Been here for 40 minutes. Hundreds of dollars missing. My online account shows it as transferring to nowhere when I sent it to my BMO Savings account. They asked me to come inside. Im high risk and this is MUCH longer than 15 minutes. Its always slow here, and it was a week long struggle to open a simple checking account. But now missing money? Guess Im here to close my account. Filing complaint with BBB and may do more. Its like a trip to a 90s McDonalds. There are 8 people here who have been trying to get a resolution as long as me, and 6 bankers. How??
Extremely rude tellers! Go to any other BMO
I hate to give them one star, but I have to. The ladies are always so nice, but they take about 15 minutes per car. If you’re going to be drive thru only, then don’t take so long. I’m consistently late to work because of this. They don’t open until 9:30. Even if you’re in line at 9:20, you’ll still end up not getting out until around 10.
Staff is rude and incredibly slow. I have never had such a terrible experience at a bank.
We were in the drive thru line at 11:59am, and after waiting for 10 minutes a bank employee comes out to let us know that we will not be attended. Horrible customer service at its prime.
I have no idea how this bank stays in business. Not just this branch but the company as a whole. Everything related to customer service is 10x harder than it has to be. Just try to get a simple question about your mortgage answered - when I did it, I had to call 4 times and it took over two weeks of waiting for call backs!. There actions are pretty simple to understand though, if it costs the bank time and energy they avoid it at all costs, but if they can charge you with a fee or something they do that immediately. AVOID this bank. I switched to Landmark and can already tell the differences!
The frontline teller team may be the most incompetent collection of employees in Milwaukee.Went to the branch to request a payoff quote on an auto note. Took nearly 20 minutes to get a quote and process payment, only to find that the teller miscalculated the amount due and overcharged me. Ill apparently be mailed a refund.BMO can do better. Ill never visit this branch again.
I tried stopping at the drive thru because it was after 5pm but before 5:30pm. (A lot of times I dont get off work till after 5pm) I tried going through the drive thru on my riding bike (I bike for exercise and to save wear on my car) and the representative (didnt get her name) told me she couldnt help me because I wasnt in a motorized vehicle. I told her another time another representative let me go thru the drive thru on my bike but she wouldnt budge. I felt she could have been a little more gracious and said Ill do it this time, but next time youll need to be in a motorized vehicle to go through the drive thru.Im considering dropping my account with Bmo Harris.
Make sure you have about 30 minutes to spare. Each transaction takes about 15-20 minutes.
Helpful staff but perpetually short-handed.
