Blake is amazing! Very honest. I couldn’t hear out of my phone. It would have been easy for him to upsell me or charge me for something I didn’t need. He was able to use something to clean out the phone’s microphone/ear piece and my phone is good as new. Thank you for how kind and professional you were Blake! It is refreshing to see this type of customer service in our community - a rare find. I will only go here for my cell phone repairs from now on!

Very honest and reliable shop, my IPHONE had a cracked screen and water damage and they had it fixed within two hours. The manager and employees are very friendly and the price was very reasonable. They fixed my screen which was horrible and did it in a timely fashion. Then I just now realized, they cleaned my speaker out to hear calls. I was that guy in the store on speaker phone because I couldn’t hear through my speaker… loud and clear now. Great people!

Disappointed in our most recent service. Hired them to replace a screen on an iPad. It took a few days to get 8t completed. After we got home we noticed an almost liquid appearance underneath the glass. We took it back and rep said they would repair but it would take another day or 2. Returned a couple days later to pick it up. Arrived home and as my daughter 9s using the device she notices she cannot get the red pull tab to come off the glass screen. That is because its underneath the glass! Back to the store we go. The rep was practically speechless (I hope with embarrassment) and said they would get it fixed. I requested it be ready the next day. Fortunately this time around thing seem to be ok. But, WOW, 3 visits!

I took an iPhone 6 in there recently that my daughter had cracked the screen on, they were very upfront on the ability to fix it as it had been also wet from being in her pocket in a rainstorm.Blake and Zach were very professional and honest, they didn’t try to sell me anything, they didn’t try to convince me to get the phone fixed, they were very knowledgeable about a new phone that I was asking about, that I was very clear I wasn’t buying from them, but they were still very helpful and insightful about the phone I was inquiring about. I would definitely recommend the store to anybody.

They took a WiiU remote of mine to see if they could fix it. First guy called me and told me it couldnt be fixed. Then they called me two days later and said they took it apart and want me to pay $120 for a new motherboard. I said Ill just buy a new one for $150 and then it took them WEEKS to put it back together and tell me it was ready for pick up. I forgot about it and when I stopped by to get it a few weeks later they told me they had recycled it because it had been there for too long. And I did not receive multiple notifications. I received one, and was never informed that it would be thrown out.

This repair was SUPER quick, the staff were really nice and I will definitley recommend them to anyone with a cracked screen!!!

Came in from AT&T, a few doors down, with an I-phone emergency. My phone account had been hacked along with all my personal accounts and I had been locked out. Neither Apple nor AT&T were able to unlock my IPhone but with great patience & compassion, the guys at CPR listened to my story, helped me sort through pages of scribbled notes from the previous 48 hours of attempting to recover my accounts on my own, and miraculously they were able to do what no one else could, unlock my phone, enabling me to return to AT&T and get a secure line. With their expertise I was not only able to recover my I-phone, but my peace of mind. I will never be able to thank them enough! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Dropped off an old iPad mini for a screen replacement, the customer service lead me to dropping off a family member’s phone for screen replacement as well. The turn time for the phone was same day and fast. They called to verify what I wanted, such a rarity these days! Great customer service, screen and phone fixed.

Id give no stars if I could. CPR wanted $107.00 to change out my cracked screen. I went on eBay and bought it for $22.99(free shipping). It took me 30 minutes to change it out myself, and I have never done this before...it was easy. I saved $80.00 for what would be a 15 minute job for a professional. Highway robbery at its finest.REPLY... Dont feel sorry for me, feel sorry for charging high rates. Your customers have bills to pay also. I purchased a factory direct replacement, the same youd probably use...high quality. Charging 400 percent mark-up for labor/installation is shocking. I guess most of your customers are unaware of what they are truly paying for! Good luck to you.

After contacting Apple support because I could not insert the charging cord in the USB port, and learning the first appointment was at Best Buy one week from now, I tried various cleaning methods with no luck. I then called CPR and I was told to bring my phone by and they would check it out. Within 5” the polite gentleman brought me a clean working phone and cautioned me about keeping it in my pocket. He also said there was no charge and told me to have a good day...... What a relief! I will not hesitate to return if I need service again!

