Very lively and fun team that welcomed me in and out in 10 minutes. Would recommend this for its price point and customer care.

I typically like the service that Take 5 offers. If you visit when their bays are free, they get you in and out in under 15 minutes. The staff at this location is courteous and friendly.I dropped two stars because of their company policy - if a particular oil type is unavailable or the machine is broken as they claim, they dont tell you until after a hard-sell to upgrade to a different oil type, by which time youre already in the bay with the oil cap off and feeling pressure to just pick one and be accommodating. Id much rather have had them tell me upfront before I accepted the free bottle of water.Curiously, only the cheapest oil type was unavailable. And when I went to another Take 5 location to get the oil change, I mentioned my experience to the tech there who rolled his eyes and said he hears that from a ton of other customers. So Take 5 West Allis is either not fixing their equipment in time, or they are using high-pressure sales tactics to get their customers to upgrade to a more expensive oil type.Like I said, courteous and friendly staff though!

The service was impeccable with this new team. It was so good, I felt like I was a customer in a Take 5 commercial. Lol

They even replaced the air stem caps on my tires...it may seem minute but attention to detail is appreciated!!! Great group of Guys

No wait early in the morning. They do try and upsell you a bit but its worth it for how fast youre in and out. I wish they did emissions testing like Fast Track did, though!

From the first time I drove in i was treated like royalty. Awesome customer service. Asked if I wanted a water bottle. At the end the manager came by and asked how everything was. Will be going back

The 1st time I went here they dumped oil all over my nice clean engine.The 2nd time I went here in a different new vehicle they dented the drivers door with the window squeegee.I waited 4 days for the manager to call me back with a resolve, no call.So Im leaving this review.Not that I will ever go there again, but they didnt offer to fix it or even offer me a free oil change.So the bottom line is, dont take your vehicle here if you care about it at all. You will have a bunch of inexperienced people learning on your vehicle.

Excellent, fast and friendly service! They asked toward the end of my oil change if I wanted my windshield wipers replacing, someone standard practice. But when I said I already had some they were in my trunk, they said get them out, well install them for you free of charge. This is the third time Ive been, the first time I took my car and immediately came home, turned right around and took my wifes car! Ive been to two different locations now and had top notch service from both! Ill definitely be returning.

The techs were very professional and courteous. I was especially pleased with the proficiency and timeliness of the two gentlemen who serviced my vehicle. I will be bringing my vehicle to this location from this day forward.

The worst oil change I’ve ever had. New techs did not know what they where doing. Over filled the oil and sprayed my whole engine and front end. Check oil light came on as I drove away. The worst oil change I’ve ever paid for. So upset!

They were fast and efficient! Excellent service all around! They checked and filled all of my fluids, tires, and filters. They include FREE top offs on all fluids for the next 3 months and 3000 miles with every service! Made proper recommendations but were not pushy about it! Highly recommend! Well worth the money to know that everything was done right! Great quality of service!

Was expecting a 10 minute oil change and ended up being there for 30 maybe even 40 minutes.

The folks are awesome. Everytime I come and mynlitle boy is with me they offer fruit snacks and bottled water. They will show the oil level on the stick when they are completed and were able to stop in between oil changes for a fluid top off.Good folks. Need an oil change you deserve their great service.Jeff

Very professional guys who took the time to explain the oil rates and plans. Also suggested the oil plan for a high mileage vehicle which I have 288,000 mi on my truck. Was very upfront on what I need. The guys explained I didnt need high price oil from my car dealership. Just needed low price oil for a high mileage vehicle. To add, checked my vehicle for a small oil leak and was only in there for 15 minutes. Super 👍🏽 for drive thru.

I went to this location on a Friday afternoon, thinking I could get in and out fast because they had three operating bays. After waiting about 10 minutes, I got into an open bay, only to find out that of the three bays, there was only one person doing the oil changes. After about 20 - 25 minutes, it was my turn. The guys started working on the car, topping off the fluids and such. After another 10 minutes, the manager (?) told me they can not get the filter off with out removing the tire. WHAT? I said I had never anyone tell me that they had to do that with this car. This is a 93 Buick. I used to take it to Scrub A Dub for oil changes but they were pretty busy that day, so I thought I would try a different place. Well, never again. So now I have new oil in the vehicle with an old oil filter.It seems like they did not want to put the effort in to getting the filter off. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Youll probably be happier.

These guys are great and very courteous to their customers. They have good communication with each other as they maneuver around your vehicle. Get you back on the go in no time. Im very pleased with them. Check it out for yourself.

Employees were very nice. Did a full service oil change checked all my fluids. The only bad thing was the price. $68 for an oil change is a little high. And thats with 25% off.

The guys were very professional and courteous. There were quite a few cars that came up after I had being there a few minutes. I just knew they would try to rush me through to satisfy them but they didn’t. That was outstanding. Rather I was inside or out give me the attention I deserve. They did and I’m grateful! The crew really took good care of me. Made sure I understood any changes I should make, showed me the oil filter told how much life I have left before replacing it. Everything was great and very professional. Definitely my new place for oil changes.

