Our heat pump stopped working on the weekend in 100 degree weather. Sam was available to come fix our unit on a Sunday afternoon. He was knowledgeable, quick, thorough, and professional. I called to try and get a tech to the business I work for. I was sent to the after hours line, which is fine, except for the woman took all my information and laughed at me when I said I needed a tech ASAP and hung up the phone. Horribly unprofessional.

Our heating system is older, but we didnt want to replace yet. The furnace would come on and not shut off, causing the house to heat up too much. I called Arctic and Sam came the next morning. We explained the problem and he knew right away what could be causing it. He checked the system and he was correct. He fixed the problem in no time and the furnace has worked prefect ever since. They have no professionalism in there office what so ever. They are charging 198$ for someone to be at my house for 25 minutes. And conect one wire (that was there just unplugged.) called about it they said to take it up with the technition. I told them theyd be taking it up with my lawer. Her exact words where bring it on. The entire exprience was rude and very unsatisfying.

Been waiting for our walk in at work to be fixed for a week. Supposed to have it fixed yesterday but they came and said they have the wrong parts. So then they said theyll be back to fix it the next day at 12 and they never showed up. When it was first inspected by them they had a hard time figuring everything out. Ridiculous

The installation crew at Arctic showed up on time, as promised. They were professional and the work was completed quickly. Better still, they didnt leave a mess for me to clean up! Due to contractors being backed up with work I was lucky they could squeeze my work into their busy schedule.
