Back when dental offices first started to network their multiple work stations, I had some companies who really didnt know what they were doing. Bill came in, immediately assessed what computer equipment I had in place, and quickly got my network working properly and consistently. I thought he was a miracle worker. Since then, I rely upon him exclusively to keep my computer network fully updated and operational for my busy dental practice. He is always available to keep us up and running whenever we need him. He is really great with emergency service if we ever get a glitch, which sometimes we do because of storms or cable problems. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of data transmission and storage, especially with reliable off site back ups. He has helped us evolve over the years to confidently offer the latest in dental digital technologies to our patients. He also knows so much about my practice management software to help our day to day operations run smoothly. I cant say enough about this company! I called and asked if they could take a look at my phone & computer to see if spyware had been installed. They said sure bring it in. When I got there they were so friendly and professional. Looked at both of my devices and didnt see any spyware installed. It gave me such peace of mind. When I went to pay them they said no charge. I told them that their time and my peace of mind was worth being charged. They refused to accept payment. Good guys all around. We recently took our desktop to Computer Paramedic to have Windows 10 installed. It was completed in just a day for a fair price and we were very pleased. About a week later we experienced an unrelated issue and I returned to their shop to drop it off for diagnosis. Doug took a look at it immediately, found the problem, repaired it and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE. He far exceeded my expectations. I need to mention I have used Computer Paramedic quite a few times over the past 10 years or so, and referred friends and relatives there. The level and quality of service has always been excellent. Thanks to Computer Paramedic for being honest, caring and reasonably priced.

I found this place by accident but it was the best accident I have ever had! Best Buy told me what I needed done would take 6 weeks. I had my computer back from Computer Paramedic in 5 days for almost $100 cheaper than Best Buy!

My family and I use Computer Paramedic for any issues that come up with our computers. This last time our laptop battery died and we couldn’t get the case off and battery switched out. They saw us right away, fixed it, and we were out the door within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my laptop refusing to charge, and a friend referred me to Computer Paramedic. I called and talked with Mike, who seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my laptop in that same day, and was thrilled to find out that it was just a faulty charger. Mike helped me find the proper replacement online, and even let me borrow the store’s charger over the holiday weekend so that I wouldn’t be stranded without a computer. He didn’t charge me for his help, but absolutely gained a future customer if my family ever needs computer help again! I would absolutely recommend him...friendly, honest, and very helpful!

I have had nothing but great experience with this business. I have used them twice to remove a virus from my computer and once to replace my hard drive. Once they have diagnosed the problem, they always call me to explain exactly what the problem is and give me the options for repair. I feel like their prices are fair and their service is excellent and very timely. I have to drive from a neighboring town, but it is the only place I will take my computer because I trust them.

I had an onboard SSD installed on my laptop and the price for parts and labor were much lower than the original estimate(and the estimate was a very fair price). The work was completed sooner than expected and at a lower cost that was quoted. The professionalism, workmanship and knowledge I experienced from Doug made me a customer for life. This will be my first stop for any future computer needs.

I wouldnt use them to work on hardware problems with your electronics especially computers. They will scratch and damage your property and still charge you for it. I dont recommend them if you value your property and your time.
