I had a very professional and satisfying experience with Window Concepts of Milwaukee. This was my second time using them for my window and door needs. Mike did a great job on the sales end, offering a great price, and making sure the entire process was smooth. Leonard was right on with his measurements and Jake did an awesome job installing the windows, making sure that any lead paint was captured in the plastic that was put down inside and outside the house. The installation was flawless and of high quality. I absolutely love my new windows and have thoroughly enjoyed the patio door installed a couple years ago. I dont know if there are enough good things my wife and I can say about our experience. Ill start with our sales rep, James. My wife and I had quite a few consultations but James gave us the best experience. He was on time for our appointment, took as much time as we needed to answer any questions, provided us with detailed walkthrough of the product and has such a great personality. The friendliest rep we dealt with.Next is the price. We replaced 12 windows, one of which was our picture window. We got all windows replaced for just under 10k and I feel really good about that price and they have flexible financing available.Last is the installation process. The windows arrived and were installed within contract time which was very important to my wife and I. The install crew was also on time and worked hard all day to get it done. They were willing to answer any questions I had, provided suggestions and were just overall very responsive in a positive manner.Overall, I have no regrets about my purchase and had an amazing experience. I highly recommend them.

Installers Eric and Jake were careful of interior of the house, cleaned up when done, explained how everything functioned and did a few more little things they didnt have to do. This was a particularly complicated project. Installing a door where no door existed on a hundred year old home is always and adventure, but we found some surprises as the project developed. The men did a wonderful job and tackled every obstacle with professionalism. The door is fabulous and I am very happy with the end result.

This is the 2nd time I have Window Concepts come for new windows. Three years ago I had 11 windows installed on the first floor and I asked them back for 5 windows for the basement. Installers were professional and courteous. One window was below a deck. I was afraid when they started taking boards off my deck to access the window, but they did a great job removing and replacing the boards. I will never need windows installed on this house, but will certainly consider Window Concepts if I ever move and I would definitely recommend them to family or a friend.

Best price, quick install that looks great, had a couple screens that were damaged and they came out and replaced them with no questions asked, adjusted my patio door while they were there, and checked out the one crank on a casement window and got a new crank ordered.

Mike was a great salesman & super easy to work with, not to mention the down to earth pricing! The installers did an amazing job on our old house. I was very impressed. 100% recommend these guys for your window needs.

We had all the windows in our home replaced in October 2017. The quality of installation is not what you would expect out of a professional company.We have had issues with the interior caulking. After asking them to come out to look since August 2019, they finally came out January 2020. They re-caulked the inside and some of the outside of the windows needed it also. But the damage was already done. The wood they installed between our double windows and the window sill has black mold on it from moisure getting in due to improper exterior seal. Now the wood needs to be replaced. They are not accepting responsibility or even responding to emails regarding it.I would strongly recommend going with a different company for your windows, even if the cost is a bit higher. I wish we would have.

The crew did a great job on our fascia and soffits. Only took them a few hours. Cleaned up everything which was a huge bonus.

My husband and I had a sliding glass door put into access our patio. Seth, came out to measure and was very professional and paid attention to not only just the job at hand but was kind and personal. Their customer service was fabulous and they never got sick of me calling to ask when it would be installed. When the crew came to install the door, it was amidst the COVID-19 crisis. They were efficient, respectful of the social distancing, professional, and a very happy crew. They went over all of the door mechanics (toe-lock, handle lock on both the glass and screen door) and adjusted everything that was sticking or not lining up correctly. We are very happy with our door and use it on a daily basis. We are so grateful for this company.

Everyone was kind and answered all my questions. As my appointment was approaching they confirmed the details. Fast, good quality work installing my great new windows. I can really tell the difference in my bedroom now that the draft is gone! The only thing I would change is that I got an email with links to sign documents from the bank they use, and it seemed out of the blue. I wasnt expecting it since it was several days before my installation and more than a month after my quote. The email didnt make mention of Window Concepts at all and I didnt recognize the name of the bank, or I would have made the connection. A call to Window Concepts did confirm the email was legit, but that communication could have gone more smoothly.

