A huge project done well! Our wall needed to dug out, pushed back in alignment, and supported with steel studs. They also dug out the remaining walls, and water proofed them. Our drain tile was replaced all around. Troy and his crew did a wonderful job! Troy was courteous, explained things, and went out of his way to make the whole process easy and worry-free. Troy had great communication throughout the whole project. The work was done well, and everything was cleaned up and put back together well. They worked hard, and were careful not to damage anything in the house. They also took care with the yard, to not damage the lawn where they were working with heavy machinery. When replacing the dirt, they had a nice pitch away from the house. I would highly recommend Everdry!
Everdry did our basement a number of years ago and its still holding strong even through the worst storms. They came out last year and promptly replaced out aging sump pumps at no charge! I highly recommend this company for your basement needs!
We used everdry water proofing two years ago two address multiple leaks and cracks in our basement. There were three main areas where we had water coming in. The initial consultation was very informative. We went with there two step approach as our soil has a lot of clay in it having the extra outside drainage system would help reduce extra water in the soil. The initial crew was friendly and mindful of the kids. The project was completed in the time stated. After everything was done, we have had to call out everdry multiple time to continue to work on the area where the initial problem was. When they come out to do work and fix the problem we have had to call them out a second time to fix the first workers poor craftsmanship. They replaced some concrete and then had to send a second worker out because the patch work was 1 inch lower than the rest of the floor. During the last time they were out, they again filled a crack on the outside wall (which they said they were going to do originally but was not done properly). Now in the areas they worked on, they removed soil and it settled 8 inches, compromising the outside drainage system. We have again requested work to be done on the same area that was just worked on. Be prepared to have all subsequent visits to address issues to occur at least twice.Update: After calling Everdry with the concerns about the work completed they scheduled a crew to come back out and fill in the settled areas with top soil. The crew leader was very professional and addressed my concerns. I will not know if the problem has been solved until the next heavy rainstorm.
Everyone that I interacted with at EverDry was very professional. All of them were very sociable, hardworking and had great customer service skills. Matt, Ben, Nigel and all of them did a great job in the work they did. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with the work that they did. I am certain that my basement will never have an issue with water seeping through the walls again! Thank you EverDry!
We have had a wet and damp basement for years and we had enough. We called Everdry and within 3 days we had a free inspection and were extremely impressed with the presentation and the solution we were offered to fix our basement. Within weeks they were out on the job site and finished quicker than expected. We were concerned with trying to save our landscaping but the crew took their time and showed they cared about my property and it looks like they were never there. We look forward to having a dry basement for years to come. I would highly recommend using Everdry for any basement problems you might have. You wont regret it!
Avoid this company like the PLAGUE. Please see my full review on the BBB (once its approved), google doesnt allow the character space for a proper response. I can emphatically state that Everdry is unquestionably the worst company I have ever experienced on any level. Dealing with this company has consistently been a nightmare. The only smooth aspects of my experience were when they sold me the job, and when they took my money. Everything else has been a disaster, both in the figurative and literal sense. There is virtually no consistency between what is promised and actual results. Virtually everything this company has told me has proven grossly misleading or completely false, and as confirmed by one of their own employees who says they put on a “false front”, deception appears to be the cornerstone of their business model. The service I received is not remotely worth what I paid, also confirmed by employees of Everdry. The so-called warranty appears to be designed more to protect the company against their use of sub-standard labor, and less designed to protect the home owner against aberrations in quality or unforeseen events. I was promised a professional installation and peace of mind; I have neither. Of course, how can you expect a professional installation when service workers (at least some of them) are paid $13 per hr under the pretense that they are “learning a trade”.Dealing with this company is like dealing with a small child; they are constantly testing boundaries, listen selectively when you talk to them, will regularly take advantage of you when you let them, and struggle doing anything unless you relentlessly pester them and regularly hold them accountable because they don’t show the ability to do it themselves. The crew that was sent was not qualified to do the job. They showed a lack of maturity, lack of consideration for my property, and insufficient investment in performing a quality job. Much of the work was rushed, sloppy, and incomplete, and my home was left in disarray. The follow-up work was also incomplete and was met with a similar level of indifference. I was concerned that my exterior wall was not properly sealed, which was essentially ignored by the service manager. When the wall leaked worse than before after the first hard rain, follow-up work was scheduled and found that the workmanship was poor and the wall was not sealed, compromising the whole system. The first hard rain after that the wall is still leaking. Other work that was supposed to be completed during the follow-up was not.One of the men sent for the follow-up stated that the whole job was done poorly, and not worth what I paid. He told me that his company puts on a “false front”, which I was already well aware, and he discourages anyone he knows from using them. He also asked me who the foreman for the job was, and when I told them it was Brandon, they had no clue who that was. This company has proven time and time again that they are unwilling and incapable of completing the most fundamental aspects of the job they are hired for, rendering any so called warranty completely useless. To quote Everdry’s own literature, “A warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind it.”
