Well anyone who ends up here wants the quickest, efficient, most reliable equipment. The WB technician has never been late, and knows his system and components front to back. I would be out before my appointment time was over if I didn’t enjoy the chit chat. When faced with a consequence like so, do yourself a favor and make the best of it with the great customer service Ray brings along with it.

The guy who works at the shop in west bend is awesome, super friendly, helpful, answers questions without being condescending. Their customer service or whoever operates the phones (typically women) on the other hand? Absolute trash, disrespectful, asks questions but when you answer they cut you off and talk over you, they hang up on you. Zero sense of professionalism.

If you drink and drive I highley recomend. Going here Ray loves Volkswagens
