My wifes car was trashed. I had full detail done inside and out. Absolutely awesome job. Dropped wife off.to pickup her car and she complimented staff on one of cars that were done, and ya it was her car. She was shocked. They even got most of the scratches. Totally recommend.

Honestly one of the best detailing places in Wenatchee! My husband works with concrete and the inside of our car was really filthy with powder residue. They managed to make it look brand new! 10/10 Recommended! Great pricing, friendly service, really happy with the results!

I made a Saturday appointment a week prior to the day i wanted to get work done on my car. I was told 8 AM to drop the car off. When i arrived at 7:50 AM they were closed so i called them at 8:00 AM when no one showed up, no one answered. Then called again at 8:05 AM still no answer. I was going to give them until 8:15 AM to show up when at 8:08 AM i got a call back claiming there wan an emergency and that they would not be opening today asking if i wanted to reschedule. I dont believe this at all and if there was, having an appointment, i should have been contacted by AT LEAST the appointment time not after 2 attempts to call them.Time is money and you lost my faith in your business.can not speak to the quality of work as i did not receive it but that has been my experience with them.

Fast clean and wonderful job on my Rav4!

Someone threw up on my backseat last night. Brought it in to get the entire back seat professionally detailed. All I got was a 15 minute scrub and vacuum.(I had to ask him to get the extractor out). I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Pathfinder Shines...I previously took a Sprinter Van into Detail Man a few years ago. But that was easy: the vehicle was almost brand new.This was a sterner test: a 2001 Pathfinder that had sat in the rain of the Willamette Valley for two plus years. Moldy, dank and grim.Give Detail Man one day and that car sparkled bumper to bumper. The price was more than fair considering the condition of the vehicle Well done.

Been going to this place for about x2 years. The place doesnt look like much, but they do a bang up (pun intended) job! Nice people too. The pricing seems reasonable to me. Im now heading over for my third (once a year) detail with them. Giveem your tired and dirty yearning to be clean and shiny!

My car sat for one year under a tree and collected dust. I took it To these guys and in a couple hours they had this thing looking like new. Very satisfied customer I was going to sell the car after it was detailed but after looking at it I change my mind and Im keeping it instead. Amazing work guys.

Realy nice guys and his wife was very informative to talk to. The actual detail when it comes down to it was 2 star material. Dont get your vehicle detailed here there are far better places if you have the extra cash to fork over.

Couldnt be more un-happy well maybee if I choose Wenatchee detail. The floor was soaking wet, the windows had streaks left and right. When I asked hime to do a couple thing he said sorry thats the best I can do.
