From start to finish, my experience with Complete Auto Care has been absolutely fantastic. After months of dealing with a faulty transmission rebuild from a different shop, the people at Complete were able to accurately diagnose the problem quickly. A different shop had done an extremely poor job rebuilding our cars transmission and had been refusing to acknowledge that they had erred. After bringing it to Complete, their service manager, Scotch, went above and beyond to find exactly what the other shop did wrong when rebuilding our transmission, and made sure everything got taken care of and fixed quickly. Scotch is truly a top notch mechanic. He was always easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, very kind and super helpful. Complete Auto Care is the ONLY place Ill be bringing my car to in the future. I had a back brake lock on one of my wheels as I was just driving in the area and stopping to get gas. I looked online and found this place close by so I gave them a call. They got the van repaired within a few hours, and got me back on the road. I think these all were done at an acceptable price and in a decent amount of time. Also, the hospitality from the staff was pretty friendly while we were waiting around. Id use their service again if I lived in the area.

Fantastic mechanic shop and superb work from everyone there. I went to get my truck inspected and later got an exhaust installed. All of the mechanics and staff are friendly and the work was done right and quick! Great group of people!

Jane and the guys are friendly, honest, affordable, and do good work. Small waiting room--not a big thing, but during Covid craziness the closure of almost every dining establishment nearby (still, as of June 2021) means any wait is less than ideal.

This place was a lifesaver! After an exhausting experience at the DMV and finding out last minute I needed an emissions test, I called around to several places desperately searching for someone who could get me in and out ASAP. Jane was the kindness I needed after a stressful day! She did whatever she could to help my situation and got me in within 10 minutes. The mechanic was also very polite and quick. I was in and out and back to the DMV in less than 30 minutes. That kind of compassion and customer service goes a long way in my book. If I need any work done in the future, I would not hesitate to use them again!

It is the hub store, so if you need it sooner than later this is a good choice. Customer Service is great and they have never let me down.

They were great to work with! They installed a new motor in my old 1971 Triumph Stag. It was a lot of difficult work only experts would be able to do. I am a happy customer, just dropped off another vehicle for them to work on.

Great shop. Theyve done outstanding work on all three of my vehicles. Two of which probably shouldnt even be running, theyve made run like new. Ive never been overcharged for anything and never pressured to do extra, possibly unnecessary repairs.

My son brought his truck here for repairs that he had recently purchased for about $500. After several weeks, When it wouldnt start, he had it towed to Webster Groves Auto and they were unable to get it to start. After dismantling the interior to many pieces and charging over $500 they yelled at my son and told him to come get it, in worse condition than they received it. The guy even threatened to ring his neck if he had to. DO NOT GO HERE!