I had several estimates done to have all the windows replaced in our home. Window Concepts product carried a lifetime warranty that stays with the home even if its sold. How GREAT is that? The entire job took 2 days and I couldnt be happier with the work they did for us. The crew of guys were very friendly and polite, and when they were finished you couldnt even tell they were there. Everything was cleaned up spotless and I had a beautiful looking home to boot. I cant say enough for the work they did on our home. We had our 8 patio door replaced with a slightly smaller one and they studded in the extra space, insulated it, and placed new siding on the outside and dry walled the inside. If your thinking about have some windows replaced, you owe it to yourself to get it done by Window concepts of Milwaukee. They are the best in the business!

I had good experience when they install the windows, I will give them 5 stars, they responded to a warranty call good... now, I have another warranty call and they just washes their hands saying that the window manufacturer run out of business, therefore they can not honor the warranty. I am not certain this is right, the fact is that they never call me or notify me about this, that was used as a sale point. I am done with this company, I do recommend to hire somebody that can handle this properly and uses well stablished window manufacturers. This is no a good way to treat a customer, now I will make sure that everybody to ask me, not to use this company.

Very nice salesman not at all pushy. He was very professional and listened to our needs. The installer had a real challenge between the weather and the structure of our home. He was very good at explaining answers to my questions and was very patient with me... The only part I regret is that the few windows they sided around that I didnt totally replace. Now I still have to caulk around the glass and paint the window itself... oh well sometime ill replace that..

I cannot say enough about this company and how impressed I am with them from start to finish. All communication was prompt and professional and extremely friendly employees who were helpful with all my questions. They do excellent work in a very timely manner, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their type of services!

We had windows replaced almost a year ago now and while changing curtains, I was retriggered by my experience with this company. Where do I even start...Leonard makes you feel like you are inconveniencing him for you not being home from work at the time he wants you there to measure. When theres a concern, dont bother voicing it. He doesnt care, just rambles off an excuse in a very condescending tone. If Ive ever met someone who dislikes the peopling aspect of their job, its him. He ruined our wooden coffee table by tossing his metal clipboard on it instead of setting it down like a normal human being several times during the time he was measuring our bay window. Deep dents, scratches, no regards when informed of it. They left a mess in our ONE year olds bedroom, including nails on the floor (12 to be exact) acetone sitting on the floor, trim pieces not secured, flathead screwdriver on the floor. Every window replaced has scuffs and scratches on the white edging. Left our bathroom a mess with urine all over the toilet, boot prints throughout house as they wore them when we were told they would not or would have covers on by the salesman. Rick is just as condescending as Leonard and in disbelief his crew would do such things. Thankfully I took pictures as proof before cleaning up after them. In attempt to repair some manufacturer defects on our renters side, we set up a time to meet, the guy showed up hours before, unannounced, called and left a rude voicemail stating I was not there and he has no clue which damn window needed to be repaired. The outside of the windows looks nic from afar, anything was better than we had before, but the insides are less than appealing. For the six digit dollar amount spent on windows with this company, I expected a lot better craftsmanship, customer service, accountability, and kindness. Proceed at your own risk and dont have high expectations.

Window Concepts is a very professional business. They deliver quality workmanship and products. They are courteous, timely and do what they say they are going to do. They also clean up when they are done. They are a wonderful company to do business with.

We didnt actually get windows because they dont offer the services were looking for. However, James came all the way out to Hartford to look at our windows. He was super nice even though he didnt make a sale. He even gave us the name of a company that could help us.

We had Window Concepts replace ALL our window and our patio sliding door in Dec 15. From the initial visit & quote from the sales rep, to meeting the foreman who came and verified all measurements to the timely and professional installation this company exceeded my expectations! We changed some of the styles of a few windows, put a frosted window in one bathroom and put a full glass crank out window in the kitchen. . They estimated it would take a day and a half to finish the job however they finished in 7-hours. Dont think they simply rushed the job, the crew works non-stop and have installation down pat and takes pride in their work- their 20+ years of experience showed in the quality craftsmanship of the final product. Upon finishing I could not tell they were here- all areas were cleaned, vacuumed up and all the old windows taken away. . First impression of the windows: For 15 years Ive turned my heater down at night to 67- in the morning the temp is 67. After these windows were installed I turned the temp to 67 and in the morning it was 70 (the temp it was originally set). I also noticed our house is quieter from outside noise. I received a discount for signing a contract the same day and I received a Military discount. I dont know how else to compliment these guys, great job! I highly recommend this company.

