We never had a problem with Terminix until we had them do mosquito service at our house. They rescheduled our appointment day without notifying us. The technician did come the next day and perform the service, but our mosquito problem somehow got worse after the tech sprayed around our yard and trees. Upon setting up the service we were told that we could schedule reapplications in between monthly visits if necessary. When we called to schedule a follow up visit, we were told that according to the Milwaukee branch manager,it had to be two weeks after the initial application. This policy was never stated up front and is terrible service. We cant even spend time in our backyard with our daughter because she is swarmed within minutes. Well be cancelling all of our services that we currently have with Terminix and finding someone else who will do the job right. Dont waste your money on this service

After having terminix since 2019, I was overall satisfied with the company. I had a little hiccup with a technician so I requested a new one for my services, the Milwaukee WI Manager, CHUCK cancelled my service without my permission, all because i requested a new technician. Didn’t contact me, was very rude to me when I finally got a hold of him. No explanation, nothing. Cancelled my services without my permission after all the money I had spent with this company. Very disappointed

Well our service tech is good but the scheduling process is very difficult and even with the most expensive version (ground injections) we have not been able to keep our ant problem under control. Im not sure if its not being controlled because the tech cant schedule himself and therefore can not come back when he needs to to finish up. He will get 80 percent of the ants then not be back for months and then the 20 percent remaining take back over. Or more recently the ground injection is great but he hasnt been able to come back with in the 2 week time period to put his 2nd of 3 treatments in and its frustrating.

I called to have them come out in September of last year. I told the guy I only wanted 1 service as I wont need them during winter. Anyways the guy comes out to spray and weeks later I get a message asking how we liked the service. I told them that we still have ants. They told me to call and make an appointment to have them come back out. I told them I didnt want their service. Later one I get a text message the day before in December that they are coming out to provide me service. I called them and told them I dont need their service as it is winter and it didnt work last time. Then I get a paper stating I owe $109. I called them and told them im not paying for a service I never got and to cancel my account. Then a couple weeks later I got a message saying they were going to report me. Well its now February 2 months after all this and they decided to take the money out of my account after I called and closed my account. The manager Chuck said well we had your information so we took the money that you owe. So you illegally charged my account because you had my information from the previous transaction. One lady told me she was going to reimburse me and 2 weeks later I got nothing. Other people have reported them for this!! DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM! They will take money out of your account.

Last 3 times they were at my house did not complete service but still took out of my account. 1 time guy got stung messing with hive left never completed inside still took payment. Next time didnt show up in 3 hour window I called said cancelled service had to leave they still came did outside not inside still took out of my account for full service. There a rip off. Once set up for auto pay theyll keep taking out of account even though they do not do. Complete service. Do not set up auto pay theyll rip you off.

I am still fuming from my experience with Terminix. After recently moving (2 years ago) to a newer neighborhood in the Menomonee Falls area, a Terminix employee solicited our neighborhood. Due to my bee/wasp allergy, I opted to sign up for their services. They would not allow a one-time treatment, we had to sign up for a quarterly visits for an entire year. They discounted each treatment to $99 leading to a total cost of $400 for the year. After the year mark was up, I anticipated that they would be chatting with us again about signing another year contract however they just continued to spray our home every 3 months and billed us $99 after each treatment. I made repeated efforts to customer service to stop treatments at least for the winter but they can continued to request appointments stating that we had to be treated. This winter I had contacted customer service to delay service and they told me that the latest I could push the service out to was March. Come the beginning of February, a rep texted me reminding me that our home was in need of service and requested me to contact them to schedule. I responded indicating that I did not want service (as I told them), that they did not have permission to service our home. I told them that upon previous contact to customer service that I had my service delayed until March. Then, without any communication to me, no email or text or phone call, a few days later a service tech came to our home and sprayed. Terminix then billed me $99. I was very upset by this as I explicitly did not give them permission to treat and they did not disclose that they were coming to treat. I complained to the local and national offices and our contract was terminated. They still have not revoked the payment on our credit card despite multiple contacts with their customer service line and online inquiry. I DO NOT recommend using terminix and would highly encourage individuals to seek out a local company thats not going to rip you off and only focus on the money.

