It seems that there are some old ratings here about this complex, but overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff has always been very courteous and understanding, and the buildings are very quiet (Staff has turned over since the older posts here, i believe) Pretty standard experience overall for a corporate-managed complex. Apartments are clean and generally of good quality.

This place is one of a kind! Quiet, safe, clean, and, best of all, located just minutes from everything one could need! This complex is truly a treasure and if you are even considering this location, I highly suggest becoming a tenet!

Alpine court is a quiet place to live considering 80% of people here have dogs, however the staff here is the worse possible. They advertise On site staff, which is a complete lie. They never return phone calls, if you need something fixed it takes up to 2 weeks. (I put in a request to have an internal bug problem addressed.. it took over 2 weeks for them to deal with it). Their washers and dryers are constantly breaking down and they dont tell you when they are broken and refuse to refund you the money. They stole my front door welcome mat b/c its a fire hazard but yet allow people to constantly park in the fire lane in the back parking lot daily. There is also only 3 Visitor parking spots for the whole building and cheap residents who dont want to pay $10 for a spot will take those visitor spots. During the 2014 winter where temperatures were -47 with windchill the heat broke for 24+ hours and the building management never let the residents know it was broken. The water in the bathroom is so temperamental; its nice and warm and then its scalding hot, then freezing cold without you ever having to do anything. The girls that work in the office are dumb as a box of rocks and have excuses for everything. My extra storage they provide for me was a chicken wire enclosed area in a moldy closed room down in the basement. I called them and demanded a different location due to the excessive mold. Took them over 8 months and several phone calls to get me changed to different location that was less moldy. This place is cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

Didn’t end up renting because I found some property but highly recommmend to people looking for apartments that are pet friendly