This is my go to place, the employees are helpful and i was offered water on a hot day. I am more on the fence of a 3.5 star review, because even at a discount, I paid $50 for an oil change, but they did give me a good recommendation and didnt upsell the more expensive oil change. They do seem to know what theyre doing though and were helpful, Im a new driver and got my first oil change and they were really understanding even though they were understaffed.

Ive never written taken the time to write a bad review, but theres a first time for everything. Not a good experience, whatsoever. I came in for an oil change and was greeted by an associate saying sorry bro and something to the effect that they were not open until 9:00 AM and that he didnt know what time it was. I looked at the clock and informed him that it was 8:59 AM. I brushed it off and pulled around out back and another associate greeted me to open the hood. He couldnt have checked out the engine for more than 15 seconds before he instructed me that I had a gasket loose, therefore they couldnt change the oil without additional costs. I went to another place later and got my oil changed with no problems.

Ive been to this location several times and the staff are always kind, efficient, and informative. They do push to sell things but they arent annoying about it and do seem like they want whats best for the customer.

I’ve been going to Fast Track for years and live in Hales Corners. The guy said it was $42 for a standard oil change. I asked if they had a deal. One guy told me $10 off. The oil change was done and the guy at the register said he couldn’t find the $10 off . They tried increasing the price after the oil change was done. Totally not how to run a business. Don’t get a service here. He then said under his breath you’re not a new customer. My oil will never be changed here again.

The oil change was good but they didn’t top of my coolant. I asked if they top it off and they said yes. However I had to go the next day to buy coolant because I found it they didn’t top it off.

Does vehicle registration emissions testing, but only when it’s convenient for them. 8-4, Monday - Thursday.What’s the point of doing emissions tests at a place that’s got later hours if you can’t get in past 4 or on a Friday? People work and it takes about 5 minutes to hook the car up to the machine and spit out the results.

First of all the line today was so long and took forever. I asked him please to check my tires because they were low and they said that was part of the service they would do that. I didn’t see them do it so I asked again. He said he did them. No he did not I had to stop and get air in all my tires are only 25 pounds and my tires are supposed to be 32 pounds. Plus for mobile $94 I could’ve got the mobile one oil change done and the tires rotated for that same price at Hales Park Automotive. The only differences this was a convenient to get it oil done No tire rotation and no air put in the tires I would never go back to this place again

I have been coming to this service center for years, but not again. Nick the technician was clearly not interested in my business or customer service. He spent more time telling me why they ask people to not wait in the vehicle, as if I was an inconvenience. I have been here no less than 30 times and have never once been asked to leave my car. More likely, he didn’t want me watching what they were or were not doing to my car!Caution: always stay with your vehicle!!!I know it’s just an oil change but for 70.00 I expected a lot more! Great service always awesome workers there

So I used to swear by be a loyal customer, but the past 3 days have changed my opinion. On friday I went to your location #570 for an oil change and emissions check. I was told that they do not do emissions on Friday or Saturday. The employee urged me to come in on Sunday, which I did today. So now they didnt have a tech on site to do the test, but I could try another location a few miles away. So I drove to the suggested location only to find them closed and signage on all the doors no emissions testing today. Thanks guys. Im driving around in the snow in dangerous conditions for no service. I did go to a competitor and had everything taken care or in less than 30 minutes.

Very friendly and courteous service, but no checks of the headlights, brake lights, taillights, etc. with the basic oil change we got, it might come with a more comprehensive package. All other service was great!

I came to get an oil change, and my trunk was stuck so instead of even looking in the car to see what was wrong they just sent me away. Got home and I just couldnt pull it hard enough my boyfriend got it so easly.

Went to this location & Joe (a technician) realized my serpentine belt was very worn & close to snapping off. He advised I get it taken care of right away. What he didnt know is I had planned on driving to Fondulac that evening. I appreciate him being very thorough in his initial inspection! Thanks Joe!

Everyone was so friendly with me and my daughter. It was a really hot day and they offered water and snacks.

Had to return a day later because the oil plug and filter werent on tight, resulting in half the new oil leaking out. Also antifreeze leaking out now. During the second oil change I had to wait 45 minutes to get, the tech claimed he saw no antifreeze leak, that it was probably windshield washer fluid. Amazed that their techs dont know the smell and color of antifreeze. Its still leaking, and will have to get it repaired elsewhere.

Ive gone here a few times and Ive always been pleased with the service. Their oil change service is fast, professional, and very reasonable in price. I also went here for emissions testing. The testing was fast and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

After getting an oil change here, I went on vacation to Montana. The heat shield under the oil access point came loose - bolts left off or loose by the staff at this place. Thankfully, there was a Toyota dealership near by to save the day. But had to take two hours out of my vacation to address it. This place also left gooey fingerprints on my windshield after I soent $50 to get it washed. They messed up my dashboard display. If the heat shield had come off it could have caused more damage to my car. I am lucky it didn’t. I won’t be going back here. They didn’t leave my vehicle in better shape than they found it.

Really nice people, and relatively fast service. The last time I went there was a few years ago and my oil change was about $25, I just went there today and the oil change costed $62. I dont think I’ll ever be doing that again!

They were nice and fast but I have never in my life paid this much for an oil change. If it wasn’t something I just wanted to get it done and out of the way I’d have turned around. $70.00! I usually go on 20th and Oklahoma and spend almost $30 less for a change, fluids, and a full wash. Never again.
