I rented a Jack Hammer on a 4 hour rental, unfortunately it took me 4.5 hours to finish the job. I called them and explained I would be a little late, they were totally cool and didnt charge me any extra even though I went 45 minute over.This will be my Go To business from here on out, customer for life!

Used to use these guys in St Charles with no problems. Moved to Lincoln County and rented a few times until they called the cops on me for keeping a rental for the weekend which i had called and let them know and to make sure everything was ok. Note i paid for every day EVERY time i rented EVER!!! Steer clear of these idiots.

Super friendly. Rented an aerator at the Wentzville location and they made it fast and easy. Great service.

They do the best they can though it is a small team. If you show up on Saturday or Monday be aware you may be waiting a while as most of the equipment loading and unloading is time consuming. The same goes for phone calls, on Monday and Friday phone call frequency is ridiculous, expect to be put on hold with up to 4 people ahead of you. In short like I said the small team does the best they possibly can with as much business as they get.

I have rented several pieces of equipment from this location. The gentlemen up front are knowledgeable and courteously, and the equipment is clean and in perfect shape everytime. We dont use anyone else, just different Equipment Rental locals!Thanks guys!

I rented a floor scrubber for a home project. These guys were very easy to work with and made the process so much easier! Even when i needed to rent the scrubber for an additional day they were easy to communicate with via email and super responsive. Prices were way under what i would have paid had i rented from a big box. Highly recommend

Rented a piece of equipment on Saturday and was unable to get to get it back by closing time. When I returned it Monday morning I was I informed he was going to charge me for 2 days. First thing is the normal rule is a day and a half, but he was very rude and said he was doing me a favor not charging me for a half day on Monday as well.I asked that since I only put 2 hours on the machine he couldnt adjust the price back to a day and a half? He said he has never done that. Which is a bold face lie because he does it on a regular basis for some of the contractors I work with and only charges them for 4 hours when they bring it back Monday morning.I know that unfortunately these forums are often only used for negative reviews, but this is an experience I definitely had to share.
