The Manager and Manager in training are horrible they mess up on cars and blame the other employees to save them selves and dont take responsibility and they both are horrible at there job and yet are still working there very sad!Manager name is MythiaManager in training is Lane

Everyone is very nice and the job was done in 15 minutes or so. I do feel theres a bit to much upsale. I will return as they do a very good job and the people are great.

Was there way to long. They asked me to start my vehicle and I had no oil pressure, they had me start it again and it was running rough, no pressure. My son got out and found that they didnt put oil in the vehicle. The area manager said that if its not making noise it will be fine. That it wasnt on long enough to do damage. Wrong....

So so so helpful and so friendly, I cannot stress this enough. This place is simply amazing! Keep up the good work!

Guy that was doing my service had broken my sensor off my tire and tried to say that it was the highways salt and water but it was cracked off as if applied too much pressure and pulled it to the side instead of directly up and they thought I was funny cuz I have three kids in the car with no patience and I didnt get home until three hours later

I returned to this Valvoline for the second time, and somehow the staff was even friendlier and more helpful than last time. I noticed Saul and Damon working on my car, and I also interacted with the manager, Vic. All of them were outstanding.Bonus: My 60 year old dad didnt know stay in your car oil changes were a thing, and he was incredibly impressed by these guys. Thanks for everything!

Awesome staff and super fast oil change. The price was astronomical and unfortunately I can’t justify a $100 oil change that I can do when I’m home for $30 at max! I appreciate the professionalism and great work but seems a little steep considering the time and process. I will always suggest to people needing an oil change it give fair warning to the price.

Absolutely amazing service. I came in on 1/16/20 around 11am and the three guys working were very efficient, explained everything they were doing in terms a non-car savvy person like myself could understand. At the end of my oil change, my car had difficulty starting. All three employees were very helpful and even pushed my car to a safe place until I could get more help. 100/10 service, I dont think Ill go any other place to get my oil changed!

Awesome job. We stopped in with our 18 month old car after the dealership failed to put enough oil (or none at all). Skylar was helpful, knew his stuff and helped us out with quantities and photos of what cane out of the car to go back to the dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Love this place! You can literally sit and wait in your car while they change the oil for you. They checked all fluids and did a car light safety test. Ill be coming back for sure

New management is terrible she is very rude to both employees and customers with little to no knowledge of what there doing. Feeling lazy they will say that cant do the service but next day that can hmm?

Very efficient, pleasant, and thorough. They inform you of maintenance issues but don’t push obnoxiously to meet sales goals like I’ve experience at other oil change outfits in the 206. The “top off service” between oil changes is a major plus! Shout out to Victor and Rafael who worked on my car this week—I appreciate the great service!

No gasket on new oil filter.. sprayed oil in drip pan under engine.. they didnt clean up .. oil in my driveway and parking spot.. didnt know proper way to add antifreeze and had to ask... bent dip stick and continually tried to check until I said to straighten dipstick.. no coolant is ever checked unless asked to do so.. oil spots in my driveway and under carport.. didnt clean up drip pan .. left oil in it that was caused from starting vehicle with no oil filter gasket.. was a joke..

This is a wonderful place to go get your rig checked out! They really go the extra mile to make sure your car is safe and taken care of. I love that the guys laugh and joke around with each other and include you in the fun and conversation as well. I really had a good time even though I was just sitting in my car, I got to watch bottom side work on camera which is kinda cool. Brandon, Jesus, and Jose all worked hard to get my car fixed up, I dont think people realize the amount of work it takes to do all the extra services on vehicles. Show your appreciation with a little tip, they deserve it!

Live in Yakima WA. Much better customer service. Wenatchee so-so. Give me your money. Same company, not same great service. Customer service is everything. I get your busy, tired, but attitude and being rushed? Yeah, not my favorite.