Needed a new battery and have it replaced for my iphone 6S plus ASAP. I called and they were busy but said they could have it replaced by end of the day if i dropped it off. Brought it in and told Brandon why I thought my battery was bad because it was not charging anymore. He said let me check the port first. He went back and cleaned it and it was able to charge again. Was a stressful day and I was ready to just pay for the new battery and he knew it. He didnt take advantage of me nor did he charge anything for cleaning it. I will go back for any other problems I may have. Greatly appreciate not being taken advantage of.

Best Customer service ever! I got the tip of a charging cable stuck in my iPad Pro, and after trying everything, assumed I was gonna be stuck buying a new iPad. As a last ditch effort, I went into CPR in Wentzville and explained to Blake, what I had done. He offered to take a look at it for me, without any promises. Less than 5 mins later, he comes out and informs me that I was good to go! I was in shock! And so happy he saved the day! How naive of me. 5 minutes later I got an e-mail saying they were excited to get going on my repair and come on in.So ordered the part on line and did it myself.So now you can see their response. They evidently dont understand what a quote is. When I request a quote I get the price and how long the repair should take. Not an invite to come on in and get started.

The person at CPR did everything he could to fix my screen protector. That’s the only place we are going to in the future for all our phone issues. The Verizon store sent us which I thought was strange since they are the ones who sold me the protector in the 1st place. Highly recommend CPR for all your phone repair needs.

Dropped my phone off in the morning to have the lightning port replaced. Someone had to drive to the Chesterfield location to get the parts so that I could get my phone back that day. My screen was apparently acting up after they took it apart, so they gave me a new screen free of charge. All for $80 - well worth it considering the alternative was shelling out $900 for a new phone. I would definitely recommend!

Chris was a pleasure to work with, and had the battery of my Galaxy S7 Edge replaced in only an hour. The phone has absolutely no indication that it was ever opened. Great experience.

CPR has been a lifesaver! They were able to determine the issue with my Galaxy Note 5, make a recommendation for repair, and execute the battery replacement without issue. My phone is now working as it was before. CPR saved me from purchasing a new phone which we all know costs a lot of of money. I highly recommend these guys.

My experience was great! I own a local retail business and was offered a free loner phone while mine was being repaired. Service was completed quickly. However, my touchscreen does not always work properly and I have been trying to find time to bring it back in for service. I will bring it by asap.

Had a charging issue with my phone.. They could have taken advantage of me if they wanted. It had a piece of debris in the jack. They removed it without charge. Ill be back when I need something repaired! Honest shop IMHO

Seem to be pretty good people and were able to fix my tablet that my son broke.Just didnt let me know that they had to order a different screen for my tablet when I went to pick it up so when I called them and asked them about why my tablet wasnt responding then they told me after I had already paid them. I would think that they would not have charged me until they had actually fixed it the right way, but they did fix it afterwards once they got the right piece in and I do appreciate their work.

Got my iPhone 7+ fixed while at work. These guys are quick simple and easy. If your iPhone is water proof it wont be after this BUT its only because apple down seel any of their ow products. If it breaks again Ill pay apple more money for a replacement but for now, it works again and they did a great job. I recommend and thanks for the work guys!!

CPR was great, repaired a phone I wasnt sure was repairable for 1/4 what I thought a repair might cost and had it done in less than two hours! Absolutely recommended, and will be my first call in the future should we have any future accidents with our mobile gear.

This place fixed a broken charger port on my Samsung galaxy s8 in just a couple hours and much cheaper than I was expecting. Only reason I give 4 stars is because their website said they fix macbook screens and when I went into the store they said they dont touch apple laptops at all. But for phones alone, 5 stars for sure.

Very fast repair. My phone was just out of warranty, so having a place like this to go to locally is great. I dropped it off and picked it up an hour and a half later. The next day, the replacement screen cracked when I set my phone down, and they replaced it under warranty. Hopefully I wont have anything on my phone that needs to be fixed again, but if I do, Id go back here.