We had services done in April 2002. Prior to work being done, we had some water in the basement and now we dont!! The work was done along the inside basement walls and an extra sump pump was added as well as braces put on two walls. We are very pleased with the workers too as they cleaned up everything and were very professional!!
Poor customer service and attitude. Rearranged my schedule to meet with them at the time that worked best for them. Then they called and cancelled coming out at the time they were supposed to arrive for the estimate.
Had them come out 20 years ago to fix up our basement. Not a problem since. We couldn’t be happier.
The crew was very well mannered and arrived on time every day. They also gave me updates on the project when needed. There was some minor deficiencies at the end of the project, but were fixed in a timely manor, which I greatly appreciate. The one thing I will have to recommend is not going with the lender they recommended for the FHA title 1 loan. It has been the biggest nightmare for me.
My husband and I contacted Everdry because we had a basketball size hole in our basement wall and our rodent contractor was not happy servicing us with the hole that a raccoon could enter. The salesperson was nice and came out to our house in the evening and was very convincing that their solution would be the end of our issues. He said they would dig 6 feet down all around the outside of our house and seal it up and then put drain tile in the inside to a sub pump. We felt good about the price that we were being charged for the amount of work that was going to be done. Only thing is, once the foreman came to the site, the scope of work changed. Instead of digging 6 feet down all the way around, they only dug 3 feet at the most because of the way our house was situated on the site. The foreman felt it would be better to do it a different way than that we were sold. So there is approximately 300 square feet of tar and other materials that we were charged for that was never used at least at our house. Also, a large section of the back of the house was not done because we have a deck. Felt extremely ripped off by this and still do. The scope of work changed and so therefore the price should have changed but it did not. The work was done spring 2018. Spring 2019, we are still getting water in our basement.Trying to make a service appointment is the easy part. Getting them to show up and do the service has been a different story. It has been a nightmare. If you have a job, good luck, hope you have a lot of vacation days. Service people have not show up or call at least twice now. Everdry also calls late the day before the appointment or the day of the appointment trying to reschedule. I have left messages with the receptionist and 3 out of 4 times have not received a call back.
We employed Everdry to work on our basement. From day one we were impressed with De’Vonte & Crews work ethics. They have very hard working men. We loved the fact that they walked us threw every step of what they were doing. We cannot wait to see the result once spring comes. The highlight will be walking through my basement with my socks and not worrying about stepping in a puddle of water. Thank you for your hard work.
Everyone is very professional and provide the best customer service.
My property has a warranty from Everdry for work done prior to my ownership. Techs are extremely knowledgeable about the services they provide
We set up an appointment to assess my foundation. Calls back and forth and then they suddenly say I am out of their service area and they only do basements. Im not sure how neither of those things came up until the day before they said they would come out.
