I appreciated that Earharts was able to immediately give us an estimate so we knew what costs we were up against. The extremely friendly staff member took the time to give us a detailed and accurate estimate, and schedule us with an appointment two weeks later. The damage to the vehicle was significant, but the Earharts team did some magic to making the car look better than when we brought it in!

Had a problem with my van when I was visiting Wenatchee. They were awesome and very nice and helped me patch up my van so I could make it home. Would recommend them to anyone.

I took my vehicle to get it repaired from the paint and left there with a broken windshield that they are not wanting to fix. In the before pictures there is not a broken windshield and they even sent me a picture they took of when I went to pick up the vehicle. I’m very dissatisfied with their service. I will definitely never take my vehicle there.

Trustworthy and honest. Our company vehicles driver door had a nasty squeak. According to the internet, it needed to have the lower hinge replaced. I took our vehicle in to have Earhart give me an estimate for the hinge replacement. After taking a look and applying some lubricant, our door was fixed! Many other repair shops would have told me that I was right, the hinge needed to be replaced, but Earharts was honest and I really really appreciate that. I will go to them for any future auto body needs.

Last month I had a close encounter with my garage door, the end result being a totally damaged rear passenger door on my new 2019 Honda Passport. I had never filed an insurance claim nor had body work done on a car so I was a bit concerned about the whole process. I had previously heard good things about Earharts so decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. They worked diligently with my insurance company, this at a time when Covid-19 was on the upswing and many companies were at skeleton staff. The entire door had to be replaced and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the work, including overall turnaround time and the paint match. Wonderful job. I would definitely use Earharts again and highly recommend them. A final note: the staff were friendly and professional and made a painful experience less so.

Excellent service and fair price. Undercarriage damage to my 2005 civic. The car was just barely worth repairing, but it is such a good driver I wanted to keep it . At my request, Earharts found quality used parts and returned the car to road worthiness affordably and quickly. They listened to what I wanted, provided an accurate quote and when all was said and done repaired the car, meeting my expectations, for less that quoted.

I was involved in an accident and got in contact with “Jimmy” at the shop explained to him what had happened and that I couldn’t drive the car down due to its condition, guy seemed disinterested and confused as to what I was asking for. All I needed was an estimate for my insurance company. Never the less “Jimmy” said he’d make contact and come by the house to take a look. Now I understand not being able to make it right away and I wasn’t expecting it but I feel two weeks is enough time and to not even make second contact with a potential client just to maybe oh I don’t know give an update on when y’all can come look at it. Maybe if I give a name like Tom next time I’ll hear from them.

Took my truck to Earharts collision in the middle of winter for accident repairs. They were able to get me in within a week- much earlier than I had expected, and had the work done in a timely fashion. The repairs look great. Additionally, they went above and beyond by washing and vacuuming, even delivering my truck to me upon completion! Would definitely recommend.

Girlfriend slid on ice and crushed the front end of my baby (2016 Mazda cx-3) and I was so worried that because it was an insurance claim that a lower quality of work was going to be performed. This was not the case at all. When I got my car back (timely I might add), I couldnt tell that anything had happened at all.These guys really went above and beyond for me by not only arranging a tow to/from my house in Omak to Wenatchee, but they also cleaned my car inside and out, as well as maintaining phone contact with me the entire time about the status of the car.Would highly recommend if quality and professionalism are what you are looking for.

My vehicle was hit while it was parked. I felt overwhelmed as it was just another thing to deal with, however, from the first contact I had with Earharts I knew I was in GREAT hands. I basically handed them the claim number and didnt have to talk to another insurance agent again. They provided a rental vehicle (a nice one!) while my vehicle was being repaired and dealt with all of the insurance side of things. I also received emails and/or texts informing me of how the process was going. My car looks as good as new (even better, actually) and I HIGHLY recommend you go here. You will not be disappointed!

I have had them work on vehicles on 2 occasions. The first time they called when they started the work and told me that there was a small dent just beyond the accident damage, that could be fixed for just a minimal amount more, and the quality of their job would be better. I gave them the go ahead and it looked perfect. The second time they gave me an estimate, on cost and time, both were spot on, and the finish work was beautiful.I would (and have) recommend Earharts to anyone needs vehicle body work done.

Earharts Collision Repair is the only place I will take my car for repairs. The at fault drivers insurance wanted me to take my car to a different shop. I refused. I have used Earharts for years and will continue to use them in the future. The repairs are always done correctly.

My experience at Earharts collision center was excellent, they knew exactly what to do and how to do a fantastic job in a very timely manner. They finished painting & installing a new bumper for my 2013 Dodge dart in 2 days and then I drove right into a snow storm with fresh paint, it looks excellent and will last!If you have any auto body work I would say to definitely call Earharts they are the BEST :)

Both myself and my wife were in fender benders in the same week. I choose to take my truck to Earharts she followed recommendations and went to WB&F. My truck had more damage and was harder to get parts, however Earharts completed the work in the time frame quoted and called to let me know that frame. WB&F never called I had to call them, they still are not finished even though they said they would call last week Im still waiting.I am pleased with the work done to my truck, but what sets them apart is they actually communicate with you. They finish in the time frame they quote. This means a lot. They also work with the insurance companies and make sure the truck is repaired properly.I will definitely use them in the future if need be and recommend to any that ask. As for WB&F I will call them again to see when they will be finished, again.

Ive had to use Earharts Collision twice in the last couple months. They were very professional and efficient!

Like the cookies, the car repair was also great.

Its been about 4 years since we had the hood painted and still the buff marks are all you see. After 3 returns was told after a couple wax jobs the buff marks would disappear, not. Its waxed at least twice a year and they are just as bad as the first day, They painted over rock chips and sand. Every time I wash it Im disappointed.
