This is the first time in my life I have paid for my own car insurance and chad and his team have made it quick and easy! Kelly and the other sweet lady always answer my calls and questions professional as well as in a very timely manner. They helped me get both of my cars insured- I wouldn’t have car insurance with anyone else! 10/10 would recommend this team!

First of all, I have been a delighted customer with State Farm throughout my adult life. State Farm rates have been extremely competitive for as long as I recall, and yes, having a accident free driving history certainly helps. They offer quality comprehensive coverage and like the commercial says, like a good neighbor, State Farm is there is really this companies creed...not just a catchy advertisement. I have been with the Chad McMahon State Farm Insurance agency since relocating to NC back in the mid-2000s. The customer service provided by this office has been consistently top-notch...a model for all State Farm agencies to emulate! In todays society of struggling through 30-minutes of voice software trying to reach a real person, this agency is a shining-star on a dark night. They ALWAYS answer their phone lines...never leave a message and we will get back to you by end of day so common to the the vast majority of todays service-orientated companies. Without hesitation I have referred close friends & family and recently my brother in sister-in-law who just relocated to NC from GA. They were with USAA for over 40-years and were shocked to find both significantly lower rates, better coverage and a real person within easy reach for both their auto and new home. I am a creature of habit and when delighted I tend to go to the same person and for me the go-to person is Kim King. A call to Kim is all it takes to get a new quote, a modification to existing coverage or adding another policy. She is responsive, upbeat, and handles all matters with a sense of urgency as if it is her own personal issue. Whether on the phone or a swing-by the local office for a face-to-face (try that with on-line insurance companies), Kim is always upbeat (smiling in person and Im sure on the phone as well), patient and willing to go over what ever detail I need clarification and never leaving me feeling I am being tenacious (lol, to be truthful I tend to be). Kim follows-up to ensure all concerns & requested information have been satisfied and never tries to push any service or coverage on me that I have not solicited information on. Everyone at this office is incredible! They have been so helpful navigating the process of home insurance as well as switching auto insurance. The office staff is always friendly and ready to help anytime I call. They are very responsive and provide exceptional customer service! My mom had recently passed away and I was working with this team on the insurance for her house in North Carolina, they were so gracious and helpful during the entire process. They kept me notified and communicated with me through out the entire process. In dealing with my moms estate, I needed their kindness and it was so very much appreciated. I have been a State Farm customer since (I believe) 2012. Chad and his staff has been so kind and helpful to me in many ways. They have helped me save as much money as I possibly can even after Ive had an accident that was my fault. Chad and the rest of the State Farm family helped me get a rental when I was in an accident so my family and I wouldnt be stranded, they helped make sure claims were as thorough and speedy as possible, and even personally sent me birthday wishes when I never expected it. Theyve also helped me arrange all my monthly payments and offered more insurance services to the best of the their ability. They were thorough on the payments, and kept in contact with me to make sure we were being taken care of and even asked if the family was safe after an accident. I love the personal and professional service they provide. I have been told I could get cheaper prices but even if I could, no amount of savings from another company would entice me enough to leave the professional and personal customer service I get from Chad McMahons office. Just so everyone knows, that is the first time Ive ever made that statement. I hope to continue to receive State Farm insurance from Chad McMahon and his staff for years to come.

I recently had an accident causing significant damage to my truck. Chad and his staff made the process with claims, Precision Body Works for repairs, and Enterprise rentals seamless. Let me first say that Kim is a wonderful agent and she is the only reason I’m giving this office 3 stars. The others however I have nothing nice to say, I have personally been talked to rudely twice and I am unsure of the policy with other insurance company’s but if your married you should be able to handle your spouses business while they’re at work. Not the case with this company and as for coverage the call in service for road side assistance its horrible I don’t find it helpful to be sent to something automated then never get a response back about how long a tow truck will take while sitting on the road.
