I have heard good things about this Allstate agency, but Ive never had any claims for them to pay and I cant recall ever being contacted by them. The only time Ive spoken with the agency was when I called them to find out why my policy cost was significantly higher than the policies of nearby neighbors. It would be nice to hear from them about how Im doing rather than just to let me know my premium is going up/time to pay or to request me to rate their service.

Clear explanations of complicated coverage issues by staff are excellent. They are looking out for the best plan of actions for the client.

I love the personal experience that I have at your office. Its nice to be treated individually as a person instead of just a file among many.

We used to have our insurance with a family friend who looked after us very well. But his agency was bought out and they raised our rates so much that we had to find a new agent.
