Our basement flooded during a recent storm, along with countless other homes in our area. Due to such high demand, all of our local restoration companies were booked, and werent even answering their 24 hour emergency phone or returning our calls. Desperate for help with equipment to dry out the basement, Flood Doctors was the only company (out of about ten) who returned my call and was able to come out the next day. He was willing to help us, even though we were over a half hour away. If not for him, we would have been totally on our own and ended up with bigger problems. So thank you Patrick for being there and helping us when we really needed you!

After it was raining for three days, our carpeted basement was completely flooded, along with many others in the area. Despite meeting with other flood victims, Patrick and his Flood Doctors team were able to respond the same day to drain the flooded water.Following that they removed the entire damaged carpet from the 1500 sq. ft. basement, which meant they first had to move two beds, four sofas and a ton of workout gear (including a squat rack and dumbbell rack).Next, Patrick and his team applied disinfectant across the whole basement to prevent the growth of mold before moving all of our belongings to their original place. He was also very flexible and willing to work with us while we looked for a carpet installer.Most importantly, they offered all of this service for CHEAPER than three competing companies in the area. Overall, the Flood Doctors responded quickly throughout an emergency, they offered an incredible service with plenty of accommodations, and they did so for an incredibly fair price. Whether you’re dealing with a catastrophic flood, or something minor, I confidently believe these guys will do an excellent job.

Ive had flood restoration specialists work in my basement 3 times prior over the years. I have never had anyone as thorough, willing to work with me as much as Patrick and Flood Doctors. I cannot recommend him enough. He is an extremely detail oriented and thorough. I trust him implicitly with my basement. Patrick gets back to you every time promptly. He is the hardest working man in the industry. I cannot recommend him high enough.

A few weeks ago, we had a partial flooding in our basement due a sump pump malfunction. We called Patrick Bautch who came promptly and who was able to assess the situation very well. He gave us very detailed and pertinent information on what was supposed to be done to remedy the situation. Pat and team did an amazing job on our basement when the sewer backed up. They took care of everything, from clean up and item removal to sanitization and moving our cleaned items back in the basement when finished. Very professional and easy to work with. Can’t say enough good things about there hard work and attention to detail! I would highly recommend giving them a call when you have a home flooding issue!

Patrick is one of the most conscientious contractors I have ever worked with. He was determined to take care of our finished basement and return it to its original state before a faulty sump pump allowed water to seep into our carpeting. He returns calls promptly. Did a thorough job drying out my basement

Patrick and Adam were extremely thorough and professional in their job performance of the water damage restoration and subsequent cleaning of my basement carpet. I highly recommend their services. They took the time to do the job right and then provided that extra service of cleaning the stairs from the basement to the first floor as well as the area in front of the entrance door. I may have initially called them for the water damage, but now I will call them on a regular basis for regular carpet care and cleaning. Patrick is very thorough and does an amazing job. Our sump pump failed and we had a lot of personal things damaged in a newer basement. Patrick, Robert and Noah got everything out and then started the cleaning and drying of the basement. We actually had another basement under the original part of the house that also flooded. Needless to say the clean up was very involved. I would recommend Flood Doctors to every one in need of this service.

We have a 8 classroom preschool facility which became flooded with Sewage. After the sewage was removed Flood Doctors was available to come on VERY short notice, and not only eliminate the order, they provided a professional disinfectant to kill the bacteria in the building as well.The equipment provided for the service worked immediately in the removal of the sewage smell. They were able to work on the weekend and remedy the issue before the start of the new week and we never missed a beat in serving our children and families.Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of sewage smell / sewage residue removal.

On Thursday morning when I woke and found that my basement was a pool of sewage I broke down and cried. I called my insurance agent, the city, Rotor Rooter and YOU for help. Everyone responded and I got the sewage out of my basement. However, I found out, as you were standing in my basement ready to help, that I no longer had insurance coverage. I fully expected you to pack up and leave after I told you. Even when you told me you were willing to work with me I didn’t think it would matter. However, you meant what you said and you made it work for me, and now, because of your hard work and generous heart I have a sewage free basement. You and your co-worker were great. You explained everything, answered all of my questions and got busy. Even though the snow was coming down and it was the end of a day you still worked as if I was your first job. Thank you again. It means more then you will ever know that you stayed and helped me when you didn’t have to.
