I recently had my daughters birthday at JMA and the event was awesome! The kids absolutely loved the games and had a great time being able to interact with one another. As we know times are crazy but Ms. Virginia had social distancing protocols and procedures set in place that allowed both the kids and adults to interact safely! Ms. Virginia was so helpful from the beginning and extremely accommodating and to be honest, it was great to have a sense of “normalcy” again. I would highly recommend her for your next birthday or event!

I go to Journey for the kick boxing classes and they are such a fun way to get both cardio and strength exercise! Virginia is a wonderful instructor and makes you feel so motivated and empowered. Exercising in a community thats so friendly and supportive beats working out alone in a gym any day.

Miss Virginia is fantastic with the kids. She takes the time to get know each of her students personally and works with each student to bring out the best in each of them. My son has thrived are Journey. Journey has strengthened his confidence not only in his self but in his martial arts. I started taking MAxHIIT, Fitness Kickboxing, and Kenpo Karate for adults about 6 weeks ago at Journey Martial Arts. Since Covid lockdown I was just working out at home doing the Shaun T Insanity workouts; however they are good, but Virginias classes at Journey are really fun with lots of energy and the workouts target many different spots on my body. I am getting lots of great results and changes in my body which was noticed by a few of my coworkers today. Many compliments on how tone I look. Also the great community & friendships we get to enjoy in the Karate program. I think lots of people are looking for ways to connect in positive relationships with others who are like minded. Ive been taking the 6am MaxHtt classes with Virginia since this past winter, each classes is different which keeps them interesting. Her dojo is very clean, welcoming and in a very convenient location. When the Covid crisis hit she immediately offered virtual classes and continues to do so which I am very greatful for, allows me to continue class without interfering with my work schedule. Virginia is amazing. She was so welcoming to me and my family. Her facility is clean and very comfortable. We attended a bday party there along with classes. The bday party was so much fun for the kiddos. She did such an awesome job keeping the kids interested and they did so much in the few hours if the party! She also did a parents night out which is awesome as a single mom!!!

My son started training with Virginia as a pre-schooler and until K, only because we moved out of state. Initially, we just wanted to have him spend some energy, but we got much more than that. I loved her approach to discipline and values, and that she included parents on every class. My son responded so well to her style. Then my husband and I joined Virginia’s kickboxing class. She is an amazing instructor and great person to have around. I personally benefited greatly from her class; it was an outlet and I grew stronger, physically and mentally. We miss her classes so much. We highly recommend Virginia and her business.
