I had an old desktop computer that wasnt working. All my digital music (among other things) was on this system-no backup, and the operating system was no longer served by MS. Collett nstalled a new operating system and media player, created a backup drive, checked everything to ensure proper function, and had it back to me in a couple days! Ive been enjoying my music library ever since.

They were extremely helpful in retrieving information from an old PC. They saved my bacon, and I learned a lesson in backing up my information. Thanks so much! I will use them for any and all future IT needs.

I cant say enough about them--wonderful to work with. They keep you informed as to how things are going and get things done so quickly compared to other places. I have a Mac computer and had about given up on finding anyone who would even touch it much less know how to work on it. I now have a computer that is running like a brand new one.I highly recommend them to anyone needing any computer work--not only will it get done quickly but also at a reasonable cost.

I called Collett Systems LLC and the person who helped me out was very knowledgeable and patient. He worked with me step by step until my problem was fixed. I recommend this service to everyone.
