Hayden was very professional. They were on time and very detail oriented. They did a very fine job of cleaning, very good attitude.

Yesterday Heaven’s Best came out and cleaned our carpets. There was a room with significant cat urine from our kitten. He was able to get it out. They worked really hard and were very thorough. Supper friendly and organized. Quick response when scheduling appointment they even showed up early (called before to make sure it was going to work best for us). Clean dressed and brought their own vacuum and vacuumed too this was so so helpful! Definitely give them 5 stars.

Heaven’s best carpet cleaning was incredibly professional, courteous and communicative. My appointment was scheduled for sometime between 1030 and 11 . Hayden called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving (at 10:45). We had planned to have two bedrooms and a stairway cleaned and while Hayden and his assistant were here I asked if it would be possible for them to clean an area rug as well. They had no problem adding it on. The price was communicated upfront with no surprises . I didn’t think my area rug was particularly dirty, but when they finished the job it sparkled like new! The cleaning solution that they used had a light citrus aroma that was a pleasant and not overwhelming. It took a little longer than expected for our carpeting to dry, but I believe this to be because our carpeting is particularly thick.I am extremely happy with the service. My carpeting has been restored to like new. I will definitely be using heaven’s best again.

Look and act professional! Love that they asked me for final inspection of their work before they were done. My house smells HEAVENLY! And clean up very well when done, as if they were never here! Also ask to be called if a spot returns, love that!

Cory came and did the work. He was prompt, careful about the furniture and floor, and thorough. What I especially appreciated was his clear pricing for the service before I hired him. I used this company several years ago and still remembered what a good job they did. I had chairs that others had tried to clean and they were still spotted. The service today was no different. I had stairs, carpets and upholstered chairs cleaned. Then I had them sprayed with a stain resistant application. Happy happy happy.If you can get Cory to do the service, I know you will be happy with the result.

I would highly recommend Heavens Best. I own rental properties and Cory has done wonders on the carpets in my properties. Before I hired Cory I tried renting a carpet cleaner and doing it myself. What a waste. The machines you can rent cannot come near the result that Cory achieves. Cory is prompt, responsible, and when I have needed him to be, flexible as well. I will continue to use Cory for all my rental properties, as well as my own home. I only wish he could do for my skin what he does for carpets -- takes years off them!

Hayden from Heavens Best Carpet cleaning is top notch. The carpets look fantastic. Seriously there were stains that I thought could never be removed and now the carpet looks virtually brand new. Couldt be happier.

The only reason I’m giving them a 2 is because the guy who came was so nice and professional. As for the work?? Overpriced and not worth it. I actually took pictures before and after and my carpets looked worse after! We had an area rug covering some of the carpet and beforehand it was clean where the rug was. After it was like they just smeared the dirt over the clean spot. Went ahead and hired someone else and my carpets looked new again and it was half the price.

These guys are always punctual, work with you to find a time where they can fit you in (theyre usually pretty slammed), offer free refills on their cleaning solution, and are super professional. Weve used these guys for years and plan to use them for many more (we have pets so we are repeat customers)
