Got in 10 minutes early, they said it would take 1hr, It took 1/2 hr. Great job and professional office staff.

They did a really good job of removing the old windshield and installing the new one with a brand new seal and everything. They use high quality windshield glass and have great attention to detail (even moved my oil change sticker over!) They dont take any shortcuts and Im very satisfied with the work done, and it only took about an hour. They also have great communication and customer service. Thanks Millennium Glass!

I thought they did a great job on the window. However, when I walked into the tiny front office, 4 people were in there without masks. I was in shock. When I came back to pick up my car, there was another 2 people in there without masks! That’s 6 people in a tiny space without masks. I stayed in the doorway with the door open since I and my husband are high risk and I have a 10 year old daughter. After leaving, I felt violated and in shock of the callousness. I would not recommend anyone go there until the threat of Covid over.

Love their service and in just an hour

Rented a U-Haul truck from them... this was my 2nd time doing so which kind of gave me the feeling they were an alright dealer/distributor... but upon further investigation and the completion of my 2nd rental I have come to a realization that this company, atleast as far as their U-Haul side of business goes, is absolute sh*t... I rented 1 10 truck for about 10 hours and went an exact mileage of 435 miles... the total incurred charge was 695$... I gave them my estimation of 450 miles and they wrote down an estimate of 400 so when I went over their estimate, they charge due even more money after incorrectly charging me the first time... not right away tho, first they waited a day, gave me a phone call saying they owed me money and that I had went less miles then I said i would... I went down and collected 195$ back and went home... approx. 45 minutes later they call me back saying I now owe owe almost 400$ more and that they seriously messed up my rental agreement somehow... so yet again I got stuck with the responsibility of cleaning up after them and paying for it out of pocket when they are the ones who improperly recorded my trip estimation stats and incorrectly charged my accounts and almost cost their business money... I am not one of those people who doesnt wanna pay what they owe... but after 700$ on a truck for 10 hours I was livid to relieve a call saying I owed so much more.... and the fact that its their mistake that I am making up for here is what actually kills me about the entire situation.. if their customer service was better or if anybody there was a bit more on the ball while on the clock, then I doubt any of this would have happened to me or to anyone in the future or the past... but it happened and they did less than nothing to correct it for me as a non-valued customer. I would love to be in the wrong about what I just wrote here, and I never leave bad reviews generally because reviews take alot of time/energy I dont have or want to have... but this bothered me so greatly that I had to warn future customers and get the word out there so that they may read this review and hopefully start to appreciate customers more and work with them rather than against them! Best of luck to millennium glass in their efforts and I pray you guys find your inner clarity so that you may become a better business!

I am a cancer surviver and have an implanted defibrillator. I am high risk for covid. I asked the receptionist to put a mask on and she refused. She said she was 6 feet away. She wasnt as I gave her the key and my credit card. If shes not willing to protect me, I wont be a customer again. I didnt think asking her wear a mask for 5 minutes was out of line.

I had a broken side window in our Subaru. They ordered a tinted one, but received a clear one. They installed the clear one so I wouldnt have to drive around with cardboard covering the window. They replaced it with the tinted one a few days later, at no additional charge. They were prompt, with good customer service.

Just earlier this afternoon I took my 2005 Camry down to have a rock chip in the windshield fixed. Wasnt a severe chip, my wife took a rock last evening on the way home from work, but I wanted to make sure it didnt spread. I called them about 9:30 just to make sure they were actually open and had time, then headed down. It took less than a half hour from when I arrived to when I was leaving again, with a superb chip repair job done.The part that particularly impressed me was that I hadnt made an appointment, and they still got me through in less than an hour. Great work, Ill definitely take my future autoglass needs in as well.

They claim to be a professional detail but when i got my car back yeah it looked nice from a 6 foot distance but once you got close there was many spots missed, including the hood, back bumper, and some parts on the trunk. Let alone they left a lot of haze on my vehicle which makes it look even worse than it did before. DONT waste your time or your money with them
