Francisco and Glenn are friendly and professional. They checked out my whole car and communicated everything to me, step by step. That gives me peace of mind that my car is in good condition so I’ll be safe out on the road. Service was super quick, too. No wait, I just rolled right in.

As I sat in the vehicle watching the service I noticed they did not check my coolant level nor my air cleaner. I had to request they check my coolant so it makes me wonder as to whether or not the checked my transmission or rear end or even lubricated underneath! Then on my attempt to reset my service needed light, it did not reset so the tech put his code reader on it and told me I had a transmission problem reading and mentioned a transmission service business to take it to. As he returned to his office, I attempted the reset once more and it cleared the light!! I have been taking all my vehicles here but hesitate to say I will return as it appears they either are cutting corners or hiring unqualified techs.

We are visiting from Colorado and read the reviews on this Jiffy Lube. They were all really good so we gave it a shot. That was a great decision! The staff, especially the manager were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. If I lived here this would be my go-to place, so for all those passing through - you should come here for sure!

Nothing against the workers they were very professional and i’m sure it’s protocol, but i had paid for the max service oil change and they had put a terrible quality oil that lasted 1/2 the expectancy said and a cheap 5-7$ oil filter put on, will just take the time to do my own changes now.

HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR YEARS. GOOD PRODUCTS REASONABLE PRICES.

Years ago I called Darrell the manager for an oil change and he brought me oil when I got stranded for free due to an issue unrelated, but he wanted to help. He checked my level. Since then Ive been A loyal customer. Now theres a GREAT assistant manager, hes the redhead. Great service and communication!!! Great staff!!!

I had my oil changed today and my technician was Jake Myers he was so professional friendly and such a polite man it was the most pleasant experience Ive had at Jiffy Lube he is the best jiffy lube tech ever I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends you definitely got my business ❤️ hands down I feel he should be a manager at some point of his career at Jiffy Lube thanks again Jake you are the best😃💜

Francisco is very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. A few weeks ago was the first time I came to have my Honda Odyssey serviced for a transmission flush and oil change.The second time, today, I came for a radiator flush . Why? Because of the awesome service Francisco gave me last time. He remembered me and ask me how my Honda was doing. Isnt that just prime?

This placs is the best for Multi-care and oil changes. Out of most of the places in town, the workers are straight to the point. They dont try to cut corners or pull a fast one on you. I towed my Subaru to them because it wouldnt start. Turns out it was a bad fuel pump. They took extra time (even on the day they were closed) to work on my car. I dont trust too many people working on my car but I can definitely trust and know they will take care of it and get the job done right. I got my car back and it ran. The thing is though my car is old and stuff is worn out. It died on me again (within 20 minutes) of picking it up. I called them and they sent someone to come take a look at the car. They even towed my car back to the shop for free. Figured out it was just a tiny piece that needed to be replaced. One day later it runs and drives better than it ever has since Ive owned it. My hats go off to you guys. I will always be coming here for my oil changes and anything else! Thanks again you guys are the best.

Lied on my paper work that they topped off my liquid of antifreeze which they didnt my car heated up I had no antifreeze in it called them and they said they would try to get it done right next time

Honest non pressure tactics great service

They put regular wiper fluid in my Jeep in December when it was 20 degrees. It froze solid and I had no wiper fluid going over the pass. Not good.
