I found Ripple effect through an internet search around the same time a friend recommended them. I am very happy with my personal trainer, Craig. He listened to my goals and works with me through the challenges of weightlifting. I am very pleased and will be recommending him and Ripple Effect to anyone who asks.

He is very highly trained and has literally improved my physical health and well being. Backaches nearly gone and I am stronger and healthier than I was 20 years ago.