I don’t even know where to begin. Incomplete shoddy work, and theft! DO NOT GO WITH EVERDRY! My husband and I ignored the bad reviews and figured they were just angry customers nitpicking. We were wrong. Same thing happened to us as the other people giving low stars. We had two different consultants and one manager from Everdry come to our home and we were told that their crews would be digging 8’ down around the entire perimeter of our 1,400sqft home, replacing the drain tile in the basement, and re-taring the foundation from the outside. We needed a second sump pump added, and they were to install a ventilating system so we would no longer need a dehumidifier. The price was high but we figured it was justified with the amount of work they would be doing. We did call a few days after we signed the contract to see what we could do to get out of the contract if we couldn’t come up with the funds in time and were told there is no way out of the contract and that “Everdry is known for punishing people who try to break the contract and will bury people in fines and court fees”. So, be aware before you sign! What they say and what they actually do are two vastly different things. They only dug about 2-3’ down around small sections of the house. When asked why they weren’t doing the entire perimeter as we were initially told they claimed it was because the back of the house had a concrete patio and part of the house had an overhang. So basically the ENTIRE back length of our house was not waterproofed. There is also at least 4’ along the front of the house not waterproofed because the front steps were in the way. They broke one of the basement windows and our WASTE PIPE! They left unfilled holes, they didn’t line all the walls with the corrugate plastic strips and they covered pipe valves in concrete leaving them unusable. They used my husband’s tools and some of his materials for their work. They left drips of concrete all over our basement and dumped the left over concrete in our back yard (We have to dig that out of our lawn) and to top it all off the crew STOLE FROM US! A few Milwaukee tools, an extension cord and a $60 lead paint ventilator mask. When I called Everdry about this the receptionist initially tried to brush it off and cover it up. I finally got her to make the supervisor (Andy) call me back and he only tried to make excuses for the crew’s theft and terrible work. I told him I was calling the police and then all of a sudden his demeanor changed. He said he would fix the broken window and the waste pipe “to get back into good faith with us” and he offered to replace the stolen items. I did file a police report with the New Berlin Police Department but decided not to press charges because Andy did replace the stolen items. (Except for the mask. We’re still waiting on that.)Apparently $26,300 paid to Everdry will get you a partially done shoddy job, theft, and a huge mess to clean up. My advice? Don’t go with Everdry. If you’re one of the unfortunate stuck in a contract? Make sure you remove anything of value from the work area and keep a close eye on the crew! The Supervisor Name: AndyThe Foreman Name: Larry
Bought our house that already had the work done by previous owners over 10 years ago and everything is still great. The quality of the work has been exceptional. They are also very quick to service our basement if needed and it’s all protected under the warranty. Would highly recommend if you want your basement problems fixed and a permanent solution.
The workers were very helpful and fun to work with. No leaks in my basement
We purchased a home in 2008 that had waterproofing done by Everdry. The warranty was transferred to us when we purchased the house and we have kept it up ever since. We have had no water issues since we moved in! We have had Everdry fix a few things in the last 7 years - a sump pump valve, a few cracks in the wall, and additional brackets added. All was done with our$50 annual service agreement fee. Overall very happy that we have not had water issues!
We used EverDry to repair the water damage we had experienced in our basement. From the salesman to the office communications to the workers we were very satisfied with the results. They did what they said they would do, and they did it professionally. They were on-time with all parts of the service and the finished on-time as they expected. Considering we did this in the winter with snow, cold, etc., the cleanup was the best we could hope for. It probably would be an even better experience if it were not the winter, but in Wisconsin we are ready for everything! We are happy we can now rest assured that our house is secure and that any future water issues will be handled appropriately through the system they installed. We recommend their services with the highest level of confidence.
Two-Family home built in 1938. Had water coming in from old well area and other areas. Never had a sump pump. Franco and crew did a great job in four days. Explained every day what was done and what will be done at the start of the day and at the end of the day. Sump pump, easy breeze system, and trenched inside and out. Only company to look at the whole basement inside and out. I now have a bone dry basement. Wouldnt want to work for Franco he works too hard!! Warranty for life!!
My basement floor was leaking throughThe cracks in the floor. EveryDry came inPulled up concrete and put in drain tiles and a sump pump. No more water problems!
Decided to go with this company after a few estimates to get our basement fixed. We really enjoyed our meeting with our inspector and didn’t feel pressured to buy the system. The warranty was a big factor in our decision as well and it being able to transfer if we decide to sell in the future. We finally have been able to finish our basement without the worry of water when it rains. Would recommend
Great work. Basement has had 1 tiny leak in 4 years during an unusually heavy rain period. We used to have water anytime it rained. We can use our basement now!!ETA - we did have them come out and look at the leak - they agreed it was probably a one time thing.
