I stopped by this facility early in the morning and there were no cars waiting. James, my technician was very reknowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to understand what I needed from my car to operate at its best. I was able to get a few things done that I needed done to my vehicle and James said a great job answering all my questions. He took his time, was friendly, and did a great job in providing me with the knowledgeneeded to gain the best value. I am now a club member and it makes sense to be one. Thanks James!

Brought my Kia in for an oil change and had to pull my car into the bay at an angle which I have done 1000 times without incident but the technician started yelling and laughing at me saying I almost drove into the oil (which I didn’t I can see) after he said that I can see it his reply was “no you can’t” as he laughed I thought it was hilarious that someone I am paying to do a job really wanted to argue with me and make a scene just shut up and do your job. He showed a huge lack of enthusiasm during the whole process and kept giving me dirty looks. Hilarious.

Wow! What a great, fast, professional experience my first time here was. The whole team was skillful and courteous and Jesse was very helpful in understanding and explaining what I needed. My vehicle was overdue for a few things and I ended up having far more work done than I normally would in a single trip, and I feel much more confident in my travels now. They removed the “spring latch” for the hood of my car, and then tried to shut it…but it stayed slightly ajar. They told me that I could go to any auto parts store, and say that I needed a spring latch for my hood (their exact words). I went to five, and none of them knew what it was. For four weeks, I drove like this before I finally just bought a new car. For Scrub-A-Dub to do this act of malice and put me in danger is absolutely despicable. Every time I drove, I was terrified of my hood flying open on me. Do not go there unless you want to potentially leave in danger.

Peter was simply amazing informative he was just extremely knowledgeable of what I need it done in my vehicle I had told him I felt like my vehicle was stuttering when I would push the gas... He recommended a fuel cleaner and in oil cleaner he also showed me online where they were coupons. I also got a great deal on my oil change and my back windshield wiper I can’t think him enough for all of his knowledge and for not taking advantage of the situation I will be coming back for sure!!!!

Quick in and out oil change. Explained the requirements of my new car really well and all pricing items made sense. In and out for an oil change in less than 15 minutes with no appointment.

I’ve always really liked this location, but this time they convinced me I needed an “oil flush”. The way It was presented, I assumed It would be beneficial to have It done. After the service I looked It up, and It turns out GM says this service will void my warranty. Great. Not only did they sell me a service I didn’t need, they’ve screwed me over when my engine will inevitably fail in three weeks as a result of this service. Why offer a service that manufacturers don’t recommend?

While I frequently get my car washed here, it doesnt rinse off the car or dry it enough. This leads to spots all over the car and windshield. It does wash the car well! And the attendants are all friendly and helpful.

I came here on 10/31 for an oil change and car wash. I didn’t get the man’s name but I was infatuated with his work ethic and service. He went out his way to check everyones lights while we were all still in line waiting to be serviced. This helped limit everyone’s wait time. His work ethic and service is the perfect fit for the company.

I always go here to clean out my car, and get a car wash. Tonight 5/22/20 I went late, it’s the start of Memorial Day weekend and I went there after hours to vacuum out my car before leaving town. It was after 8PM. The manager was still there but lights were off and I knew he was ready to go. I certainly didn’t expect him to stay. I’m not sure if it’s policy, but he stayed there until I was done. I felt so safe and appreciative of that. Whoever that manager is, he’s a great employee who goes the extra mile.

It was a great experience like always recently got a new vehicle brought it in for oil change good service from the lube tech Joe he was very knowledgeable and gave me and my wife a lot of information about the vehicle we got definitely will be a returning customers! I’ve been coming to this place a couple times this was my third and last time I spent close to a $150 for an oil change just totally suggestive selling on things I truly didn’t need I also posted the price I paid on Facebook and the comment section was overloaded with negative feedback on how this joint prey on women I will never come back and spend my money with them and wouldn’t recommend hem to anyone the only thing I got was a free $8 car wash

I had a great expeirience at Scub-A-Dub. James helped me pick from a menu of options what I needed and helped me to understand their findings and suggestions after popping the hood. Overall I feel like I got a great value and wonderfully quality service. Will certainly be a return customer. Also shout out to the associate who I did not catch his name but just from seeing the dog hair on my seats knew I was a dog owner and chatted me up about it. Certainly the extra mile.

When entered through the car wash, I was met with a middle aged man that just felt like he was not in an good mood. When I went to put my truck to aline with the track he yelled.. SLOW SLOW DOWN..this gave me a feeling of rudeness and over all uncomfortable vibe. I wasn’t even pressing on the gas that much to even move... I wish to not take part again here..

Never do reviews, especially not for an oil change but they went above and beyond! I asked if they could just check to make sure my oil didnt look discolored or off, and they had several people check and ask me about the concern and helped me get to the root of the problem and even did a coolant flush for me on the spot in under a half hour! Every other place said it would take hours if not all day! So quick and attentive and EXTREMELY reasonable price:)

Came in for an oil change and they took excellent care of me on Thanksgiving.

These guys are genuine, hard working people who simply want to do a good job for their customers. Even when the line is long, someone will step out of the garage to check in with each person in line. This isnt the case at every oil change facility!

Great prices although average wash. This was my first time going through an automated car wash so I did not know what my expectations should be. That being said the car came out appearing clean but a large amount of dirt residue left on many parts of the car. Would certainly return but would suggest a longer wash cycle to completely clean your car in the winter months.

Got the premium wash with bug removal after driving across the country, and my car still looks exactly the same as before the wash. Staff was helpful and friendly but my car didn’t get washed...

Told me that I had to put synthetic oil in my car to the tune of $100. I checked my owners manual which did not indicate I needed synthetic. They insisted on it, so I went along reluctantly. Since then I had the oil changed and found that my oil pan was stripped because of their shotty work. Will never go there again. I found much better service at a dealer at a much better price. In the case of Scrub a dub you dont get what you pay for!

Go here for an oil change! Start to finish it was professional, easy, and informative. The mechanics explained what was going on kindly and didnt mind questions. Plus they didnt try to unjustifiably upcharge me on items. My kind of shop, thanks guys!

Jesse did a great job to accommodate my last minute before close arrival. Got it done fast and super friendly! Definitely recommend coming here! He even had to stay after close to get it all taken care of and never complained at all in fact was super cool about it!

So i got a full synthetic oil Change and i was giving a free car wash voucher but when i went to use the free car wash voucher i was told i couldnt and had to pay full price. I am really upset about this.