We bought a new house only to discover a centipede infestation after moving in. Some spiders as well, which was probably their food source. Not only in the (finished) basement, but I would find them in the main level as well upon waking up almost every morning. Many in the attached garage as well. I was so upset. I wasnt even comfortable in my own home, constantly on the lookout. We tried dehumidifiers, which helped a little, but the problem persisted. I had to do something, so we called Terminix. We had never needed pest control services in the past, so I wasnt sure what to expect. The first visit went well, and they sprayed the entire interior & exterior. We have kept up with quarterly exterior treatments for over 3 years now, and it is very rare to see a centipede anymore. Maybe 2-3 per year. The best part is they are poisoned & slow, so they are at least easy to kill, unlike when we first moved in when they would scurry so fast! Ewww! Terminix worked for our situation, and I would highly recommend them. They automatically schedule & notify you of upcoming treatments & automatically bill, so its totally a no hassle process. You dont need to be home during the appointment unless you would want anything done inside. Im finally comfortable in my own home & loving my bug-free life!

Called to schedule an appointment for an inspection. On the day of appointment, I received no phone call confirming the appointment. When the time came for the appointment no one arrived. So I called customer service to confirm appointment and they did. 15 minutes after the appointment gap I received a call from the technician that he called and left a voicemail at 9am and said he would not be coming out and then hung up on me but no phone call or voicemail on my phone and he obviously has the correct number since he was able to call me saying he wouldnt show up. Just seems like he didnt feel like working the last appointment of the day. Definitely would not recommend and will be going elsewhere for pest control services.

What a joke of a company, dont sign anything from their salesmen. I was told I was signing up for 4 quarterly treatments over the course of a year and nothing else. After the 4 th treatment I payed my bill. Written in the fine print of course is a cancelation policy that after that 4th treatment a 30 day notice needs to be given otherwise the service will automatically renew. I wasnt made aware of this until a technician called to schedule my 5th service, which I refused and called to cancel this service. A month later I was sent a bill for the 5th service which never happened. I again called to dispute the charge, and I was told about their cancelation policy after a renewal which I did not authorize. I now have a $125 balance which I will not be paying them. I hope this review costs them more then my $125 and that any potential buyers of their scam are turned away.

Terminix service is inferior. I told them I had a bee and wasp problem and where the hives are. The bees and wasps are still all around my home and they do not respond to my calls for them to return and do job appropriately. Do not use the Waukesha Wisconsin office if you want the job done right.

Horrible customer service. They gave me an appointment and they couldn’t make it, they sent a message same day less than 2 hours before the appointment time to cancel.Then I made a 2nd appointment, and they didn’t show up nor informing me that they are canceling the appointment. They rescheduled the appointment on there own without informing me with the new appointment. I found out that they rescheduled the appointment from the computerized answering system when I called to complain about the technician not showing up.I left 2 messages at 2 different times that I want to speak to a manager. No one called me.I finally found a text service for them, so I sent a message that I want to speak to a manager, I received a text back that they’ll have a manager call me back.I’ve been waiting for a manager to call me back and no one called me back yet.Both tomes that they cancelled my service, I went through cutting my work day short to go back home earlier than the scheduled time to set up the house and remove furniture around so they can reach everywhere when they spray around.I’m very upset with their customer service.

Terminix has done a great job of keeping pests from invading our home. There technicians are personable, polite, and they also know what they are doing. They communicate with you before the appointment so that if the appointment needs to be changed its easy enough to do. They always ask if you want the inside of the house done as well as the outside. Don’t do it! I gave this company a second chance and they burned me in 45 minutes. Literally 45 minutes. Buyer Beware! The first time they sent out a technician who was only interested in making a sale. He did some “shotty” work. He entered my billing information into his electronic device with an enthusiasm that was only second to a starving individual who just found a morsel of food. After he charged my card he did the most unprofessional job you have ever seen and he was surprisingly oblivious. I emailed the manager with pictures and the response was inadequate. So today like 07/08/2020 another salesperson came to my house and I should NOT HAVE done business with this company. I believe in giving out second chances because I have received them. Companies are not perfect....I get that too. Long and the short I told the salesman I was cash poor. He insured me that my card would not be charged until he scheduled an appointment and the service had been COMPLETED and my card was charged TODAY!!!!I called customer service and they said a service had already been provided and my card had been charged. BEWARE!

Weve subscribed to Terminixs service ever since they got rid of termites at our old house. We picked them because they offered a guarantee that the termites would never come back, but that if they did, Terminix would not only resume service at no charge, but would cover any damage the returning termites would cause.Now, at our newer house, we continue to subscribe to the Terminix service for pest control (mostly insects) both inside and outside the house. Their service technicians — especially Betty! — go above and beyond the call of duty in making sure our house is pest-free, and in eradicating any new pest problems that arise. Well worth the cost!

