My iPhone XS Max lcd screen went out so I called the store on 07/19/2020 around 3:40 pm and spoke with associate Juan. I asked him what the repair cost would be and he stated $189 plus tax but I would have to come the next day because the person who repairs the phones has left for the day. Following day 07/20/2020 I go to the store and was told that the price is $289. I was extremely upset because I don’t live in the area. Juan was not working at the time but I explained the situation to another associate and was only offered $10 off. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he doesn’t come into until later so I asked for him to be called. I was told by the associate that they could only take $20 off and the associate Juan doesn’t know the price of the repairs because he doesn’t do phone repairs. Well obviously he works for a company that does phone repairs and gave me a price so obviously he knew something. The associate was rude and instead of taking responsibility for the error on there end kept making excuses. Big waste of time.

Fantastic service. Fixed my charging port on my phone which no one else would touch. Also gave me great advise on getting a new battery as mine was over three years old. Let me keep the old one in case Id ever need it. I used an on line coupon and got 15% off both! All for $100 + tax.Highly recommend this place. Very nice personal staff. Thanks!

I brought my iPhone in to replace the cracked screen and in all other aspects the phone was functioning properly. The repair was made and the phone appeared to be working properly.Within an hour after receiving the phone, it turned off 5 times and registered only 1% on the battery despite it being plugged in to recharge for 30 minutes. I returned to the store and described the condition. I was told I needed a new battery and inferred that the repair had nothing to do with the battery. Battery was good before screen replaced and bad after repair.After a short go around with the clerk he said he would warranty the battery and replace it- come back in an hour. I returned 1 hour later and received my phone with a functional battery. I asked what was the problem and only stated they replaced the battery.No sorry for the inconvenience of driving to the store 4x or admitting something went wrong like a pinched wire. I forgot to ask for the original battery so I can only assume they actually replaced it.Yes Batteries Plus did replace the battery(?) free of charge but only grudgingly and with attitude . I will not come back for ANY product from Plus. Next time I will take the phone to Apple and pay more!

I called the company I bought my Nook Color from. It was one of the first readers ever created. I was told I would have to purchase a new Nook because there wasnt a battery replacement. Wow!!! Were they wrong. I ordered a battery for it from Batteries Plus and when it came in they put it in my Nook Color. A month later and my Nook Color is working better than ever before. Much easier to download from the library. Thank you Batteries Plus. I love my Nook Color and I am happy to have it functioning again!

Everything was great! I came in to get my battery replaced on my phone. Jordan was friendly and efficient. He explained the process and helped me out quickly.

I was able to make an online appointment with my local store immediately which was a relief. The gentlemen in the store were knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to get an appt within two hours after I shattered my screen. Was fixed quickly and in the time frame promised. Appreciated the coupon provided to save if scheduling appointment online. Will use again if needed

Repair took an hour (there was only one service rep. in the store at 9 AM, and he was handling repairs, phone calls, and other customers himself), so I left my phone there and ran some errands -- came back and everything was completed. Service rep. was very apologetic about the service delay -- but it was no problem, and still way faster than the Apple Store! Phone works great again. Very professional service even when the representative could have been flustered.

I was impressed with the courtesy and service of this Store. The manager RJ was very helpful and explained all details of plan as well as the assistant manager Mark who serviced my IPhone and did it in a great time and I was out the door before I knew it. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician tried very hard but had a great deal of difficulty after several hours, attaching the replacement screen on my Samsung S5 phone. It still appears to be coming up in one corner. The biggest problem is the replacement screen has a very low brightness level. Next to impossible to use the phone outside during the day.

The staff were friendly and helpful and changed my phone battery without a problem.

They replaced the battery in my Samsung phone for me. The phone was ready when promised, the price was very reasonable, the staff was friendly and answered all my questions.

Called and was told about the special, took my phone in the same day and repair was done by the time we had agreed on the next morning. Everything is working fine till now (still charging the new battery)