The team did excellent work; I am very pleased with the vinyl siding. They were expected to take 2 days but were finished in one day. I definitely would recommend them. :-)

From the salesman (Aaron) to the installers, everybody was very professional and courteous. Three weeks prior to our scheduled installation, our old, very large sliding patio door shattered late at night. We called the Aaron immediately and he got to work on getting us an earlier installation (we later found out he was on his honeymoon!). The owner called the next morning and got us installed 5 days later (they would have done it in 2 days, but the weather did not cooperate). They showed up early, finished early, the windows look great and they cleaned up everything. We purchased half of the windows we will ultimately need. We are so pleased, we will only work with Window Concepts in the future.

We worked with Seth from Window Concepts of Milwaukee for our siding replacement. We received a really good product for a great price and are just thrilled with the way our home looks!! Their installer, Jay, was quick, professional and CLEAN!!! He did a great job and was very courteous and respectful of myself and our home. As a side note.........When we bought our home, one of the windows had a blown seal and we hadnt gotten around to replacing it yet. Seth went above and beyond by contacting the company that installed them to get a new one made and then came out personally to replace it at no charge to us!! The house my wife and I recently purchased had all but four of the original windows replaced and updated with energy efficient ones prior to closing by the previous owner. We contracted Window Concepts to finish the job. Their craftsmen did a fantastic job of ensuring the new install matched the old install aesthetically as best as possible while providing a superior product and finish. We are very happy with the end product and if we need window treatments again in the future, we know where to start.

Window Concepts installed our side door. Outside and inside doors. The installer went way beyond expectations installing two door bells (we have a two-family) and caulking way beyond what he had too. He even came back and took care of a squeak. Both doors were of excellent quality. Couldnt be any happier.

Absolutely horrible customer service and relations. They are rude when you talk to them on the phone. My wife and I just had a one window job that was ordered August 6th. It is now December 16th. They had issues with 3 windows. And I get it, mistakes happen. But three times is very inconvenient when it came to scheduling the window to be put in. They we’re getting annoyed if we had to work that day and that we couldn’t have someone come to the house. They would text in the late evening asking if the could stop the next morning.Then when we finally schedule another day, they showed up out of nowhere at 7 in the morning when they said they would be there a lot later. They made a huge mess of the floors and did a poor job cleaning up after them. They threw down drop towels after the fact they went through the house numerous times. Lastly rick told us to take 75 off the bill for the first mistake. Absolutely nothing afterwards or the numerous other inconveniences. Then when the bill was handed to us we took the 75 off and was told no that’s with it already. Rick lied about it, Because we checked the original order and it was only 50 dollars less. We tried calling him right after and it went straight to voicemail. He still hasn’t called back. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this company. Not one part of the whole process, I felt comfortable and regretted going through them.

Seth (sales rep) arrived with brochures and a visual display. Seth was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of his product. Windows Concept was the third company I had out for an estimate and the one I chose to install my new Windows. Buzz and his team(installer) were efficient with the installation and did a great job of cleaning up after installation. New window has gone through a cold, windy winter, so far, and has kept out the elements. I am very pleased with this purchase and install.

The Installation went well and they also did a great job with clean up. The windows look great and should help cut my heating and cooling costs. I got the windows that open on either side which I thought was a good idea but never realized there was no way to lock the side that is not being used with the screen. One of my biggest concerns with buying a new window was safety, I have a 7 year old and my bedroom window upstairs is as big as the living room window. If he were to slide open the side of the window with no screen there is nothing preventing him from accidentally falling out. Also, I dont feel comfortable leaving the house with the downstairs windows open because the non screen side could easily be opened by sliding it or a butter knife. If I had known this before I purchased the I would have went with a different, more secure window. This window option was highly suggested by the salesman and the deal was sweetened with a price match and a rebate. I kind of think I was suckered into this purchase. I hope someone else can learn from my mistake in choosing this window.

I am very pleased with the quality of windows and work done by Window Concepts. They did a great job with installation, and matching the new windows to the exterior color of our home. You pay for the quality, but worth it.

This company installed my windows 2 years and still stand behind their product if there is a problem. Within a day of my phone call someone came out to examine my concern, which was addressed within the week. They truly work to make sure the customer is satisfied.

