So these guys have always been great from the first sales house call to the follow ups from the office and email reminders. its a great service at a great value. Special shout-out to Antonio who discovered yellow jacket bees in my front yard and got to work right away making my property safe. He was so nice and informative and did a thorough job. Thank you Antonio and Rise!

I was hopeful as the technician showed up on time and was polite but as we talked he never gave me direct answers to my questions. The text I got regarding the visit stated that the technician would wear a mask indoors which didnt happen. He spent about 5 minutes spraying outside which did nothing to get rid of the earwigs. When I called a week later regarding the earwigs they didnt come back to treat for another week after that. Im glad others had good luck with this company but I am not impressed.UPDATE: After receiving a missed you card on the doorknob for a service I never scheduled, I could not get ahold of anyone at Rise. I called and pressed the number coinciding with Having a question about service. Tried that 3 times. The 4th time I called and pressed the number for new customer wanting to set up service, boy did they answer immediately. When I told them I had nothing scheduled they said they would be in touch to set up my next appointment. Per their contract, they say they ALWAYS notify the customer 1-2 days before they come. Today I had another missed you card on the doorknob for an appointment I never scheduled, and again, they never called 1-2 days (or at all) to say they were coming. AND the card said they sprayed for insects I didnt even hire them to treat! The ones they were hired for werent even sprayed for! I have had it with this company. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It works. Where we once had spider webs all over the basement and at least one instance of ants getting into the house per summer, now we have almost no cob webs in the basement and no ants inside.They always ring the doorbell and let me know that they are here and what they are going to be doing that service. Very satisfied.

Rise is always very professional and responsive. Our tech was Milton Pillow and he was absolutely wonderful. We had a wasp nest in our backyard shed that did not allow us to get into it. I called and Rise came out the very next day. Milton, what a brave professional, took care of the nest and did such a thorough job to make sure all nests were gone and it was safe for us to get back in the shed. Thank you so much, Milton, for such great and friendly service. You are our hero. :)

We have been using Rise for quarterly prevention for roughly 2 years. They consitantly do a good job and are staffed by friendly, knowledgeable staff, or at least that has been our experience. Always willing to put additional emphasis into any area you mention as a particular concern. Yesterday, was our first time having Keith on our property, and the reason Im writing this review. Keith exceeded our expectations! Extremely professional, super easy to talk and made sure our problem areas were addressed. Other techs have been great, Keith was exceptional!

I didn’t want to go back. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with scammers and decided to reach out to them again. Antonio was here the following day on time and even waited a few minutes for me to get home. After that I knew he deserved a second chance and I am very happy I hired them. Isaac came to do a second quarterly treatment. He was prompt (showed up when scheduled), and explained what was done outside of the house. I had requested treatment for spiders in the basement and he explained the treatment and gave me information on how long I would need to stay out of the basement and how to follow up. Tyler, the rise employee that came to do our house most recently, was kind and diligent. Weve been working with RISE Pest Control for quarterly preventative treatments for paper wasps, stink bugs, and ants. We recently started seeing weevils and the team was responsive with treatments that we anticipate will mitigate the issue. The preventative service has controlled ants and spiders, as well. After some issues with mice and carpenter ants my landlord called this company. They are very professional. They called in advance to let you now they are coming and Antonio who came to the house was very professional. He explained in detail what products they will use and price packages. Every time they sprayed the problem with ants got worst. After 3 sprayings I told them I did not want them on my property again. That did not stop them they came back again did not spray because I told them not to and now they trying to charge me for not spraying.
