Been to many other shops in west bend but This is the best service I have dealt with. They aren’t here for your money. They are here to help you without breaking more parts on your car like a lot of other shops in the area. I’ve had my car here 3 separate times and they have all been excellent experiences.

They arent cheap ... but if you want Your car diagnosed correctly (which is more than half the battle) ... then you might want to take your car to Rogers Automotive Services before spending hundreds of dollars elsewhere on unneeded repairs that dont actually solve your problem ... only to be faced with additional costly repairs ahead.So if you want it Done Right ... the First Time ... then these are the guys to see.

I received excellent service at this automotive repair shop. No complaints at this Saturday and my car runs great.

This is the third time Ive used them. They are straight forward and honest people. They do top notch work for a fair price. Its the only place in town Ill use.

Todd and his crew have worked on my cars several times and they are fantastic. I always feel he will be up front with me and will do as he says. No BS, just good work at a fair price. They wont fix anything that doesnt need fixing and will let you know of any issues that may come your way. I wont go anywhere else!

Straight up auto repair. What I like is they explain whats going on. No pressure to fix things that may not make sense for the age if a vehicle.

We had a new radiator put in our 10 year old Camry. The car has over 220,000 miles and we brought it to Rogers to find out what it needed after we started having problems. Rogers looked it over and told us we needed a new radiator so we had one installed. The price was fair and best of all, it never felt like they were pushing us to have other things fixed in the car. It was so nice to deal with a group of people that were upfront and didnt hide a bunch of costs or manipulate us into doing work that wasnt needed.

Rogers was able to fix my car right away without an appointment. They also let me know in advance about what the price would be and asked permission before repairing the car to make sure I was okay with that. I appreciate their honest work and their business.

Wont go anywhere else

I found that Rogers had one of most reasonable price estimates when I needed to have my radiator replaced, and I went to get several estimates from various companies in the area. They were able to work around my schedule, were knowledgeable when I had questions, and friendly. Id go there again.

Went in with a flat tire and found out there was a cracked rim to blame. The Schmidts went over and above researching different options for our 2002 Lexus to give us a cost effective solution. The customer service was excellent and the communication was very timely. They worked with us to gather as much information in advance before the vehicle was towed there and made a stressful situation as smooth as possible. I would trust this honest, family-owned business with any of our vehicles. Thank you!

If you are looking for staff that have been in the business for a long time and understand good work then Rogers Automotive Services is the automotive shop you need. I work with Susan and her team and they always do good work for me. I highly recommend them.

Took my schwinn to Todd to see about getting my front tire patched and the oil changed. Todd quickly patched my tire for free and honestly admitted to me that he can not change my oil because I do not own a car. Honesty and service you dont get these days.

We have some older and slightly unusual cars that my kids are driving now. So finding a quality mechanic was paramount. Not only the concern for safety but willing to find reasonably priced parts while keeping with the highest repair standards possible, and Rogers has taken care of all of that.

A friend recommended I visit Rogers Automotive Services for a repair and I am glad i followed the recommendation. Everyone at Rogers are great. They are honest people to do business with.

I went to this shop about a month ago to have my air conditioning fixed on my car. Both of the mechanics were very friendly & courteous people. When I left the shop & turned it on, it did seem to be blowing colder air, however it was only about 50 degrees outside, so it was hard to tell. Fast forward to today, when it is now 86 degrees out & Im needing to run my a/c all day, it is only slightly colder than if I were to have the windows down. Not a big deal, I figured I would just swing by the shop on my way home & have someone take a look at it if they had time, as the repairs were covered under warranty. And it was then that I encountered the rudest woman that under no circumstances should be working with the public. She gave me attitude from the moment I walked in, didnt smile, & barked yes? at me. Okay, maybe shes having a bad day, so I politely explained the situation. The staff had been super nice to us the first time around, so I wasnt going to let one grouchy person cloud my opinion of an otherwise good experience. So she then proceeded to chastise me for not bringing my car in sooner if I thought it wasnt cold enough air & thought it was really odd that I was even bothering to complain about it now. Keep in mind, this was the first warm day of the year where i even needed to run the a/c & I spent $1400 to have it fixed, so one would assume that the problem would be solved. So not wanting to seem odd again I decided to take her advice & complain about my experience immediately, on the internet, for all to see. She then proceeded to point out that um, clearly tomorrow is Friday & since our parking lot is full of cars were way too busy to do anything about it before Monday, if youre lucky. I cant decide if this woman is the dumbest person alive or if she just has balls the size of church bells, but either way, if shes the owner, she just lost a customer & many more to come once this review hits the internet & if shes an employee, then she should lose her job since shes not doing the company any favors & is an eyesore in general. I will be dropping my car off on Monday to have it fixed, & if they try to claim it isnt covered under warranty & apology isnt issued for their staffs rude behavior, my next stop will be the BBB.

I had my vehicle in for service on June 11th. Like always I wasnt disappointed. Service was fast and I know when I drive away everything is done right. I will only trust my vehicle with Todd and his crew.

Very friendly and accommodating but I doubt that I will go back. They charged me $29 to change a tail light. It took two men 5 minutes. I almost fell over.
