Quality equipment. Well maintained. My go to place for renting small backhoes, stump grinders, aerial lifts, etc.

Havent had any problems renting equipment here. Only thing I dont like is my total travel time to rent here (45-60 min to get home & back for return) can be 1/4 of my rent window.

The staff here was amazing. My pick up and drop off were painless. Definitely get the damage waiver. I highly recommend Equipment rentals for all your rental needs.

Equipment rentals was great to work with getting a tent, tables, chairs, table clothes, and lights for our wedding. They were very responsive to both calls and emails and answered all our questions quickly. They set up a delivery time that worked for me and then after the event they were here right away Monday morning to take it all down. We hardly had to do any work ourselves other than putting the tables and chairs where we wanted them.

Have rented a lot over the years and everything always works great! I once was doing a job and the tool I rented did not do want I wanted it to do, but the owner sent me home with two other options and it worked and didnt charge me extra! Now that is great customer service. Everyone is friendly! I enjoy renting from Equipment Rentals they always have what I need!!!

Love the drop off and pick up option for the equipment! Have used equipment rentals for two different events and have been satisfied both times! Fair pricing and good customer service. The younger boys who pick up and drop off could be a little more professional but otherwise I’ll be coming back for future events :)

I always have a great experience with renting here. Needed a nail gun and nails and the staff was friendly and asked the proper questions about what I needed to make sure I was renting the proper gun. Very helpful.

The tent, tables, chairs and linens were delivered on time! The tent looked great and worked well. So much less stress knowing Equipment Rentals had it all handled. Service is always good and prices are more than fair. Have done business with eqrents for over 10 years and I will continue to spend my money to support locally owned and run businesses. Both locations Westbend and Hartford are equally good.

Our wedding was on Labor Day weekend. When our other rental company for a dance floor and staging backed out at the last minute, we were left scrambling. Other rental agencies were very frustrating with terrible communication, delays in returning phone calls or not listening to/answering our questions.Colin at Equipment Rentals was fantastic at listening, providing complete answers to questions, even when I had to call him back several times because the only dance floor option they had remaining available wasn’t the ideal solution for us and I wanted to investigate other options. When I finally realized that ER was our best option, particularly because of their customer service, we rented with them.Colin took the time to explain all of the setup and work through logistics with us. Other warehouse personnel were pleasant. Pickup and return was easy and reliable. I have rented several pieces of equipment from Equipment Rentals - most recently a Harley Rake. They have always had my rental equipment ready to go when and where I needed it and have been helpful in loading/unloading and making sure I understand how to use the equipment. Our company rents equipment from 4 different providers depending upon specific needs or location of projects. Equipment Rentals provides the best service in my opinion, along with accurate scheduling and invoicing!

Ive used Equipment Rental several times and they have always been fast knowledgeable and friendly. When I needed guidance on using a 50 lift for the first time they were very helpful.

When you go to a gas station or grocery store to exchange your propane tank for a full one, you are only getting 15 pounds in your tank. When you go to equipment rental you get 20 lbs at $0.80 a pound calculate it, its a lot better deal.

Had an insulation vacuum, rental was a great price. Make sure you decline the insurance right away if you dont need it... They wont tell you about that.

Weird place with a difficult pickup system. The three people who helped load our inflatable into the truck were just inexperienced high schoolers who had no idea what they were doing. One almost threw out his back and myself and the other person picking it up with me had to do most of the work. It was irritating and an ordeal. Then when we began to set it up, we realized we were given the wrong instructions. Being 45 minutes from the shop, we had to figure it out ourselves. Frustrating experience.

There was a misunderstanding about return date for the rented item. They double charged me and called after the fact with an attitude. Never even told me they were charging me when they did. Could have treated me like a customer, it was a miscommimication. Woman was nasty and rude right away. Will not use again because service was horrible.
