Went up there got there like at a 345 and out at 415 pm was suppose to get a headlight installed didnt have the clips for the headlights and charged me 50 bucks for labor fee and headlight ended up in back seat cause couldnt install just robbery from them if in there spot I wouldnt charge anything if couldnt install wont be back thats for sure...

Came in to have my exhaust manifolds replaced and to get my exhaust looked at. When I got here and the guy looked at it there were flames coming out of my exhaust. They were able to replace my exhaust manifolds and we ended up replacing my exhaust. They kept me updated on the progress and were amazing guys. First shop I have been to where they didnt try to B.S. me because Im a woman on what I needed, or what needed to be done. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!

Had called Texas Tire as thats where I get most of my work done but they are owned by the same company. I was in contact with a gentleman named Aaron. He was very helpful in getting what I wanted done to my truck in a timely manner. Was done in about a half a day. Love the outcome. Will definitely be going back.

My first time to use Viper Auto as Blake at Texas Tire recommended them for hitch installations. I called and spoke to Aaron about my immediate needs for a hitch assembly on a small crossover vehicle. I needed it done immediately in order to make a trip out of town next day and Aaron went above and beyond to help me out. Instead of waiting for the hitch to deliver via truck next day knowing my need. Aaron sent someone to get the assembly same day and called to tell me he has it in. Aaron stated it would take an hour to install and quoted me a price. When my wife arrived they got her out in 30 minutes and it was less than what he had quoted me. You dont get service like this in todays market, but I am glad there are still people like Blake, Aaron and Greg with Viper that do their best to give the best service experience possible to their customers. Thanks Guys as I will send the people I know and more business your way.

They took care of my Jeep wrangler trailer hitch quickly. I tried to order it online by myself but was getting very high prices. They located through the warehouse and installed it cheaper than i could order it. Great guys!

Installed a leveling kit on a 2017 1500 Silverado near the end of January. After a couple of months the truck started making a loud squeak near the front where kit was installed. I went to shop asked if they could double check the work that was done. Front desk employee said all leveling kits squeak and that reviewing truck wouldn’t be necessary. You’d think a shop who claims they did the right thing wouldn’t hesitate to double check their work. I don’t consider walking outside and looking at the truck from 3 feet away “checking their work.” They then had the nerve to try and charge to remove kit. I had a question about replacing shocks, but I would never have this shop do more work to my truck.

I took my new truck in for power running boards and a Roll n’ Lock bed cover. As always; Tanner, Gary, Miller and the whole crew took excellent care of me. The prices were spot on and the installation was done quickly. I highly recommend Viper for any needs you may have!

Most of my reviews are 1-star. I couldnt give a 1-Star here, as I dont know enough about the company. What I can say is sadly they lost a good chunk of business helping me convert my 2016 GMC Sierra into an off-road monster. They refused to touch a vehicle newer than 25 years without a catalytic converter-- the guy told me even dune buggies and rally cars needed them or they would get a $10,000 fine...Well buddy, Motorsports in the name of your business is a little misleading...you should rename it to Street Muffler Specialist or some other nondescript, We dont do Motorsports name. The next call I made will benefit from my $30k investment. Sorry Mr. Vipe.

I had went before about 1.5yr ago and had a great expierence, they made a custom exhaust with a Muffler I supplied for my car. This most recent time going in, I wanted a inspection of the exhaust and to get it fixed. I knew it was something in the exhaust system rattling and I had money to spend to get whatever it was fixed. But they just didnt seem to want to work on it they were just looking under my car smiling and laughing (probably bc its a small Toyota car and they seem to mainly do trucks), he said he tapped the exhaust but didnt find anything. I literally go home right after, jack the car up and there are obvious broken welds at the Manifold/Header and a giant crack right by the Muffler on the weld from the pipe to the Muffler. I havent gotten it fixed yet but I think Ill be spending my money elsewhere now.

