Alpine Aire has some of the best customer service I have experienced. They were very responsive when it came to follow ups about getting a mini split installed, how much time it would take to install, when they could install it, and the rebates the county provides by getting heat pump. Once the unit was installed, they even took the time to follow up to make sure my wife and I were happy with the service and the new unit they had setup. I will definitely use Alpine Aire in the future based on the experience I had working with them

While visiting our in-laws in Wenatchee, Nathan from Alpine Air saved the day on Sunday (4th of July) by repairing a pump and installing a new clear p-trap and cleaner for us. Without his quick thinking and help, our whole extended family wouldve been without air conditioning for days. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Good service and communication regarding issues with the system, and billing questions. No expectations set regarding cost of repair, which ended up over $800 for a simple pipe leak repair. STRONGLY RECOMMEND you get a full quote in advance for any service, or you will pay a high, uncompetitive price. Be sure to ask about trip charges, and double-billing of time during regular hours. Overall, happy with the service, but not at the price that was paid.

Tony and Max came out to our cabin to troubleshoot why our gas fireplace wasnt staying lit. They worked hard to figure out what was going on and then fixed the issue easily. We appreciated their professionalism and how they saved us money by completing the job quickly.

Ryan came out and did our quarterly maintenance and did a great job as usual. This time we also had maintenance done on our natural gas fireplace insert. He made it look good as new and its working well. We always get good service from Alpine Aire.

We had Alpine Aire come out to repair our American Standard unit that is only 2 years old. The technician came out and had to make several phone calls to figure out what to do. I wish he had been honest and just said he didnt know much about the system. We were immediately sent a $250. bill for a 30 min visit. It didnt even work a week and the same problem was still happening! I contacted them and didnt receive a call back. After calling again, I talked to the owner that basically said that I would be paying the bill anyway! I mentioned that I would like them to come out and fix the problem and not get charged again or find someone who can fix it and he proceeded to argue and talk over me the entire time. OVERALL they did not fix our issue and now I am stuck with a large bill for nothing. I am writing this poor review and will be reporting them as well.

Our AC went out on this morning (Saturday) and with the high temps I didn’t want to wait to get it fixed. They were able to fit me into their schedule that day and quickly fixed it. Thankfully it was something simple and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. So grateful for you guys.

I had our system maintenance performed yesterday by Alpine Aire. I have always had excellent performance from this Carrier unit I bought about 10 yrs ago, and I feel I owe a lot of credit to Alpine Aire service dept. for that. Yesterday was no exception. Called them on a Saturday morning with an emergency AC issue. Receptionist took all my information down and said she would forward it to the on-call tech who should get back to me within a few hours.After not hearing back from anyone for 6 hours I called a one of the smaller HVAC contractors and he was out to my house within 15 minutes, and had the AC up and running in less than 2 hours.Finally got my call back from Alpine tech 2 days later on Monday asking if I still needed service.No, no I dont.

Everything was done well. From the sale to the installation. I was especially impressed with the follow up calls to make sure everything was working right. We had a couple of issues, which can happen with these complicated systems, but they dealt with them quickly and professionally and made sure we were well taken care of. The star was Tony, the follow up tech who came and inspected all the equipment and assisted the inspector. He did a great job of making sense of the tests they were doing and helping me to feel good about my purchase. Outstanding experience.

They fixed my ac charged me overtime and it broke 2 weeks later in 100 degree weather and couldnt see me for days and told me nothing they put on had warranty if you like fixing your ac every 2 weeks call them

When our AC went out we called and spoke to Nate who was able to get a technician to come out the very next day despite it being a very busy time of year for them. Our technician Tony was super nice. Nathan and Bill were the contacts for the replacement and repair of our old air condition at Icicle Ridge Winery. The replacement was done on time and tons of customer service was provided in explaining when and what was happening. Highly recommend the business to anyone here in the Wenatchee Valley. A comically bad experience but I kept cutting them slack until their most recent visit. My unit goes down and tech tells me on Thursday fan needed to replaced and they could handle it no problem - lots of openings and theyll call me next week! I call 4 days later and they havent even looked at his report to try and find an opening, now maybe Wednesday if Im lucky? And the bill is enormous, $560 when the part was still under warranty?? So I call Central Washington Heating and Cooling and explain the issue - $160 and they came out and fixed it right away. Save time and dont waste your time/money with these guys, youre just going to regret it.