We wanted to share with you our sincere appreciation for the excellent job on our basement performed by an outstanding crew at Everdry. Specifically wanted to express special thanks and gratitude to Ben, the foreman; Troy the crew chief as well as his crew staff: Dee, Sam, Jake and Eli. We were impressed with the supervision of the crew as well as their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond the tasks at hand to make the finished product a great success.
Crew did the work years ago on our basement and everything has been fantastic. It has held up great and we have had no issues. Everything we have done with this company has been done with professionalism, attention to detail, and care. The crew was polite and friendly and fast. They answered any of the questions that we had and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
The project manager Jake was so informative through the whole process of the work they were doing. The crew was on time everyday. I received calls and people came to check on the workers and see how the work that was being done was going. The work crew was very respectful and professional. The interior water system was done professionally. The company also followed up and came out to check the work also if I had any concerns. Great customer service. It’s been a month and my basement is dry and doesn’t have that mildew smell anymore.
We had Everdry replace our old and leaking drainage tiles with their hybrid waterproofing system this past October. Braden and his team did an amazing job working hard every day they showed up to get the job done. Would definitely recommend using Everdry if you are looking at waterproofing your basement.
Hired this company to install waterproofing after we had water problems for a couple of years. We had a couple of estimates but ended up choosing everdry. It’s been a great decision so far. They were not the cheapest company we met with but it’s the one we felt most confident in. Everything went smooth from start to finish with our sales person and installation crew and we enjoy knowing that our basement is covered in the future if any problems do come up. Would highly recommend if you need any work like this done
Inherited this house that already had the system and everything has been just fine. We were able to finish off the basement and that was the most important thing for us. We have only had this company out once to change out the sump pump and they were there the same day that we called. Everyone has been very helpful to us and we are thankful for that.
Everdry assisted with the waterproofing of our basement. As recent homeowners, we were very concerned when our basement flooded and it was revealed to us that mold had been taking root in our basement. The inspector and crew on-site gave us peace of mind going over what they caught as signs of decay of our basement walls, primarily focusing on the water that was clearly coming in through the basement walls. Once the system was installed and operational, weve noticed how much water is being pumped out from around our basement and it was very shocking to think that all that water was collecting in our walls and around the basement perimeter. Everdrys life-time warranty also has given us the relief of knowing that any water-related basement issues will be covered as well. Id highly recommend the system they install and value it as the best-priced system on the market in our area, especially given what all is covered.
.Pictures attached below is what my basement looks as of today after Everdry waterproofing started initial work jan 7th 2019.Very disappointed with Everdry services. I called the office and left message with the receptionist couple of times to have their manager Matthew Flynn call me because they wouldnt give me his number and hes never in the office, but he never called back. You book a job, come and break our basement, make it a mess to clean, get paid and thats it. Wont you see through if the problem is fixed or not. They started initial work on jan 7th 2019.They are still not able to fix my basement. We started getting water in the new spots which we didnt have before after they did the initial work. Its very hard to get hold of anybody. Its only two people working in the whole everdry office its the the receptionist and the andy guy. They redid this part of the basement(pictures attached below) three times after we called them so many times and had to take so many day offs because 17 people didnt show up to work thats the excuse they give when they cant keep the appointment or I guess they got their money so iam not their priority anymore. They dont even clean up the concrete mess they make.they just pick up the big chunks and leave the rest for us to clean.I called them again today morning jun 24th 8 :19 am. Receptionist thea picked up the phone. I told her I wanted to talk to somebody incharge but not andy and she still transfers me to andy. I told him u guys redid the s as me spot 3 times I still have water he says theres no guarantee I never heard no guarantee word from christopher sales guy in our first meeting he told us once u get job done with us u will never have problem. We didnt even have water on that wall before everdry came and worked in our basement. He told me his manager is going to call me today since I didnt want to talk to him. Iam waiting now for manager to call me.My suggestion to people who are looking to get services with everdry waterproofing dont pay them as soon as the work is done and the sales guy christopher is overpromising what the company cannot deliver.
Two years after having Everdry come out and instal new interior and exterior drain tile and a sump pump and still no water inside the basement. Everdry stands by their work and was well worth the investment.
