I was apprehensive about getting hearing aids, even though I knew I needed them. Brandy at the West Bend location was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions before I had to ask. She made me feel at ease with this big decision. I was so excited when I could come back only two days to pick up my new hearing aids and learn how to use them. I am so happy I dont have to ask my family to repeat themselves to me anymore. I couldnt be more happy with the service I received at Hearing Life. I highly recommend this business.