I would just advise that the call center is a bit uninformed, I had no idea the technician was coming until he called from my doorstep, which that part is fine, but the call center said I would get a call from the local office within a few days, never got that call. Contacted the call center on a Thursday to make an apt. for an ant treatment. Scheduled an apt. for the following day. Provided all of my personal information including private billing information. We never received a call and no one showed up for the treatment during the window provided. Contacted the call center to find out what happened. Was told they had a random strangers name, phone number etc. listed for my address. When I gave them another telephone number they gave me ANOTHER random strangers information!! I became very concerned as I provided the rep at the call my payment information, which ironically was MISSING from my info as well!! The woman on the line acted in the least bit concerned, as if it was my fault. I voiced my concern about providing private banking info to a woman who clearly did not record it properly. She had no record of my phone call & who spoke with me (which was to be noted on who took my order). Will have to now seriously monitor my accounts as Im VERY concerned a rep took my personal information for fraudulent use. DO NOT book services through their national call center!!!!!!

I signed up for services due to ant problems in my home on July 2019. The service included 4 treatments a year for $99.00 per treatment. My account was debited on November 19th for $250.00 for services done for another customers property whos house is up for sale. I have explained to them my house is not on the market for sale and have been trying to have this error rectified since November 19th and they still havent returned my money. I have contacted them via the 800 number at least 8 times and Im told either the amount is approved and that they will contact me via email or by phone, this is all lies I have not received my money. Ive tried calling the Waukesha location and the call goes to the 800 number. I will never recommend Terminix to anyone and when this error is rectified I will stop doing business with them.

My service rep is Tim Raasch. He’s very kind and patient. He conducted his job with respect to our property. I did receive my normal email notice that my Terminix Service was due to take place. I was home to receive service. I also had Tim to spray the inside of our house for spiders, etc. Tim is very conscientious about doing a good job for his clients and willing to return if needed.

Saturday I called and set everything up. I Had a appointment scheduled on Monday even called to confirm it. Someone called said Technician guy will call when in route. never didnt he call or even show up. Called to see what the problem was, lady wasnt helpful, managers couldnt contacted. Called again, apparently my appointment for rescheduled a whole week later without me even being aware. Managers also unavailable. I refuse to take this company serious when they cant even take me serious. So you just lost a customer who had a yearly plan and was planning on signing up my mothers home .

I had an appointment scheduled yesterday for Terminix to give us an estimate for our pest problem. They were supposed to come between 1-5. They never showed. I called and they said my appointment had been cancelled. I took time off of work to be available. They NEVER called to confirm the appointment nor did they call to tell me it was cancelled.I requested another appointment. They told me someone would be calling within the next 24 hrs to set it up. I just got off the phone with them and they quoted me $1400 without even seeing my house! No payment plan option either. Terrible customer service. Never going to them again!!

Why does nobody at this company know what’s in their product? I talked to 4 different people and not what person knows what’s used. I was told it’s not harmful for my pet yet I should remove him for 30 mins to 4 hours. Which is a huge difference. I ask what’s in it so I can look it up for myself. After talking to 3 employees and a supervisor I still wasn’t given an answer.I don’t understand how you can have a company and nobody knows anything about the product being used. That makes no sense what so ever.

This company is a NIGHTMARE. Missed appointments, lazy customer service reps, unorganized/rude technicians. No amount of phone calls have fixed any problem Ive had. Ive probably wasted 50+ hours of my time arguing with them about things that should be non-issues. They just keep piling on excuse after excuse after excuse. Let me call this person. I scheduled an out of cycle interior flea service. I had to remove three cats and a bearded dragon on a 90 plus degree day. The tech showed up but did nothing but leave his card in my mailbox. I called and was on hold for 30 plus minutes to complain and reschedule. Overall a 45 minute phone call. Reschedule had to be two weeks out. The tech who showed up acted like he had no idea an internal service was requested and started spraying before I even left the inside of my house. VERY BIZARRE.

