Rented a concrete saw and Im surprised they give little to no instruction on use of and starting. Wouldnt even put blade on. Said it was a liability issue. Had the blade washer zip tied to handle on saw. Gave zero direction at time of pick up what the washer was for. Not a huge deal figured it out but it seems the liability arises by allowing customers to perform their own install. Just saying it would be helpful to help customers a bit more.

They have everything you can imagine for concrete work. Andrew Alberici was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me and answering my questions. I would recommend this place.

Be Aware when you renting from the Wentzville Location. Since they closed on Saturdays now, We where told they can only charge you 1 day rental. Once we brought back the item back on Monday they told us they would be charging a 2 day rental. We rented the same item 2 weeks before and they only charged up 1 day rental. It seems they are not standing behind there word and charging you double the rate.

Big building full of tools

I had questions on what i had purchased there...

All the guys I dealt with were nice. The reason for the low rating was the equipment. We rented a coring tool to drill a hole in a concrete wall.The tool was absolutely junk. It took us 4.5 hours to drill one hole. This is not my first time using a tool like this. It should have been a quick, easy process. Everytime we would start drilling the tool would stop, it had no power what so ever.Going to stick with sunbelt for my rentals from now on, better equipment all around. Just a shame because Nuway is closer and I rent a lot of equipment through my company. Oh well live and learn.

Very knowledgeable, these guys are for contractors and people who do construction for a living, they are not headed for homeowners and do-it-yourself type projects.

First off, when you walk in the place, the employees just stare at you from a short distance and say nothing until you linger in the lobby long enough for them to blurt out what do you need?. then when you tell them, they just point in a direction and look back down at their desk while pointing. (Thanks, guy. that was super nice of you.) The rentals guy seems SOO annoyed that I was even there that he almost made it more difficult just so I would say never mind. Huffing when he found out I was a new customer and had to enter in information. When I didnt know the exact answers to his questions (Im the CFO of a machine shop, not a machinist) he managed to roll his eyes like I wouldnt notice. Mind you, my machinists (my brothers) ALREADY called and set it up and talked to someone about EXACTLY what we were getting. The rental guy said he knew what we were getting and still asked questions he can only assume I wouldnt know the answer to, beings how I am a woman. After that ordeal was over, there was no have a good day! or thanks for coming in!... no, they were only nice to the man who walked in after me. They all said heeyyy man!! how you doin? what can we get ya?. Thanks guy. The man who loaded the jackhammer in the truck for me was the ONLY good experience about the place. Kudos to him.Not done yet!! Today, despite the bad experience yesterday, we needed a mini excavator and we thought we would give them another chance and send a man to get the machine. They left him on hold KNOWING we wanted to rent (didnt say what company. for all they knew, it was a brand new customer ready to be disappointed). My brother was on hold for 10 min only to be asked twice, who are you holding for?. Now, there were at least 15 employees in sight, when I was there, who could give a crap less about anyone unless they know you apparently. Let alone care enough to pick up the phone. The secretary doesnt actually send the call to the right person, she just puts you back on hold and continues complaining about her headache. I watched it happen. To two people. We finally told her never mind and called Fabick Cat. So much for the benefit of the doubt with Nu Way Rents. Dont waste your time or your good mood. Call Fabick Cat.

Bad experience received Walk behind trencher on Friday battery was dead and only had enough gas for a half an hour run time and throttle Linkage was worn had to clip it back into the handle And jump the battery Dropped it off Monday morning and they tried charging me for the Cable to be repaired Thinking about closing my account with them