We are very happy with the results of replacing our old siding along with the installation of tru-vent soffit and facia and new gutters. We actually had made appointments with other installers and after receiving a telephone call agreed to meet with Window Concepts. We were totally sold on the quality of the products they use and were very pleased with the deal we worked out. We cancelled those other appointments. Then came the installation and we saw the expertise and skill that Jay their siding installer exhibited. All in all we are very satisfied customers. So satisfied we ordered new storm windows to be installed at a later date.

During the hottest days in July, one siding installer completed our job in less than 3 days by himself! Buzzy and his crew did an amazing job on the window installation. The door installation was just as flawless.We were so impressed by the quality products and professional Window Concepts personnel, that we ordered 6 more windows! Replaced siding, shutters and storm door. My house is beautiful !

UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT - DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WRITTEN GUARANTY1. New front door Installation crew 1-3 hours late each day2. 45 minutes of work performed followed by 2-3.5 hour lunches EVERY day3. Perpetually unprepared; claimed they couldnt find basic items like trim or caulk at Menards.4. After door removed discovered new one missing bore hole for deadbolt. Crew claimed they werent qualified to perform basic field tasks & door would have to be sent back to be corrected.5. Old door put back on without any insulation leaving visible gaps all around. Storm door left off & no attempt to seal out weather. WINDOW CONCEPTS stated they didnt understand why installers hadnt resolved bore hole issue or at least installed door as is with temporary locking handle. Great questions!6. Manufacturer tech agreed to meet crew & complete job, but couldnt reach crew for over 24 hours; they refused to come out until 3 days later at earliest, leaving us with an improperly secured, visibly gaping door.7. Tech arrived on time, left for another job, came back 75 minutes later & left for yet another job in another county when no one could locate installers or new door. Rather than apologize, scheduler implied we, along with manufacturer’s tech, were lying about crew not being there. When installers did finally arrive they were vocally upset tech hadnt waited 2+ hours for them to show up.8. After 30 minutes removing old door again & putting new one on hinges, crew disappeared for another 2+ hour lunch in such a rush they left with door fully unsecured. We discovered this after they left with door swinging in wind. But with balmy Wisconsin temperatures in the mid-30s that day, why bother really.9. After tech arrived for 3rd time that day, completed his portion & left, crew tried to leave for personal issue. They became angry when we insisted door be insulated, able to close & lock before they left as if that were unreasonable.10. 3rd day crew actually showed up began with snarky comments about our call to WINDOW CONCEPTS to discuss our very legitimate concerns. No apologies or excuses, just angry we dared say something.11. 5 hours later, crew left “completed” project after borrowing caulk from us to do basic sealing they had to be forced into doing. Manufacturers rep came out to verify job was done properly & had to order new insulation pieces to correct visible gaps at corners.After several weeks WINDOWS CONCEPTS has taken no responsibility for the extreme incompetence & unprofessionalism of installation. Instead, shifting blame to their supplier. That contract for project was signed with Window Concepts & not their supplier is not relevant to them. WINDOW CONCEPTS has made clear they do NOT stand behind their written satisfaction guarantee & even SUGGESTED WE PAD OUR REVIEW as installation crew was hired by manufacturer & a negative review would be unfair to them.Really? Let me tell you about unfair. As our cost is in excess of $3800 for a single, very basic installed door, it is not too much to expect job be done properly & in a timely manner. The professionals involved think a $100 gift certificate is generous compensation for simple installation that by their own admission should have been completed in a few hours rather than 6 days & required immediate corrective measures of basic insulation. Amount doesnt even cover our added heating costs from door being left open & uninsulated for 6 days in March.Needless to say, contract for replacing our final patio door will be given to another company.If you are reading this, PLEASE feel free to share this with everyone you know. More importantly, learn from our unfortunate experience & avoid doing business with this company. Weve spent $12,000 with them in the past year only to discover that while they are very concerned with maintaining a good reputation, when it comes right down to it, they are unwilling to do the work or take the steps necessary to earn it.

Return phone call from technician hasnt happened. Two weeks has passed. I will try a third time. Very disappointed in customer service, obviously.

Our windows were only about 5-6 years old when three of them had moisture between the panes this past winter. The warranty lasts only one year and only covered the glass ($15?). The labor was not covered and was $150 each. It cost me $450 to have these 3 windows fixed. Not impressed with either the quality of the windows or their so-called warranty!
