Couldnt get my R low beam in. Mike Wolfe had a young helper that had smaller hands. Brought it out 5 min later all done. Best $20 Ive spent ever.

Went in for a unjoint replacement turns out both axel shafts were rusted and cracked to hell with proof they changed both with no extra charge than what I came in for only paid 500 labor included and also gave me some advice. Tried to tip the awesome guys but they respectfully declined

Will never be goin back thier again. I took my car in because it was over heating and 1000+ dallors later my car still continues to do the same thing. I picked it up they said it was fixed drove it for 15 min and car started overheating again called and told them what happened they said take it back so i did and when i explained to them that it wasnt fare the front desk person proceeded to tell me IT WAS MY FAULT FOR LETTING IT OVER HEAT when the car showed no sign of over heating when they changed the senser.. and finally at the end im just wanting my car back i ho to get it because now their saying id have to put in 1200 more into it to fix it and when i go to get my car then they want to tell me that if i change my radiator that my car will be fine.. i felt that was very unprofessional if u are a mechanic shop even if someone tells u something is new in the car CHECK IT because it could have been as simple as a factory issue on my radiator i was so upset thats money lost i didnt have and had to get a loan when i had a life time warranty on my radiator 😡😡😡

Dont ever try to go with payments with these guys, they will show up at your work and harass you two weeks after your first payment. They have patted my bill after I started to make payments. Would not trust.

Jeep was over heating. Took it to Mike $280 later everything was good for a few days. Now its over heating again. Im not happy Im a long way from home right now and have to tow it to another shop.

The engine in my Jeep started squealing loudly while idling and I suspected my oil pump was failing. I didnt have anyone available at that time to pick me up from the mechanic so Mike Wolfe offered to pick up the Jeep. By the next day the squeal was fixed and the Jeep was driving noise-free again. I learned that had the oil pump been the cause the Jeep would have been fixed that same day but it ended up being the oil pump cam shaft and they had to order it overnight. Due to their repair time and expertise they earned themselves a loyal customer.

Mike went above and beyond to help me on Memorial day weekend. I was having break problems in Wenatchee, WA Sunday. (I live 1 hour away) I couldnt risk driving home so I ended up having to get a motel room for the night. I called several places hoping someone would be open Monday ( everyone was closed Monday) but with the holiday I figured I would be stuck until Tuesday. I left a voicemail message at Mike Wolfe services. The next day he called me even though he wasnt open for Memorial day, and told me to bring my car in. He installed new brakes and rotors for me, and within a few hours I was on my way home! Thank you Mike for your outstanding customer service!

Ok.... Where to begin. I guess i will just make it short. Was told i needed new $5000 transmission? Ya... sucked to hear that! But its real F ing great to have it fixed for $400. SHAME ON YOU!!!! DONT TELL PEOPLE THEY NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION WHEN THEY HAVE A BAD WHEEL HUB.!!!!! $200 DOLLAR PART TWO HOURS LABOR...FIXED!!!! What a joke! trust me if you are reading this... find another service center.
