Paid for the website and some additional services, and wasnt really helped thereafter. I was however, thoroughly disappointed by the lack of response to a billing issue I had. I was paying monthly with absolutely no results and no recommendations - didnt really think that was good service at all. I would say shop around, especially if youre a start up.
