Clean Connection came to clear out our heating and cooling vents, our HVAC system. They were courteous and informative from the start.When I initially called, they gave me the information that I was looking for in easy-to-understand terms, including pricing and what we would get for the cost. The direct and courteous response over the phone inspired me to work with Clean Connection. No high-pressure sales, just open and honest information. I was pretty convinced there would be no hidden costs or surprises.Prior to our service, they called and confirmed our appointment, checked on the health of our family (pandemic questions) and let us know what to expect from their crew.I received text messages of when the 2 man crew was going to arrive, they were on time. Both Braden and his colleague (I failed to get his name) were fantastic. They answered our questions, pointed out a few things and took the time to do a minor fix on our heating unit (it only needed tape, but rather than just tell us, they also fixed it).This wasnt some giant shop vac that they used, it was an entire giant vacuum truck! Dirt, dust and dander didnt have a chance!I have a lot of confidence that this is THE company to have your vents cleaned. They were neat and clean, efficient, yet thorough. Professional and personable. My husband and I are very impressed.We may not do this annually, but we will be calling back in a couple of years. I also plan to call Clean Connection when its time to do our rugs.Best of all, the air seems to be so much more crisp in the house. I am literally breathing easier.

The Wenatchee, WA. crew did a great job in cleaning out the HVAC duct work of my (40 year old) apartment. Im noticing quite an improvement in the air flow coming out of the vents, and its more than a relief to get that grey grunge out of the ducts. While the quote seemed a bit steep at first, the tools they used to get through all of the ducting combined with the vacuum setup they used to suck everything out to the truck was far more than anything I could have used myself to clean things out, and without making a big mess. Thankfully, they didnt find rodent activity, so they didnt feel the need to disinfect, but in this Covid19 era, its nice to know they could have disinfected the ducts if I had wanted them to. The peace of mind alone is worth having this done.

The technicians with Clean Connection did a great job cleaning our ducts. They arrived on time, presented professionally, and were wearing masks. After a quick assessment of the home’s HVAC setup they quickly got to work. Their giant truck sized vacuum cleaner does make a considerable amount of noise, but that’s to be expected considering the process. The whole job took about 5 hours to complete. We are very happy to know that the 20 years of dust and allergens are free from the air we breathe.