I had the pleasure of working with foreman, Braden, from everdry waterproofing on the recent waterproofing my basement. They were professional and did a great job of explaining how the process of the project would work as well as answering any questions that I had. I was impressed with how thorough and swift his team were with completing the project. Overall I would highly recommend working with Braden to other customers.
Overall, they did an amazing job fixing my basement. Last year, my basement flooded several times..they came in, assessed both basments (i own a duplex) and provided us all the best options. They worked with us on providing finance that we could afford. The crew that came in to complete the work was professional, curteous, and hard working. They cleaned both basements, vaccummed and ensured it was ready for us to put back together. I would highly recommend them! This summer, neither basement had any issues at all. It was a huge relief considering the amount of rain we got.
Very professional the crew that worked on basement did a excellent job, respected our private property highly recommend this company.
The workers worked very hard to waterproof my basement. It was a difficult fix, but the basement has been dry for the last 4 years since the project was completed.
Everdry diagnoses our basement problem and fixed it with new drainage and sump. I was able to remove moldy walls knowing that the route cause was resolved. Basement looks and smells much better. We were unaware of the major problem that was brewing in out walls. Glad to have it corrected for health and potential resale of our modest home.
I bought this home that already had the work done by Everdry 20+ years ago and the quality and product is just as good as it was when first installed. The value and peace of mind of having a dry basement is great. I highly recommend going with this company if you want something that is quality and will last. Great product
Had service done at my home on work that was done a few years ago. The crew was polite, hard working, and did a great job. Everdry has been a great company to work for. Everyone that I’ve spoken with have been friendly and eager to help. Would highly recommend to anyone with basement issues
I contracted Everdry to fix my basement and it looks great. They were quick and efficient and polite. Everything has been a great experience from calling for an estimate to writing this review. I look forward to having a dry basement and a useable space for the future. I have no problem recommending Everdry to anyone that has any water or dampness issues. Great value and even better crews.
The crew that came to my house were young, eager and extremely polite. The crew boss answered all questions in detail and provide step by step information on what work they were about to do. They finished exactly on time and the only break they took was for lunch in their truck.I loved the results and could not have been more pleased.don benedyk
Had water in the basement so we got a few estimates and this is the company we went with. We were really sold by our sales rep and the warranty and the coverage. The crew that came was very young but worked well together and were polite and efficient. Would hire them again if any more work needed to be done.
I have not had any water problems since I had the work done.
Went with this company for the protection that the warranty covers and it’s been a great decision. We have not had any problems since the crew left. Have told family and friends to use this company if need be in the future
Crew and foreman were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Even after the job was done a post inspection was performed and answered any other questions I could think of after the crews were finished. Basement looks great and the outside was left in better shape than I thought it would have been. Great experience
Great value, great staff, great crew, great job. All around great work done at our home. Would recommend to anyone that has any basement water problems. They were great for us.
Decided to go with this company after several quotes from others due to the warranty and the reviews online. We have been very happy with the work that has been done and we are still dry. We’ve recommended to friends and family that need work done. Good company and worth the value for the peace of mind
Everdry came out and waterproofed my basement a couple years ago and it is still dry. I would highly recommend if you have any problems with water in your basement. Good value and very responsive. The crew was very nice and respectful of my home. We feel very confident leaving the house during a storm now.
I made an appointment which was rescheduled 4 times, on the forth appointment I called after they had not arrived 20 minutes after my appointment time. They stated they were finishing up at another job and would be there soon. After waiting and waiting I eventually had to cancel. My appointment time at 2pm thats when I expected them. If I was given a window time say 2 to 4 (which I wasnt) I could of planned accordingly. very unprofessional
Everdry did the work a few years ago and everything has still stayed dry since they left. We chose them because of the lifetime warranty they offer. We have not had to use that but it is nice to know that we are protected. We would recommend everdry if you are having any water issues in your basement. It has helped us out a lot.
Used this service to fix our leaking basement. They fixed it and left everything clean after.
Everdry has been extremely professional with the project we had done at our home. We called because we had moisture in the basement and within a week we had an estimate and a plan of attack to eliminate our problem. Our sales rep gave us the best solution that worked for us and we were on the books for our work to be done. Everdry came out to start and we were surprised at the maturity of the crew being how young they were. The foreman treated our home like it was his own and so did his crew. The quality was better than we had anticipated and we love the warranty and the peace of mind of having a dry basement. It’s well worth the investment!
