Weve used Jerrys three times now. First, we moved into a new house with a refrigerator that failed nearly immediately. Jerrys got a repairman out quickly when other places could only offer us appointments far later. Whats more, that repairman broke down exactly what he was going to do and explained that he would try the least expensive option first. Luckily, he diagnosed the problem quickly and drove out to their store and back (over an hour round trip) to get the necessary replacement parts. Fast forward a year, that same fridge was giving us problems. We called Jerrys first. This time, Jerry came out himself and, like his associate, explained all of our options clearly so that we could make informed choices. Despite the fact that he could easily have sold us on replacing a faulty compressor for a steep price, he advised that we simply buy a new refrigerator. This companys straightforwardness and honesty will make them our go-to for any appliance repairs we have in the future. In fact, during that latest repair call, Jerry heard a squeak in our dryer, offered to look at it and once he had, set up an appointment for us to quickly fix it. If you want an honest, friendly company to deal with when you need appliance repair, I highly recommend Jerrys. (BTW, I believe Jerry told me they are now based out of Waukesha not West Allis, so Google may want to adjust this or contact the business.)

Jerry came the day after we called him to repair our dryer. He had the part needed and repair was finished in about a hour and a half. The repair cost was reasonable. We will use and recommend his service.

Jerry gave me sound advice on our 26-year old washing machine. No worth fixing, he said. He recommended Speed Queen, which I bought, and love. He also looked at our dishwasher for a minimal fee. This is the second time I used his services, and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, and honest!