Got my exhaust done here a year ago most of my hangers broke within the first 6 monthes then about a month ago I lost my muffler due to bad welding before the muffler on one side and the other was bearly hanging on over all not worth what I paid for the true dual exhaust

Viper Motorsports in Weatherford, Tx are as crooked as they come. I went to their shop March 18, 2018 and asked for my 2015 dodge charger hemi to be louder and what could they put on to make it possible. They told me Flowmaster super 10s would do the job. So I told them I wanted it done. Nowhere at anytime did they mention to put on what they call a knock off super 10. So I left putting my trust in them with my car that they were putting on the mufflers they HAD TOLD ME were getting put on. I left to visit family, mind you I drove 133 miles to get this done and came back and my car was off the lift sitting in front at no time shown what was done to my car. I also had leased it through SNAP so my invoice was emailed. Now a year later I was informed by a mechanic that those are not true Flowmaster super 10s and when I had to look back at my invoice and they charged me for one Flowmaster super 10 to cover their inventory because I had called pricing them and they said $175 and $50 for labor thats whats was on my invoice but only part and labor for one true Flowmaster which is not on my car. I never paid attention back then because again i trusted they had done what they told me they were going to do. I have 2 knock offs and when I called and hoped they would make it right all they said was they were trying to save me money and I had SEEN the mufflers which I never did. I asked them when was I asking to save money and I asked for FLOWMASTER SUPER 10S because they suggested it. After all this they are not going to make it right and I will never go back! Just yesterday I took my truck that had just bought to their competitor down the street Chriss Muffler and they were able to put the true Flowmaster 10s and with better price and actually better quality job. I wish I would have never waisted my time or money with Viper Motorsports!

Bad experience with these guys this time. Didn’t seem to have the experience to finish the job. Didn’t want to make it right. Basically told me you can’t make everyone happy. Which is true I suppose. I wouldn’t use them much more than for parts basically. Just cost me money that I shouldn’t have had to spend.

I would take my money somewhere else. I feel like I got ripped off. I had problems with my exhaust and they didn’t seem to care about fixing it. Tanner Eldridge was very rude and acted like he knew my car. He said I was wasting their time and told me I was crazy. Their workmanship was bad. I tried to talk to management but no one would ever call me back. No one seemed to care so be aware before you go to this place or Texas tire because they have the same owner.I corrected my grammar since it seems like this business feels like insulting the intelligence of a paying “customer” is the appropriate public response. I admit I was angry when I first posted on here. I was excited about the new exhaust until it bogged my car down. I brought the car back and your answer is that I don’t know how to drive. It’s interesting that I never experienced this problem before. Tanner was not interested from the beginning. So, I paid more money for you to reinstall my factory mufflers. You wouldn’t take the new mufflers back so I had to eat that cost. The acceleration issue is gone, but today one the exhaust tips fell off due to a weak welding job. After 3 of the guys insulted my intelligence and one told me to take my business elsewhere, Miller helped me and fixed the exhaust tip at no charge. The true test of integrity for any business is how they treat unsatisfied customers. You’ve probably done a lot of good work but you treated me as if I’m less than human. That is why I wrote this review. Oh by the way, my Camaro is a V6. You obviously think you were dealing with a V8 according to your response. Maybe that was the problem allalong.Well sir, it seems that you have hired 2 dishonest employees because this is not the same issue. I had the Flowmaster 10s installed on my Mustang. I did go back because they were louder than I liked since the car is a convertible and they helped me with that. They didn’t insult me or call me crazy they tried to fix the problems I had, Also I payed more for that extra out of my pocket, they installed the dual exhaust and the way one of the pipes was routed and hung, the play caused it to rattle loudly and it hit against the rear axle. They ultimately fixed it and I still like them have those on the Mustang. Its why I wanted them on my Camaro. I will take your advice and find another exhaust shop that will meet my needs which is to be valued as a customer and not insulted publicly. I appreciate this public dialogue so others who are shopping may see how you interact with someone who didnt want anything for free. I just wanted the job done right. In the end, I paid for you to install the Flowmasters and then re-install the factory mufflers. And Im stuck with mufflers that I cant use. So you got your money. Other than thinking Im stupid and cant drive, and you dont like getting negative reviews, Im not sure why a business would have a personal beef with me. Youve proved here that youre not very customer friendly. Thank you for that. Its why I posted the review in the first place.

Came in early on a Saturday morning had a magnaflow put on my truck. It was finished in less than an hour. Competitive prices and you cannot beat the quality of the work! All the guys at the shop are friendly & willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I drove from Euless to Weatherford just to check this place out and it was well worth the trip!!!