I had Everdry fix my leaky basement in 2017. There was an initial issue which they took care of quickly and it has been bone dry since!
I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend Everdry and the work they did. 3 days after the work was done we had 5 inches of rain and my basement stayed dry. Mike was an honest sales rep and was not pushy. He told the truth and did not try to scare me. The foreman Karson kept me in the loop at all times asking if I had any questions or concerns. All in all a great job.
Great Work been here 10 years no issues ***************
My wife and I bought a house that already had the everdry system installed in it. It is a great product that we have had no issues with it at all. The warranty was transferred to us from the previous owner and the service is great. We only need them if our pump goes out and they are quick and out usually that same day. It’s nice to be able to finish our basement and not have any issues
Had a couple of estimates on basement work and decided to chose everdry. They have been quick and helpful and most importantly dry. We haven’t had any issues since the workers left. So far so good
We had Everdry come and do an inspection on our home because of water in the basement. The sales rep was friendly and laid out our options for us. We decided to go with Everdry because of the reviews and the lifetime warranty. We have been very pleased so far. It has rained 5 times since they left and we have had no issues. Its worth going with everdry for the piece of mind and getting your basement put back together.
Everdry did a fantastic job of foundation repair on our house. The first rainstorm after that was so exciting - no more mopping up water. Leaks were stopped. They were very professional, efficient and hard-working the whole time they were here. And the clean up after such a nasty job was great. I would recommend Everdry to anyone
Everdry fixed our basement years ago and we have not had a single problem since. It’s nice being able to finish the basement now. Nice crew and sales person. Very professional
Basement is completely dry and has been for 16 years. The sump pump has been completely reliable. Everdry is a great company! We are so glad we had the basement waterproofed by them.
Our home was built in the 50s and the basement has been redone several times to include a bedroom, bath, living room & bar. When we bought it in 2002 the only drainage in the basement was a sewer drain in the back laundry room and the pitch of the floor went everywhere but to the drain. After a couple spring/summers of heavy rain and having to deal with wet carpet, moldy drywall and shop-vacing the floor every 1/2 hr we decided to take the $20K plunge and have Everdry come in to fix the problem for good. Its not a clean operation by any means as they trench the inside and outside of the basement walls, install the drainage system and in our case not 1 but 2 crocks (Pics attached) in opposite ends.BEST! move we ever made to the house. Since then we have been forEVERDRY! Let it rain....
We called Everdry because we have had basement water problems since we moved in 2013. The inspection was very thorough and gave us a lot of information about solutions to fix our problem. We contracted with them and were seen a lot earlier than we had anticipated. The crew came in and they worked so hard and took very good care of my home treating it as if it were their own. They were respectful and answered any questions that I had and they updated me very frequently of what the plan was for the day. It has been a few weeks since they left and we have not had any moisture in our basement. We highly recommend Everdry based on our experience. Good value and good product.
Bought the house that already had the work done. Warranty transferred to us and they’ve been great. Everyone has been friendly to us and very responsive. Would recommend. Basement is still dry thankfully
Kyle was here today 7/22/20 and repaired the piece of siding that was knocked off during the installation of my sump pump. He was very helpful and I appreciate what he did for me. I enjoyed working with him and would do it again.-Judy Presley
Everdry came out and fixed our basement last year and the results are still very good. Have not had any water in the basement yet. Would recommend
Everything is dry after the work was done. Good crew and value for all the work they did. Very good experience from start to finish.
We have river front property and have always had water issues in our basement over the past 26 years we lived here. Mainly during Spring thaw and rainfall of 1 inch or more. We chose the multistep waterproofing for our project. The work was completed on a Friday and on Saturday we received over 2 inches of rain in our area and I am happy to report not one issue with a wet basement. It continues to remain dry even as we receive heavy record rains. The crew were professional and provided good communication as the project progressed. This was definitely worth the money spent.
