Orange theory Fitness (Wellesley) has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes me feel instantly comfortable. The staff and coaches are supportive and helpful. The workouts are challenging, but you manage at your own pace, gradually building your strength and endurance, always with the coaches cheering you on! The studio and equipment is immaculate - OT staff goes to great lengths to make sure everything is sanitized and safe.I am so happy that I joined OTF and highly recommend the whole workout experience it provides.
I love my new gym at Orange Theory. Considering the impact of the pandemic, they have taken extreme caution to make sure that you can still do your exercises and stay safe. They take your temperature prior to entry, ask questions about your help, limit the space to achieve distance and they make sure that you clean up after each workout and disinfect after each class. The workouts are very challenging and getting to the Orange Zone (84%) or more is achievable, but hard to do. The motivation level from the coaches is amazing and they change routines every month, sometimes bi-weeklyThanks for an amazing workout!
The studio was clean and the instructor (Daniel) was great. The staff at the front desk were courteous and professional. They helped me with a courtesy monitor since mine is being replaced by the corporate office. No hassles or issues. Excellent and well run studio
Friendly staff, knowledgeable coaches and pristine workout space. In addition to this you get measurable results and learn proper technique in various exercises. The coaches are very good with beginners and the environment is not intimidating at all.
Staff and members are friendly and professional. The equipment is up to date and well maintained. Its the cleanest gym Ive belonged to.
This is THE only way I am going to get my cardio going to a high level!! Love the variety of the workouts, instructors, and getting to see your progress/results as you go. It is very motivating to know what the work you do translates into- calories burned, heart rate etc. Love it!!
The instructors are all great at motivating the class. I like that I am only competing against myself and that every day is a different challenge. It’s addictive.
Started OTF Wellesley 8 months ago. I’m now in similar shape and weight from when I graduated college 28 years ago! The Coaches (especially), program, studio, and fellow members combine together perfectly to make a highly motivated and fun experience.
Worst customer service experience ever. Signed up for my first free class (coordinated with my partner who is along time member. They cancelled me literally 30 min before the class saying it was full (despite me having a confirmation email) but Emily was willing to reschedule me sometimes later this week lol. since I was already in Wellesley I went to the place and showed her the confirmed spot for the class I signed up for. I told her I specifically stayed home for this class on this pre Christmas weekend, and had my girlfriend underway to do my first class together. She told “it must have been a website glitch” lol and sent me along.Orange therapy Wellesley, or any branch, will never see me again. Wishing them and especially Emily all the best with their future customer service endeavors.
Great place to work out. Everyone is really helpful and trainers are knowledgeable. Highly recommend starting OTF
Very disappointing first time experience.I am new to Wellesley, we moved here from Boston where I loved going to Barrys Bootcamp and Soulcycle multiple times a week. I had my first baby about 3 months ago and left the house today for my first work out class since having the baby. I organized childcare, and was very excited to start working out and try Orange Theory I had heard a lot of positive things. They did tell me to arrive 30 min in advance and I did my very best to do that (I walked in the door 23 minutes before the class) but that was the best I could do, I was feeding the baby up until the last second I had to leave. When I arrived they told me I did not have a cc on file even though I called with one the night before, not a big deal I thought since Rodolfo said the class was not full but since I was late they could not let me in. He made me feel terrible, I did the best I could to be there as early as possible. I have never had a more terrible front desk experience for a work out class. I would rather drive the 20 min to Chestnuthill for Barrys then ever see that man again.
Great workouts! The staff is so friendly, helpful and encouraging.
I was referred by one of good friends of mine so I scheduled for a free class at 12 pm to work out with my friend. The website said I have to arrive 30 minutes before for orientation (didnt mention if im late, i wont be able to take the class). I arrived exactly 4 minutes late (arrived 11:34) and the front desk lady was very firm and said I cant take the class today because im late for the orientation. Really? Just 4 minutes. She said they have to go over my heartbeat machine whatever, really? Sending away the potential customer due to 4 minutes late, I never heard about it. Ive experienced many other fitness and never had this kind of experience. Its just a fitness center. Lack of customer service and flexibility.
I love that it is different everyday and that it incorporates strength and cardio in a HIIT workout. I also love the music and the trainers that make it fun. You are never bored. It’s a very efficient workout. In 1 hour you get it all in!
Each workout is different, and all the coaches/staff are wonderful.
OTF is great--the coaches and workouts are really awesome. After years of CrossFit, I finally got back in really good aerobic/running shape and Im really enjoying it.
Allie and Hope are so inspirational ❤️ I love working hard and having encouragement ❤️Wellesley team is great!!
Great place for a really good workout. Only complaint is that some of the trainers are not trained as well as they should be and do not understand certain injuries to suggest proper modifications
OT is a fun workout, always different, always strenuous, always interesting. It makes me feel the pain - but in a way that I like it!
Amazing workout, beautiful new studio, great parking and the BEST instructors!
Well, for one - when I was attending a traditional gym, I wasnt good at keeping track: What Do I Need To Work Today? Should I do legs.. Should I be doing arms.. With OTF, I love that I dont have to think about that. You show up and its just: Heres what youre doing today, stupid. Now, take a tread card, and run hard, while listening to terrible music. :D#PushPaceNotMushPace #AllOutNotAllDoubt #SplatsDontLie
Great studio with great people!
Let me start by saying I am a big fan of Orange Theory. I have been frequenting various studios and this studio has failed to meet my expectations. Recently had an issue where I forgot my indoor sneakers before a 5am class and was told that for my safety I couldnt wear a pair of shoes that were at the bottom of the lost and found bin which I was told would be donated to goodwill the day before. I didnt realize it wasnt safe to wear shoes your size and that I might offend the person who abandoned their shoes at the gym. When I pleaded to the coach I was very rudely shot down and it was told against their studio policy. Not only did this same situation happen to me 6 months ago at a neighboring studio, but that studio offered me the solution of a spare pair of shoes that belonged to the coach. I love the workout but the strict policy and unwillingness to help a member get a workout in at 5am under less than ideal circumstances left a lot to be desired. Do not expect a high level of customer service and any flexibility at this studio.
I really love it! The workout changes everyday and the hour flies by!
LOVE ORANGE THEORY!
Clean, professional, great workout
