I love them . So nice people

This location has the worst service. Rented a truck to move and the manager, Michelle was no where to be found and refused to answer her phone (number was left at the desk) with the excuse that her phone didnt work. Upon returning to return the truck, no one was at the office again and the guy on site refused to come to the front to process the return. Worst service ever, worst management ever. Pay the money for a different location, this location does not deserve any business.

Michelle was very patient and helped through the process of truck and storage rental. The truck I got was practically brand new, very clean inside out.Storage space also very clean with enough detailed instructions about the whole process.

Incredible facility, very clean and well maintained!!

Had to move 330-730 on a Sunday and received poor instructions on return from the person working. I called the next day and spoke to the manager, Josh, and he explained that Sunday was that employees last day. Josh provided excellent service, took care of my dilemma and properly explained the information that should have been told to me the previous day.He said they are down to two employees so if youre in the job hunt, Id consider sending an app in to work with Josh.

The owner/manager Chris is very nice. But the employee JOHN is rude, repeatedly calls and hangs up, harasses clients, and charged my card without authorization twice now, even after asking it to be removed from my file as I pay with a different card. John is simply unprofessional.

Every time I go there I feel like Im being harrassed by the employees; even though I have storage space there including a lock and passcode provided by U-Haul.

The manager is very helpful, and its a good price for storage.

Awesome service and great staff. Ill be using them for my next move and storage. Highly recommend
