I run HearingLife on West Bend South Main and received our prints today. Thanks to Lisa for leaving a wonderful note for us to “Have a Great Day”!!! Let’s not forget the customer service is the backbone of all businesses.

The customer service you receive @ Office Max in West Bend is wonderful.Carrie at the Fedex counter has helped me a couple of times now and she is always friendly and professional. She even used a coupon to get me a better rate! Cheaper than going USPS too!

I’ve only been to the Grafton Office Max before going to this location yesterday. The customer service was like night and day in comparison. I was assisted by four different associates and each one was kind and helpful! Lisa in print was enthusiastic and did a great job on what I needed. Great staff all around! Would highly recommend this store and their print department.

Friendly & helpful staff. However, there is NO UPS service. Apparently Google has been asked to not list it as such but it still comes up. Get with it Google!

Bought a Hewlett Packard printer due to our current one breaking. I bring the new on home and hook it up a week later due to being out of town, and half the functions dont work. I call the West Bend store and the associate tells me I can not exchange it and I have to call their customer support. I call Hewlett Packard and a month later I still do not have a functioning printer or a replacement. I get the run around on both ends and have wasted 8 hours of my life getting nowhere with Office Max, or Hewlett Packard. Office Max doesnt even work with you on a return or exchange when it doesnt even function after bringing it home within a week! Buyer beware!!

I was in the West Bend Store about 6weeks ago, simply to buy ink. I was not greeted nor helped in anyway. I regret going to this store. They only had ONE black ink cartridge and NO color cartridges for my printer. So much for being an office supply store. I use to work for this store; so I know what is expected of employees. Often Manager was “in my ear” telling me to “see if X customer needed help”...even if I was knee deep in something else. She DID not even greet me or ask if I needed help. I had to go elsewhere for my color cartridge.A day or so later a received an email from Office Max asking about my store experience. I gave them my honest opinion of my “store experience “. The of West Bend store replied to my survey via email. She told me how my “opinion was wrong”. I’m sorry, you asked for my opinion. She should have not been the person to reply to me as she was rude, snobbish and mean. However, at that point I let it go.I have/had a dear friend who also works at this store. She called me several weeks later stating she needed to talk to me “because she has a heavy heart”. I agreed and we were to get together within a few days. She kept canceling our plans to meet for 15 DAYS!!! This alone stressed me out as I am “high anxiety”. Finally we meet. And she told me that I was wrong, unkind and an angry person. I should have ended our friendship right there as she has not really been that great of a “friend”.After her visit I was upset that my name was shared with everyone in that store. I gave an honest opinion of how I felt . I didn’t know my name would be attached to review or be shared with entire store or that my friend would be so bitter about it. So, I contacted Corporate. The first person I talked to was very sorry that this experience happened and would execute this to a higher level. I should expect to hear from some one in 2-3 days. It took 2 Weeks for someone to get back to me. After our conversation I told her i regretted going in that store that day and would not be returning as long a current manager was manager at any office max store.I did message my “friend “ and told her what was going on. She replied by ending our friendship...over my giving my honest opinion.Office Max only wants “good reviews “ otherwise they will tell you that you are “wrong”.I will never shop at any office max again.Hopefully my so called friend will come around, as our husbands are also friends.Don’t shop Office Max. In the future I will be getting my office supplies from a online retailer who knows what “good customer service”is.

FAXING NOT AT OFFICE max.I have used there faxing service for years and the cost per sheet as I remember was around a dollar. I went today and was shocked. $2.49 per page. So my 10 page document would have cost me $25.00. Sorry Office Max I will shop online from now.

Lisa in the printing department is fantastic! I had some birthday invites printed, and they didn’t turn out as I expected. Lisa quickly made the change and re-printed while being incredibly friendly. Wonderful customer service. I will be back for other printing in the future!

I went there to make copies. There were not many customers. The lady was very helpful showing me how to operate there new copier. They had many specials around the store including brand new office chairs only 79.00. I would highly recommend there store and services.

Whenever I need copies, ink, whatever is related to force supplies - I go to office Max. The employees are very helpful and if they do not have an answer for you, will ask around. Prices can be a bit higher but there sales are fantastic.

The staff try their hardest to help you in the store, if they cant they will order it for you to be delivered to your home or picked up in store, in many cases at no extra charge. If you cant find what you want they will usually suggest a place where you might be able to.

Be careful getting phone repair done. My daughter got her screen replaced this summer at Office Max. Upon picking up the phone the manager Amy confessed to me she just got trained and my daughter’s phone was her first repair. Ever since she has been having trouble with the phone (muffled sound, home button sunk, battery dies immediately after charging) but it has been 3 months so we’re stuck with the damage.

The guy was very friendly and understanding. He know what what we exactly needed. I would recommend going there for any computer.

Amy was very helpful. There was another young man working and they handled the front very professionally.

Very helpful staff. Extremely expensive overnight shipping rates and not many times that go out daily. Brought in pkg at 9 AM and was too late for overnight shipping to place 5 hours from origin.

Lisa worked my print job into her schedule today, before going home. She did an excellent job on our project. In the future, I now know how to fit into her schedule to meet each of our needs.

Great OfficeMax in West Bend. Cashier was very helpful, even loaded a ream of paper into my cart. Great prices too!

COPY DEPARTMENT RIP OFF: DOUBLE THE PRICE FOR COPIES AT THE DESK. $.20 FOR BLACK AND WHITE. I just paid $14.50 for 75 prints!! Self copy stations - Dont bother. Their new automated system is the most inefficient process and a waste of time. System has to reset for every single copy you make, unless you are making several cppies of one single page. Last time it locked up after receiving my CC info. I have never had an issue in other areas or the staff. Going to Minuteman from now on.

Large store; have shopped several times here. Print help desk (lunchtime visit)was under qualified this year, but everyone was very nice and pleasant.

I went in today with the intent on buying a new all-in-one computer to replace my 3-year-old Dell that has gotten really, really slow and loses internet connection all the time. Salesperson Amy was awesome. She asked why I was looking to replace only a 3-yo computer. When I explained my issue, she offered several alternatives to spending over $600 to solve my issues. This is the first time an associate has ever tried guiding me away from spending a bunch of money if it wasnt necessary. Huge KUDOS Amy!!!! While I did end up buying a new computer because im spoiled and when I get something in my head that I want, I usually buy it, Amy did everything possible to try finding much less expensive options to solve my issues.

Manager was very rude. Came in this morning and he was very condescending and rude. Will never return.

Very disappointed online says they do UPS no they do FedEx waited for 5 minutes for a lady to tell me this while she waited on two other people that got there after me, and I found her to be very rude will not be back in the store

Positive. They assisted in corrected a problem we had. I recommend them from supplies and etc.