I appreciated that Tony was very conscientious in his actions during the maintenance visit for my heat pump. In these days where we are practicing social distance he wore gloves and also wiped down all door knobs and thermostat etc. Tony was courteous and did a thorough inspection of the units with recommendations. The owner is absolutely dishonest and rude! They didn’t fix our ac and charged us. I tried negotiating to see if they would either come out make things right or Lowe our bill but instead he was a bully and tried to talk over me the whole time!

I needed the motor in my furnace replaced recently and Alpine was able to come out 90 minutes after I called and they diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor in an hour. Very friendly technician and easy to handle process, including getting the quote and paying quickly. Overall a great experience.

The technician Ryan was extremely professional and explained everything as he did his diagnostics to find the solution to our fireplace not working. I would highly recommend this company. I have no doubts we will continue to use them.

Called for service on my inside unit because the fan would not turn on.2 technicians showed up and worked on the unit for about 3 hours. They left with my unit still not working. They told me to call the next morning and they would be back out to finish. I called the next day around 930am and was told by the lady on the phone that i should have called earlier. They didnt have time to come back to finish the job and i would have to wait till Monday. It was Friday morning when i call so they were not going to come back for 3 days. I never call back Monday because i though this was rude and unprofessional. A week later i got a bill for over $900!!!The technicians replaced most the parts inside my unit without my knowledge. If i would have been informed of all the prices and parts they needed to replace I wouldnt have had them replace them. Again unprofessional. The last item the checked just before leaving was my thermostat. They found it had no power. Once they got power to my thermostat they could jumper the power and make the fan turn on but not the AC or heater. I went out and bought a new thermostat and wired it in and boom worked fine. The fact that they checked the thermostat last and that it was most likely the problem all along and not all the parts inside the unit makes it strike three for Unprofessional. NEVER will I call them again and NEVER will I recommend them to anyone I know.

My gas fireplace quit working, so I called around. Nobody would work on a Lennox fireplace, but after three calls to three different places I hit the jackpot. Not only would they work on my fireplace, but they showed up the very next day, even calling to see if they could come earlier than their scheduled time. Alvaro (the tech who came to my home) spent almost three hours cleaning the fireplace and replacing old, worn out, and broken parts. He thoroughly tested everything and made sure it was all in working order before he walked out my door. Alvaro was friendly and patient, answering my questions with respect and in terms I could understand. Ryan and Steve came out to complete maintenance on my system as well as change out the electronic air cleaner. This was quite the undertaking, it required quite a bit of thought and care. The old EAC was at the bottom of the furnace so they had to lift and suspend the furnace in order to replace with the new EAC. They did an amazing job and left the area as clean or cleaner than before they started. The new EAC is working very well and I am very happy with the amazing job they did. I just had a service call from Alpine Aire. The service technician was Joe Swan, and he was terrific! He arrived early was very polite and knew his stuff! I am pleased with his service.

Gave me bid for my new house. Furnace would not get air to the end of the house. Took two years for them to fix the problem in the original design and installation. In less than 6 months the circuit board didnt work in the heat pump, they billed me over $300. Then came time for final testing, which was included in their bid, and they refused to do the testing unless I extra paid for the time it took. Perfect example of the best price is not the best choice. It is not worth the hassle.

Having bough a 20 year old home last year in Wenatchee, I expected to have to have repairs done over time on my home. Never did I plan on having my HVAC system go completely out but it happened. With 85+ temps in Leavenworth, friends at our condo for the week reported on Sunday that the heat pump wasnt cooling. Inside temp was 86 degrees. I have no resources for HVAC repair in the Leavenworth area, as we live on the other side, so I searched and found Alpine Aire. I called, got an actual person, and my call was returned quickly. Within minutes!! Steve said hed restock his truck and head to the condo. I didnt want my guests to swelter all night and be miserable. He was there, did the repair, replaced the part and set the thermostat to cool properly! All said and done within a couple of hours, problem solved. I couldnt be more pleased! Alpine Air is my go-to HVAC company for our maintenance and repair! One happy camper and a couple happy guests!

We called Alpine Aire and they responded quickly and professionally. Tony(service tech) was thorough at diagnosing the problem and quick to fix the bad thermostat. He was also very neat while changing it out and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. He also wore booties as to not make a mess on my floors by tracking in snow. Very impressed with the service and will definitely call Alpine Aire in the future to take care of our HVAC! Thank you Tom and gang...so nice to deal with Professionals!

Had them install a ducted mini split system in my house. They did a terrible job. Didn’t run a calculation for CFM so the system was only ducted for about 1/2 of its capacity. They screwed up my ceiling Sheetrock and gave me the run around on billing. I would never be able to recommend them. If I could give negative stars I would.
