I have been getting pedicures regularly for 10 years, and have seen a lot but cannot recall ever having had this happen to me.I called around one o’clock today and asked if they had a pedicure available at 2:30 pm, and they said yes and scheduled me. I arrived on time and was taken to a chair and tub to wait for my turn. I had to leave after waiting for 40 minutes! I’ve NEVER walked out on getting a pedicure after putting my feet in the tub. But forty minutes was ridiculous, and I had to be at work by 4, which is ten minutes away, and I couldn’t wait for them to start just for me to end up leaving with wet paint, or stressing out that I’m going to be late.I would give this place a one star but they have quality services and prices, and I’ve always been happy before.

Got my toes and nails done not even a month ago and I already had to get the redone. I did get the gel for both. After not even a week my fingers were all chipped. Even my toes (that usually last for 3-4 months) had chipped in the 1st 3 weeks. Was a nice place to go to, but when I paid that much for my nails, it defiantly wasn’t worth it. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Absolutely love coming here! They are so nice, and always able to fit me in, as long as I call at least an hour or so ahead. They can try and recreate any nail art idea you bring them, and are upfront about it, if they think its too difficult. Fair priced, as well, so even though were moving to Milwaukee, Ill still be driving back to Waukesha for them. ❤️

Normally I do not complain, but I am super disappointed in this place. I dont get my nails done pretty much ever except for special occasions. I told them I specifically told them I cannot get acrylic because of my occupation and just wanted gel polish. He asked me again right before he did my manicure about acrylic and I said no, just gel. I specifically told him I cant have acrylic because of my work. Well, he started doing the dip manicure which I never had before, I thought it was a new method of doing gel. Well, come to find out the hard way its acrylic. When I found out I felt tricked and like no one cared and just wanted to milk money out of me. Will never come back here.

I was a walk in and was in extreme hurry. I do not know the name of the woman who did my nails but man... she was extremely fast, detailed andI left this place with “wow”. I will be returning there for sure. Love it!

Ive been going here for four years and never had a problem with my nails. I got my nails done 11 days ago and they broke and nail polish came off a few. I told the owner I need them fixed and she told me theres no guarantee after 2 weeks. I told her I dont need a fill just fixed. Its been less than 2 weeks. The girl fixed the two nails, repainted them but left the color on the others. My hand had different colors. I had to ask to get the other ones painted. I still had to pay for the fix.Im disappointed as a long term customer or for that fact any customer has to repay for a fix less than two weeks. Sad but Im changing nail salons.

Good pedicure. Took her time. Asked for a design other than a flower. (Always a flower otherwise). Wanted it sparkly and fun. She recommended palm tree. It’s ok.

My daughter and I got our nails done today, I have to share how happy we are, and how amazing they look! I’m looking forward to going again and to get them filled. We both love our nails, they’ve never looked better!

The guy was pleasant and fast and, normally I don’t care for men doing my nails but he was gently A polite!

Terrible terrible!!I have had many pedicures in my lifetime and never had I had anyone cut my toe in which it bled for quite some time. It was sore, swollen, and painful. When I address this with them I was told it was not that bad and that I was trying to get a free pedicure. Seriously? I was reimbursed but she was very angry and then told me not to come back - not a problem as I had no intentions of returningI wish I could upload a picture here but did upload one on Yelp- take a look at it- it is terrible and is still painful on day two.

Love, love, love tiki nails. All the staff does a phenomenal job whether its a dip, gel manicure or a pedicure. Cannot say enough about how wonderful this nail salon is!!!

I got my dip nails done here and the nail tech did a TERRIBLE job, they were crooked and the way in which she took off my dip ruined my LONG and REAL nails. She also told me to leave when I mentioned that the nails were crooked, she didnt offer to fix them unless I wanted to pay extra. DO NOT GO HERE! I have been getting my nails done for 3 years now and I have NEVER been to a place with such bad service.

I got the powder with nail extensions for the first time in years. Hannah was pleasant. I would definitely ho back if I lived on that side of town.

Always super happy with my visit to Tiki Nails. I love the friendly conversation and no appointment needed, but the best part is I always get compliments from coworkers and customers! They take their time and make you feel welcome at Tiki, so happy they have joined the neighborhood!!

This is hands down the best nail salon i have been too! The nail techs are all so so sweet and thorough! I come from Milwaukee just to have my nails done at tiki, highly recommended!

The girl that did my nails doesn’t know how to properly take care of cuticles. You’re not supposed to drill them 🤦🏽‍♀️ she didn’t sanitize the tools after use. Racially profiled. Will not come back.

Love this salon more and more. Third visit and I am thrilled with the service and price. I have tips and gel polish. This is the first time my nails have not peeled off after a week. 1st time the put the tips on and polished it lasted almost 4 weeks. I went in a 2nd time they removed the polish, trimmed the tips and reapplied powder and polish. Those nails stayed on for 3 weeks no problems. Now I did my 3rd visit and again they removed the polish, trimmed and reapplied powder and polish. 1 week so far and they look great. So happy with them!!

I always have a good experience at Tiki Nails. I like their pedicure options and fair prices.