Great crew and supervisor. Basement looks great and dry after a 3 day rain. Looking forward to finishing my basement now. Great value and highly recommend
The Everdry team was early and jumped right in. They installed a crock, pump and new drain tile around my basement perimeter. The team worked so well together and answered any questions that I had. Very efficient too!
Everything went as planned and worked as advertised. Would recommend if any basement repairs are needed
Everdry came out and waterproofed my basement in July and the results have been great. I was very surprised to find out how young the crew was but they were extremely hard workers and very professional. I haven’t had any water in my basement since they came and did the work. I would have no problem recommending everdry and am extremely satisfied with the work that was done.-Richard
Well, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I called to set up a basement inspection and was given a time of 10am for later in the week. I was told as the owner of the rental property, I was required to be there or they would not come out. No problem. I drove the 40 minutes down to the rental only to have them call off 10 minutes prior due to an emergency call. No worries, I understand and another appointment was set for a few days later. Again, I drove down the 40 minutes only to have them call off 5 minutes before the appointment due to the inspector being sick. I get it, these things happen and another appointment was set. I figure there is no possible way that this could happen a third time, right? Wrong! Drove down and again received a call 7 minutes prior to the appointment that the inspector was still on the previous call (30 minutes away) and they would need to reschedule. Ive wasted enough of my time and will be finding a more reliable company.
Start to finish the project went just as planned. Well done
We have been customers of Everdry since 2011. We had some movement of a basement wall that needed beams. Everdry came out and added six beams to our wall. They also did some repair to some old work they had done. Eddie and Franklin were very knowledgeable and explained what the problems were and how they would fix them. Franklin even took out his phone to show me pictures so I had a visual. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up when they were done.
I had a water problem with my basemant and this company took care of my issue they knew exactly what to do they installed metal beans in a wall that was tilting. Drain tiles inside digging outside and many more to mention very professional work. I called them to check a small issue they respond very quickly. Happy to have them in my side highly recommended.
Everdry has been a life saver for our family. They were there for us when we needed them and have had no problems since they put the system in 7 years ago. If you want a dry basement then this should be your only choice!
Crooked window wells didnt saw brake lines in basement absurd amount of money for poor quality work poor quality work!
All I can say is, GOOD LUCK!!!
Great service and quality work
My experience with Everydry was very good. We received quotes from many other contractors but we decided to go with Ever Dry as I felt their solution fit more of what I was looking for. After signing the contract they were on site within 3 weeks. The crew showed up on time and the foreman did a long walk through with me and asked me about every little thing, moving this, digging that, and what my expectations after they were done. I was hesitant as many of the crew members seemed very young but everyone was respectful and worked very hard. It was nice to see them laughing and having a good time as I know they were working a pretty back breaking job. I was allowed to walk around and watch and the Foreman Karson explained everything in detail and gave me a deep explanation of what they were doing. Once completed they picked up all the rocks in the lawn and cleaned the driveway of all debris and washed the basement floors. The concrete work was very clean and I only caught one issues on my final walk through and that was a small concrete area missing by the sump but they mixed some concrete and fixed it right away. Overall the job was done extremely professionally and I appreciate that.
It was a really good job.
Everdry is a company of great integrity, organization and follow through. They keep their word and truly warranty the work they do for the life of the home. Not just for the current and next homeowner, until that building is not in existence, it is protected by the best warranty in the industry giving you the piece of mind that your basement isnt something you are constantly laboring over. Leave it up to the pros at Everdry and put your energy into better things than worrying about breathing in mold and throwing valuables away after thaws and rainstorms. You wont regret it!
Thank you for solving my wet basement problems! Hooray! Also, big ups to the Customer Service Manager for great communication. Great team! Thanks again!-writing this on behalf of a family member-
I was very impressed with the education I got from the rep that showed up for the initial basement review and estimate. I give Shawn a 5 start!
Marcus Packard of Everdry is a very kind and informative person. We enjoyed his presence and appreciate the in-depth and educating visit. Thank you for caring and understanding! We are happy to be part of Everdry and excited to get started.
