Like others mentioned.Paid for 1 day/overnight shipping. Looked at the tracking info at the end of the day on Friday to see it wasnt going to be delivered until Monday!Why did I even both paying for 1 day shipping?!
If I could give zero stars I would. The only redeeming factor was the women working today 9/15/2021 at this location. If you spent HOURS of your day searching for a package and youre reading this, you know who you are and Im grateful for your professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and diligence. Your talents are wasted at a horrible company like FedEx, and you could thrive at a better company.Onto the incident that happened this week (I have several horrible stories from this company). I had an important shipment worth over $1000 being sent to me. It was supposed to be delivered 9/14/2021 and required a signature. We paid extra to have it delivered between 5-8pm so someone would be at the house to sign. Around 6pm I noticed it said it was still at the Waukesha location. I was in the area so I drove out and after 30 minutes the guy at the desk came back to tell me that it was scanned and out on the truck for delivery (even though we had no updates of such activity). Five minutes after I left, my tracking information was updated to potential delay. Highly suspicious to me. Needless to say, it never arrived so this morning I went back to the facility to see what was going on. They told me it was never scanned onto the truck and they searched everywhere for my package but never found it. I was 2 hour late to work, all for a package that FedEx somehow lost between scanning it in and not sending it out. If it were possible to choose not to use FedEx, I would suggest that 100%. They screw up every delivery either by being late, damaging the package, or losing it. This was also the one and only present I got myself for my birthday, so I would like to personally thank FedEx for ruining the one thing I was looking forward to on my birthday. Im convinced someone at the facility stole it, probably the guy who helped me the night before, as everything he did and said was really suspicious. It was pretty obvious to tell what was in my package based on the senders information.
Paid for overnight, waited all day to see they marked as not available around 1:30 1st day even though we were there and sign on door for fed ex to go to side door or deliver to fed ex drop off around the corner. today waited all day to see the only scan was on truck today. Though it was important to deliver express right away what a waste of time to call 800 # they are no help and refuse to give phone # for hub where item sits every night
I dropped off a package inside & the employee was very professional, polite and efficient. I received a physical tracking receipt after request. Inside was very clean & comfortable.
Well I really cant be upset with the staff at Fed Ex but the lack of communication, I drove 30 mins to the facility, to pick up my Lai and was told it was the courier. when I specified over and over, is it going to be there when I make this drive and it wasnt, Thankful the manager took imitative to call the courier directly and ended the chaos..
Next day air from FedEx used to mean next day. Not anymore, apparently. Id estimate about 90% of the packages I receive which are shipped by FedEx are AT LEAST a day late or longer. My favorite is when they change the tracking screens to a later date, and then their CS reps attempt to gaslight you, claiming it never said an earlier date. Happened to me again today. Out for delivery before 4:30pm, then once 4:30 came and went by end of day. I waited at work until 6pm, then left. Like magic, they allegedly made a delivery attempt at 6:45pm... To an office. These guys are such clowns, and seem to be getting worse.

I received a package today that required a signature for delivery. The package was delivered, but no one in my house had signed for it. When I went back to check the status on the app, it stated that an M.Boshart had signed for it. This did not in any way happen.
My package was marked delivered but FedEx Express NEVER even came down my block. I was home ALL day and we have cameras to know if someone came to our house. The way our block is set up, there is no way a FedEx truck can enter or leave without us seeing them. I’m pretty certain my package was stolen because it was an electronic item. This is the second time in less than a month that FedEx has done this to me. If I could choose when ordering my items online, I would never choose FedEx. It still takes up to 3 days to hear back after filing a claim. 3 days gives the thief so much time to stash the item away. So disappointing.

