Elizabeth (personal banker) is EXTREMELY rude. Do not recommend going to South Main St location if you have to deal with personal banking issues or changes. I’d try the other location here in West Bend on Washington St for better service. Front desk personnel is amazing, helpful, kind. Elizabeth however, is not whatsoever. Thanks for ruining my day🙃
After giving them a try again, banking with Westbury for just a short few months now. I unfortunately will be closing my checking account and will not be banking with them again. A few months ago, I paid off a late fee I had with them from awhile back I paid up to make things right, and decided to open up a checking account. Recently I was hospitalized for a brief period and my account was drawn negative a small .50 cents. Due to not having my phone I was unaware that Westbury charged a $7.00 per day negative balance charge everyday the account is negative, so after noticing I had my mother put $20.00 in my account while I was unable to attend too it. When I finally was out of the hospital I noticed the account was still negative and when I called the banker told me there was nothing they could do despite me making things correct in the past. I am currently unemployed so correcting this will take some time and I feel as if this bank just looks at what they can charge the customers for. I will never bank here again unfortunately!
Should be lower than 1/5. Do not use this bank if you have the choice..... There was fraud attached to my account once I moved out of town and they didnt correct the theft efficiently. Extremely greedy beyond any bank I have experienced and what people normally have to deal with... I was getting overdraft fees due to pandemic and situations beyond my control. Still waiting to talk with a Senior consultant, Josh Smith, about the situation, but with the lounge closed...I have not gotten the time of day...just more fees at the worst possible time.