Worst place I’ve ever been to! They pryed my Acrylics off wasn’t gentle and rushed. I got a marble design on my ring fingers and it looked horrible. The white gel polish I got was clumpy and was already chipping on the first day and came off all the way by the next week. The lady doing my nails rushed and did a terrible job. NEVER GOING BACK!

I can always get in (AND they are open on Sundays which is great since everyone else in the area seems to be closed) and the staff has always been friendly. They offer you beverages, make sure your enjoying yourself and are comfortable. A very convenient place that I will continue to go back to for my pedicures and manicures.

Booked an appointment online that was pretty much disregarded when I walked in the door. Asked for a manicure with a tip and gel. I asked twice for a manicure and the nail tech told me no I don’t need one after she had already started putting on the acrylic. She also took a FaceTime call with someone in the middle of doing my nails. Not impressed. Not impressed with the overall shape or even the thickness. They are on the thick side. Would not recommend and would not go back.

They have a large space with very nice pedicure massage chairs. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to take me right away. Did a nice job on my pedicure. Very relaxing and reasonable.

Ive had 2 nail services done in last 3 weeks and both times, they fit me in right away, even though I called last minute to get in🤗. Jimmy did my first visit for gel nail enhancements and a beautiful job! Today, Fernando did a great job on my fill and faded french/ombre color! I will be coming back. Thanks Tiki Nails!

Complete rip off One nail repair, I took all the acrylic off myself and a polish change. $28 dollars I could’ve got a full set anywhere else

I love Tiki Nails!!! Everyone is always friendly and I especially am fond of the nail tech Michelle!! All nail techs are very good though!! You can always call to set up an appointment or they do accept walk ins. I highly recommend Tiki Nails!!!!

This is the only place where I will get my nails done! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and their color selection is endless! The staff takes great care of you and makes you feel pampered each and every time. My nails always look absolutely flawless when I leave!

Very VERY nice pedicure.....SUPER clean and very sanitary!Mitsy did an awesome job and since the place I went to previously screwed up the cut of my toes... She had to fix it. (She did and its AWESOME!) I went full on and got the deluxe pedi...so glad I did!! Worth every penny! ($45) Next time I think I will get a mani as well.....regardless I am def coming back!!

They are unable to do nails according to pictures. I asked for ombré pink and white and I white nails with sparkles. It wasn’t what I wanted. My friends did get good ones as theirs was just solid colors

I found the store clean and well-kept. There was no wait when I went in at the end of my work day. They sat me right down and got to work right away. Joe(?) was gentle, friendly and talkative. He did great work on my ugly short nails! I just got a basic gel mani and its holding up great! Will definitely come back.

I love my nails after service there. Henry does my nails everytime. Im disabled and my hands shake and spasm. Henry never messes them up. Highly recommend!

Ive been here alot and love it! Was recently concerned about cleanliness at the salon after reading an article online, but was relieved when i saw them take all instruments used out of a sanitary bag. The price isnt too bad and they have so many colors to choose from!

I’ve be getting gel nail fills & pedicures for about 9 mo at this salon. Apparently change of ownership but ok. I miss the hot wax treatment! They used to automatically give it to you as well as a great Massage but do not do it anymore. This is their claim to being an outstanding salon w service above normal. Bring back your hot wax treatments.I thought I died & went to heaven! & recommended. You are being too main stream now & offer nothing acceptuonal.Also. I think it’s rude to speak to your piers in Vietnamese & ignore your client. If you want me to tip 20% or more & promote you, then have a conversation w me & not one w your piers in a foreign language!

I live in Menomonee Falls but I travel to Waukesha to Tiki Nails because of the amazing service that I receive. I love that they take their time with each client.

I called looking for unicorn Chrome and a gel fill not acrylic fill a gel fill they told me they had both charged me extra for the gel fill then they used acrylic as soon as I talked to my actual nail lady she confirmed what they used was acrylic not gel. I feel stolen from and lied to I will never go back there. They told me they had unicorn chrome polish too but it was just a metallic polish they didnt have the holographic unicorn Chrome that I was looking for. I am very upset and I want my money back to be honest. Also they didnt understand what I wanted when they were doing my nail art and said they knew how to do ombre and it looks like a glob on my nails so now I have to spend another $30 to have my actual nail lady fix it. She wasnt able to get me in that day when I missed my appointment thats why I chose to go to them and call around to find what I wanted. They said they had what i wanted but they didnt.

Wow....can I leave no stars? Walked in and asked for a dip powder manicure. Made sure to say that I needed my hangnails cleaned. Was rushed through a terrible manicure with color that was uneven and not even close to the edges. I had to ask the man to fix it three times. Then another customer walked in. My technician walked away before I was set to start the UV topcoat. Another woman walked up and hurriedly put on two layers before telling me to sit st the nail drying station. I sat for 15 minutes. No UV lights. Then I was told I was done. I asked about my hangnails and was told that doesn’t come with a manicure. Apparently lotion and a hand massage doesn’t either. I’ll NEVER go back. Please don’t waste your money!
