Always on time when drivers are available. Drivers are very friendly and can hold a conversation. Have had zero problems whatsoever and I have used them a lot. No nonsense company. Know where you want to go, be where you say you are and you will have no problems.

Night time dispatcher and drivers are awesome! Quick and professional. When dispatcher says the cab will be there within a certain time frame, you can expect it to be there then. Highly recommend and will definitely be using in the future!

I am disabled been riding with them for about a year. Never had an issue always helping me with my walker and very kind and friendly. My family really enjoy the drivers because they know how to converse and always on time

Very poor customer service. I will NEVER call them again!! I had an emergency and had to call a cab the lady I spoke to was very rude to begin with then she told me a time she would be here which was 10am at 1012 I called her back to see what the problem was and she proceeded to tell me that she sat in front of my house for 10 minutes and nobody came out which I knew was not right because we were waiting outside for 30 minutes for the cab to show. Turns out she was at the wrong house. But she NEVER called to ask or anything. Then when I called her at 1012 she told me she left at 1010 which means she could not have made it very far at all but she proceeded to tell me that basically it was my fault and I was out of luck. She waited outside for me for 10 minutes she said (even though SHE went to the wrong house, which she admitted) I was very upset. Needless to say I will NEVER ever call them back again! The other cab place I called changed their schedule for me just because they to were blown away when I explained what happened with this lady. Poor poor customer service! Would give no stars if I could.

Giving 1 star because I can not give 0!! Terrible customer service! After giving the same party multiple quotes the owner proceeded to say that he can charge whatever he wants and we had to deal with it! He also stated that it was his first amendment right to say whatever he wants to a customer, this was after hanging up on us multiple times as well as poorly talking to females in our group. We will NEVER book with him and I urge people to look around at other companies who treat their customers with respect! I do not understand how they are still in business.

Dont belive or trust this owner he is a theif & a liar..took $$ from me for a van..& burnt the engine up while I paid him off & is trying to keep my 1000$ down payment wont answer my calls a real coward

So. Freaking. Rude! The owner of this company is a joke. I called to have someone come pick me up and was accused of being a prank caller and was told to call St. Charles County. When I asked why and told this person I was not a prank caller he snapped at me and said were busy right now, do you really want to wait 45 minutes? When I informed him that I didnt need to be picked up til 3 (it was 11:45) he said oh ok Ill have a driver out there then. Then he started mouthing off again and accusing me of being a prank caller. So I asked to speak with the owner. He said he was the owner. So I asked if he treats all his customers so rudely. He then told me he was refusing me service and he hung up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Call St. Charles County Cab or Uber or Lyft. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Oh and did I mention I had rode with them before? Never had an issue til today. Hope they go out of business soon.

This company is a un nesecessay mess. Today I called for pickup due to having vehicle issues, shortly after I called my vehicle started. I called back to cancel my pickup, and Im assuming it was the owner who answered and started to cuss me out after I told him I no longer needed pick up and he told me to not call back then hung up. Wow! Really? For the record I have never rode with a cab company before let alone them. Not a good first experience. My suggestions about this company is to not give such unprofessional rude people business.