Okay first of all I called you Sunday to set up an appt but the technicians were booked out till Friday (or atleast that was what I was told). So then a representative told me to expect a call from a number I wouldnt recognize on Monday to set up a date for the technician to come. I had to call YOU Monday afternoon to set up a date as my time is very valuable too. Well I come to find out you already scheduled me for Wednesday from 3-5....no one told me, no one called me, you set an appt up without my okay. So I told the gal (Natasha or something) that I could not do the afternoon but I can work something out mid morning. She said she would have a manager contact me to try to get a technician there in the morning but he had another appt at 8 am so she was unsure. Again I was told I would receive a phone call, but I told her to not change our scheduled appt time as that was still the soonest they could come. She guaranteed it wouldnt be changed. So Tuesday, no call. At this point I already have changed my schedule around to make the 3-5 work as the pets need to be out of the house as your spraying so Im working with the Vet to get them in and treated as you are treating the house. No biggy, but now today (ITS WEDNESDAY) I receive a text alert at 7:45 am to tell me a technician is on his way and will arrive in 4 minutes! Again you changed my appt without calling me! You guys cant just show up to peoples houses without telling them. Trust me I feel bad for that technician as he got the grunt of all the anger and frustration. Im a manager myself and dealing with this made your company more annoying than the fleas in our house.

TL:DR - riddled with scheduling and billing issues..but hey no more wasps.I used terminix for a wasp issue and general pest control. The first time I scheduled the initial service via phone, it was a no show. I scheduled a visit online for another day and 2 guys showed up - one at 8am when the appt was for 4pm and another at the scheduled time. I told the 2nd guy that the first person cane by and did everything already. He decided to look around and spray one chemical anyways. They went back and created 2 individual accts for me and charged me twice. Calling to fix this has been a nightmare with the long holds and no one knowing how to resolve. Just getting a hols of someone to cancel my remaining services is a nightmare. I ended up getting a chargeback issued and will continue trying to cancel.

Just a terrible experience in general. I called Terminx due to noises in my house I thought it was a raccoon and the guy Jason came out flashed his light and told me I had nothing in the house. He said it could be bats and quoted me $600 and if I have any evidence to call them back. We set up an appointment on the 13th of may between 1-3 PM that day. I get called at 8:30 am and told that he was busy and his appointments were busy.I call customer service asking what happened and get told they put me under commercial property!? I had never stated this nor ever claimed to be I was told speaking to his manager would be best and put in a call to them. No answer the customer service rep tells me to call back to them if he does not call back. I call back at 5:30 PM on Saturday the 13th of may to see why he never called so I had to get his boss a guy named Chuck now all these calls were recorded and verified by many customer service reps as well as executive services AKA Corprate so Tuesday May 16th rolls around and Chuck calls me and calls me a liar on the phone and how dare I call in and that the customer service reps are nothing but Call center monkeys and that they never labeled me as a commercial building.After this I call customer service one more time and talk to corporate who sees everything on my account exactly as I described but that Chuck has now put a Do Not Reinstate flag on my account and corporate can not do anything about it.So if you want to be called a liar and deal with people who not only dont care about you, your family or even their own company then choose these people first!

Customer for over 3 years. Spent the last month + going back and forth with schedulers and supervisors trying to get a hold of the local branch who finally came out after 3 weeks only to not complete the job as requested-- pests retuned only to spend another two weeks teying to get them to come back. When I finally scheduled an appointment and confirmed multiple times, it was put in system wrong and tech failed to show at all but claimed he did. We canceled right then and there. 3 plus year of a quarterly service. They just lost our business.Also after a year realized their mosquito service just aint worth it. You will still get eaten alive. Last year I thought after I had to cancel an appointment because of conflict & then unfortunately (perhaps good thing) had to then cancel that appointment because sick so... I was home to see Terminix guy still show up at our home for CANCELLED appt then knock on door(I assume to see if any1 home I did not answer cause sick & CANCELLED!) then sit outside for 10-15 minutes leave with no note mind you then charge us for what?! Not only did he do NOTHING at a CANCELLED appointment he has no access to locked backyard which we have 4 dogs so better not enter anyway w/o permission they then tried CHARGING us! I called and informed them if they did not refund the false charge i would report them to my bank & bbb. I then thought we cancelled the service as I will not trust anyone with the company now. So imagine my surprise when today I get a call from Glenn @ local Terminix where they tried scamming us saying they will b out Monday & playing dumb as I explain why he will NOT be. He then tried pushing that year contract(which falsely charging us while your guy sits in his truck thinking no one is home breaks and contract is now cancelled call your Terminix call center ) so apparently I had to start swearing and mention in no uncertain terms IF YOU STEP ONE FOOT ON OUR PROPERTY YOU WILL BE TRESPASSING you thieving dishonest bully my husband called today and made sure they cancelled that contract

I think its just hilarious that your vehicles have anti texting and driving stickers on them but your driver is clearly texting while driving for at least 2 miles.
