Mike is very knowledgeable and very fair on his prices. I have used him for two years now. I prefer Mike service my pool rather than some of the seasonal employees because he is very thorough, although if there is a concern he takes care of it. Highly recommend for the Waxahachie area

I was very hesitant about hirring a pool company cause I could do it. Well after months of battling this thing I decided to leave it to the pros and those with experience.Serenity has been amazing, they are here when they say, the text alert lets me know they are on their way and the report after service explains what was happening.They are great people and the service has been awesome.

After switching from a company that tried for a month to get my pool in shape these guys got it perfect in about a week. Amazing costumer service and very fair pricing. I have recommended them to several people already and will continue to do so.

I have used Serenity for several years. They are top notch. They do what they say they will do when they say they are going to do it. The cost is very reasonable and my pool is always ready. More so than when I maintained it mysel . I receive texts when they are coming and what the results are. Cant beat it!

Mike with Serenity Pool Service always does a great job with our Pool cleaning and maintenance and goes above and beyond each and every time. We have also had him replace mastic around our hot tub and decking areas and it turned out amazing as well. Highly recommend!

Serenity Pools worked on a backyard pool while my company painted that same home. Serenity transformed it from a muddy mess into a beautiful and attractive pool. They did a great job.

The service is excellent! I love the customer service function of getting text messages to my phone. I know when my pool has been serviced, the chemical levels and the services provided. Everyone is friendly and they make owning a pool worry free! Thanks guys!

Mike has great knowledge of the business. People should not be allowed to post fraudulent reviews about a business. If you are a dissatisfied customer so be it. If you are not a customer thats sabotage. Just my opinion though.

We utilized two other pool service companies for monthly pool cleaning before being fortunate enough to locate Serenity Pool Service. This is a family owned and operated business and are a class act. They let you know when they are coming and what they found upon cleaning each and every time. They are FAR superior to the other two companies and much more reasonable in price which was just an added bonus to the excellent service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!Very disappointed in this company. My wife and I were promised week after week starting in April that it would be done by the weekend. I kept getting told someone would be by the house and no one would show(text proof of promises to come by). After 3 no shows the owner told me it was because trainees were not available or quit. It was not his fault. He then kept telling me it was because of something new each time instead of trouble shooting from the beginning or by coming by. I cancelled multiple gatherings since this started in April and its not May 29. He told me well since I only have me working right now and two other little boys are not ready yet that he suggest we go to someone with the man power. Im having to pay him and now the pool is in worse shape than it was when we started in April. I would not recommend anyone use this service. I have wasted time and money and im no closer than when I started.