Poorly staffed. No one at the counter for several minutes after I entered until I started calling hello is anyone here? Then a gentleman came and took my tracking number and told me my package wasnt ready for pickup even though the toll free number had told me it was. The tracking manager had not listed it as being ready for pickup even though it had been in town for a week. He kindly went and searched for my package otherwise they wouldnt get any stars. He was not able to tell me how long it would take. Grateful I was able to wait outside because it was a pleasant day and I left with my package after approximately 20 minutes

The price to ship my package was $10 cheaper at FedEx than the post office and $13 cheaper than UPS. It was quick and easy to ship here; my only negative comment is that the person who helped me could have made it much more pleasant by BEING a little pleasant. I was the only one in the store and didnt have a complicated transaction. A smile and a Thank You can go a long ways.
I went to FedEx today to try and return some tail lights I bought for a car that I own. The staff was really helpful but then the registers quit working so I wasnt able to return them. I really like the customer care they give so Ill have to try and give them another try later.
Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and with bad weather delivery was going to be late. I had multiple employees stay after hours looking for my package. Can’t say thank you enough for saving the day!!!
The worst service every. They placed an undeliverable sticker on my door with me in the house. After reviewing my ring camera, I discovered they never rung the doorbell or knocked on the door. Use any service but this one!!

I personally will not be using fed ex to ship my packages in the future. They may be good for some shipping methods, but I used the cheapest method available and it cost me double the price if the contents.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this FedEx location. They were the third party delivery for an airline mishap with my luggage. Mike at the front desk area was fantastic at expediting the process to get my suitcase ( that I wasn’t supposed to get for TWO more days after FIVE days of waiting- not by fault of FedEx, but the airline:( ). Mike was very professional and understanding. Thank you for the great experience and customer service!
Ship a package for next day delivery to houston. At 8 pm reciepnt had not received called their customer service number. Got round around and nothing definite calls next morning it was like talking to Robot except I s told it U.K. be delivered that day. Aid your leery day late can I get om priority on this We are working on this can I put you on hold while I see what we can do on this?One hour and 20 minutes later I terminated the call at 6PM I called again an was told again it would be delivered today. At 8:15PM I called again and this guy was hopeless he didn’t know where the package was and what the delivery stus was and suggest I call vback on Monday!In summary worst customer service ever!!! I’ll bet on Monday they won’t know anymore than they new on Saturday and if it does get delivered on monay it’s 2 days late! I doubt USPS could do worse!!

Sorry, to see such bad reviews - thought I would leave a good one. Ive never had a problem with FedEx. I had to drive out to this location once to pick up a package - I think its strange that its so far out there...but I was advised by the clerk inside its because their plane has a landing strip there. I guess thats how they are so fast - they dont even use a commercial airport. The staff was friendly and as I said, answered my questions. My package was in good shape.
Absolute garbage service. If you live in a secured apartment building then expect to either pay an extra fee for a timed delivery or expect to have to go traveling to go and pick up your own package since they are incapable of doing so themselves. If you get a note or a door tag of where your shipment went to then feel lucky because I did not get any notification at all, instead I had to call their customer service and ask myself.

FedEx is beyond professional. This is the local distribution center. If you drop off its a fast in and out. If you pick up they actually know where your package is (unlike UPS and the USPS.)

I had 2 day shipping on the day it was suppose to be delivered it said it was at this location and ready to be delivered. i waited all day and never delivered at 7pm my shipping status was updated to delivery not attempted. What is this my package should be at my house now. If its at a facility how do i pick it up? i tried to call fed-ex customer serves and when you think your finally going to get a live Pearson they drop your call. seriously? I had a ups package that was delivered fine on this day so they cant blame it on weather

Package was supposed to be delivered by 10:30am. At 10:26am, the delivery person attempted to deliver to wrong apartment. Called their customer service number 10 minutes later when I found the door tag on wrong door and am being told I can pick it up at this location at 8pm (they close at 7:45pm) or I can request a redelivery. This is a medication that needs to stay cold and its 80 degrees outside. What temperature is reached inside their truck? Apparently thats not their problem though...

Incompetent. No regard for the customer. Called 3 times to make sure the package would arrive at the proper location on time (really 2 days late), just for them to send it from one sorting center to another sorting center, AFTER all trucks have gone. Called yesterday, sorry for the inconvenience it will arrive at the correct place by 9:30am...Called at 9:40 am, sorry it will arrive in the afternoon...Called at 3:30pm, sorry it will arrive tomorrow.