We had leaking on the South side of our basement. We hired Everdry to break out the floor along the inside wall and install drain tiles and a sump pump. Also they dug out along the outside of the wall and installed a French drain to devert rain water away from the house. All the gentlemen from man who came out to give us a quote to all the guys who did the actual work were very informative and professional. Carson, the install Forman, kept us informed throughout the entire process. The work done was exceptional. The finish cement inside was done very nicely so we can install our flooring over it with no problem. Their prep & cleanup was unbelievable. We expected to do major cleanup after they left due to me having a business in this area that needs to be dust free but it was very minimal. I would highly recommend Everdry for your waterproofing needs.Kevin & Diane Minkley
The company has been willing to work with us on any issues that have come up. They have come to our house multiple times to continue the work needed when a new rain storm shows a problem area. However, there have been communication issues and difficulties to get a call back. The company has said they are working to fix these issues.UPDATE:One year later...we have not had any recent issues. This winter we got over 20inches of snow. Im interested to see how the snow melt effects the basement. The company will come out of there are any leaks. Overall things have gotten better!
When we had Everdry out to review our basement problem - there was definitely no pressure to sign up for service. Their workers were cordial and cleaned up very well after the work was done. we have not had any water problems since and replacement of sump pumps were prompt. We are very happy with the work and service.
We had Everdry waterproof our basement in 2015. We recently had quite a bit of flooding in our area. Our neighbors all had inches of water in their basements but we were completely dry. Our sump pump was able to keep the water out of the basement and we had no water enter our house because Everdry did such a wonderful job patching all of the cracks and installing a waterproof barrier. All of the employees were knowledgeable and professional. The investment of having a dry basement was well worth the money and we are very pleased with our experience.
Replaced all drain tile in the basement put in Sump pump
THEY NEVER STOP CALLING!I got a quote from them months ago to look into a pinhole leak in my front wall that would weep water during times of very heavy rain / high water table. The salesman was very informative and friendly so i have no complaint there. When he left i had 3 options, the highest priced of which was 30,000 dollars!!! I told the salesman my wife and I needed some time to talk it over and to give us a couple weeks as it was a very expensive fix for a minor problem. One week later i received the first call. They were offering that if I would be willing to get things going right away theyd reduce the price by about 8000 dollars. I informed the lady on the other end that i had asked for more time to think about it but she was really pushing this deal. At that point i had had it and decided not to go with them. If they had overpriced the job enough that they could knock off 8000 dollars and still turn a profit then they were trying to gouge me from the start. Now heres the best part. THEY WONT STOP CALLING!! I blocked their number and they call anonymous! These people are ridiculous and will NEVER be let into my home again.
Everdry dug out and sealed the external basement wall and paced drain tile around the entire basement. After cutting a trench around the interior basement walls, Everdry put in interior drain tile and a sump pump. Before sealing the trench with concrete, Everdry covered the entire interior wall with a membrane. Finally, before all was said and done, Everdry installed an air circulation system. My semi-finished basement more than just storage and the air is clean and fresh. It’s been over 15 years sense Everdry revitalized my basement and I’ve never had any issue.
Dont know who made the appointment but received a call this morning to confirm an appointment for tomorrow. I thought this was an appointment my partner set up. When I mentioned the time was different from what my husband said, the woman on the phone asked about my marital status. When I confirmed that I am the home owner and that I use that term for my significant other who I am not technically married to, the woman on the phone proceeded to insist that I reschedule for a time that my partner would be available, in case he had questions. Despite my reassurance that this is my home and my decision, she continued to pressure me to reschedule during a time that HE would be available. It is 2020. Needless to say, I have cancelled my scheduled estimate.
Workers were very unprofessional with their poor quality of workmanship. Didnt float out the floor decent. They said it would be smooth and be able to be painted, but it was rough and uneven. Left a mess throughout the house when they were finished. They had ceiling tar in the walls inside my house. Just a sloppy job overall. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Staff was horrible and argumentative.
We bought our house 5 years ago and it came with an Everdry protection. We had never heard of it, but after speaking with neighbors were glad the previous owners were able to transfer over the warranty. The work was done over 20 years ago and the warranty is still good! We hope that we dont have any basement issues but feel better knowing theres a warranty on the work that was done!
I have been with this company since I own my house years ago. They are always good with reminding me about when my renewal is coming up and I have never had to call them to come back out to repair anything that they have fixed in the past. One of the few great companies still left. Highly recommended
