was so wrong! Most places now are outa stock bc of covid19 but we did find what we needed at Grafton Home Depot where the workers were Xtremely helpflul and when we bought our lumber they Immediately set our lumber in there back room til we picked it up later that dsy, so why didnt Menards hold our lumber for us to be picked up at a later date!!This was the West Bend Menards that has no common sense esp knowing lumber is very scarce! Even the store mgr made ridiculous excuses!IDIOTS!

I know this store pretty well, so I didnt have too much trouble finding my light bulb and Gorilla tape. Like most big box stores, they have almost any thing you need. The staff is usually very helpful.

Jeff in the paint department is a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable employee that has been so great about offering suggestions and giving us important information about our current projects. Generally I would give the place 5 stars. Just got out of the hospital and cant walk very fast. the guy walking away from me to Stars generally five star but hes what happens stop that showing me one item he took off like a rabbit turned a corner and was gone. I waited but he never came back.

Went the the west Bend store on Saturday the 29th love the store, but the girl at the checkout line was a Crab! didnt say hi how are you just look mad and then said good night it was only 1:55 her name was Lisa check out number 3 and didnt even bother to tell us about the rebate. I think she could of looked a lot happier if you dont like your job get a new one!. I have been to that store many times so many nice employees some times I guess you just get one that had a bad day but Dont take it out on the customer.

VERY helpful staff!!! Im disabled and needed help putting cases of water in my cart & later loading the water into my vehicle. The staff gladly assisted me. The cashier asked if I would need help loading things into my vehicle as soon as she saw I was using their motorized cart and had heavy items in my cart. Thank you!!!

It is always hard to beat Menards prices which is why I love shopping there! However the West Bend Menards needs better training for their employees. Ive been there countless times and when I have questions it seems that no one is ever able to answer them or point me in the right direction. Once in awhile you are able to find someone that knows what theyre doing and talking about. They are also understaffed in my opinion, that or Im just going at the wrong times of the day. It is hard to find the correct people for each department.Overall its still a pretty good Menards store, they just need to step it up a bit.