Ordered and paid for a package for overnight delivery. It was delayed and delivered after 4 days. why I have to pay more for faster services if packages are getting delivered at such long delays. Its ridiculous service. Called customer service they said we apologize that we cant help it is just the way it is. Thanks No fed ex again!
Ordered a PC off of Amazon, and it said it would ship in 5-8 business days. It shipped in 3 from FedEx. When the guy got here, he set it down very gently at the door, I plugged everything in, and it worked great!
Called them and they answered the phone but finished their conversation before talking to me while laughing. Then as I’m trying to figure out if I should drive to the store or not to get my package they say my tracking number doesn’t exist which is impossible because that’s what amazon shows. Terrible service

A bit out of the way, this is not one of the retail Fedex locations, its attached to a distribution center. If you miss an important Fedex delivery you can often pick up the package here later that day or the next morning.
Has anyone tried to call the service center? Your account is not authorized to make calls to this center. Your kidding me! How am I to manage a delivery date? This company is a joke if you are attempting to contact them. Horrible customer support. I would have given them a zero if that were possible. I will never again authorize a shipment via fedex. At least you can call other companies phone tree for support in India.
Called (twice) to get a package delivered THE NEXT DAY after a certain time because it requires a signature... each time I receive a confirmation phone call from here denying my request because all the drivers went home for the day today.. 🙄🙄(eyeroll x100) my request is for the following day... both of them. Incompetent manager or she needs an updated calendar.

2nd time deliveries from this location have been delivered and returned to the FedEx center because no one was at the shipping location while I and other people have been at home within feet of the door during the delivery time. I dont know if the delivery people are too lazy to stop at all the locations or going to the wrong addresses (correct shipping address always confirmed with customer service), but Im sick of having this problem with FedEx when paying their high shipping costs for Saturday delivery. I will never use FedEx again when I can avoid it and Ill actively try to shop from places that use UPS.I am so frustrated that something high priority enough to do Saturday shipping can be done so carelessly. Very poor service.

We live on a driveway with two houses, numbered sequentially. FEDEX screws up deliveries for both houses far MORE than 50% of the time. The drivers are not familiar with the area, I have asked that SHIPPERS NOT USE FED EX where ever possible. This is insane, the local supervisors know the situation, and yet it continues to happen. I work for a large company, we do not use FEDEX for similar reasons.
NEVER AGAIN FED-EX!!! It is RIDICULOUS to make me provide you data and create an account just to pick up my package. Bad enough I have to drive to Waukesha from Wauwatosa because you dont seem to have anything closer, but you also REQUIRE an account creation? JUST GIVE ME A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL. ENOUGH WITH THE COOKIES, JUNK MAIL AND TRACKING MY ELECTRONIC DATA.

They LOST my package, misdelivered it, yelled at me and insulted me repeatedly. When I asked the woman manager her name, she refused to give it to me and shouted and screamed at me. I never got a callback, or a direct contact number at which to reach them. Have no idea where package disappeared to for two days, but it suddenly turned up. When I called to ask what had happened to it, the woman manager screamed and shouted and insulted me even more. Her name may have been Lena or Linda -- not sure, and also not sure what happened to the driver that she became unreachable to them after misdelivering my package, and delivering it at the wrong times several days in a row.Terrible service. I WILL NEVER USE FED-EX AND ITS RUDE MANAGERS AND INEPT EMPLOYEES AGAIN!
Terrible service. Package lost for two days. Yelled at by FedEx management: Tell associates never to use FedEx. There is no reason to be yelled at or treated so poorly by a corporation that has misdelivered your package..
Horrible experience. FedEx left me a note that my package is available for pick up after 5:00 PM. I drove 40 minutes there only to find out my package is not there!!! Dont ever support them. Now I have to come back again! Thanks for wasting my time.
