Dan and Gregg have taken good care of me. Gregg stopped out to the house to evaluate my needs and I was surprised when Dan was the one to actually come do the work. I utilized them to get a whole home humidifier installed in my house and it has made a considerable difference. We asked Dans to come in for an annual check up before the cold weather hit and the Tech came out to the house and looked through everything and when he was done, he came back with all the adjustments that he made and the reasons behind those adjustments. It was a real education for my wife and I, because we just didnt know a lot about our furnace. It was awesome to get a service person to share that much knowledge with us and help us understand our house equipment.

There is no better service in the area. They have completed both heating and plumbing projects at our new home and business and I could not be more satisfied. If you want a VERY knowledgeable, dependable and competitive service provider in HVAC or plumbing they should be your first and last call.

All and all there great no complaints

Our furnace stopped working on Wednesday night, when it was 10 below. We called Dan on Thursday morning, he stopped by later that day. He tried to fix our current 20 year old furnace..not possilbe. Installed a new Lennox furnace on Friday. We were toasty warm by the weekend

I was trying to remodel my bathroom and soon found that I was way over my head. I had completely dismantled the only working bathroom in our home and realized that it was going to take me weeks to get it up and running again on my own. To make matters worse, we were hosting thanksgiving at OUR HOUSE in just a few short days.Dan came, and he was a real professional. He didnt make me feel small for needing his help, and he popped in the tub, vanity and toilet lickitty-split. Thanks to Dans work, Thanksgiving went off without a hitch. As I read this, I look and think I need to lay off the coffee, but after what Dan did for our family, my public gratitude is the least I can offer. Thanks Dan!

Very knowledgeable with fantastic service. They have performed work on my Heating/Cooling system as well as plumbing and the work was exactly what I needed.

Poor customer service !!! Danny is a horrible person who does nothing but take advantage of anyone he can. He treats not only his customers poorly, but I know of numerous employees who quit working for him and moved on to those greener pastures! Do not trust his work quailty or his knowledge. He tries to bully and intimidate people to get his way. I will NEVER use Dans service ever and cant scream loud enough to warn others

Great it looks really nice

I bought a brand new boiler and they took over a month to remove the old boiler. I had trouble getting hot water and they said i just had to give it time then i couldnt stand not having hot water and requested they come check. They said repair was $700 and not covered in my 15 year warranty on a 1.5 year old boiler. They sent a rookie who called and got step by step instructions from his boss because he didnt know what he was doing. I complained to Dan and he treated me like crap and his customer service was horrible.

I am new to the Wausau area and had some troubles with my AC last week. Southport was able to make it out the same day I called. The technician who was onsite was very knowledgeable & friendly. He presented me with repair options and recommended replacement since my unit is almost 25 years old. I decided to have their Comfort Specialist out that same afternoon and he quoted replacement options. My new Furnace & AC was installed a few days later and I couldn’t be happier with the work performed. My basement was left cleaner than before they came. All in all extremely happy with the team work performed by Southport. We will be using them for all our plumbing and HVAC needs going forwards.
