We reserved movers for 9am for 4 hours. They didn’t arrive until 12:45. They broke several pieces of furniture beyond repair. Many items were scratched, dented and had broken pieces. They had no knowledge of how to pack a truck and/or use moving pads. They did not know how to use a dolly and several items toppled off the dolly bc they were not experienced. We witnessed them also dropping a lot of item including a vintage 5ft head board, which chipped off ends of it. Along with their lack of carefulness with our furniture they scratched, dented and ruined the walls, doorways and floors of our house. At the end of the four hours one of them admitted it was his first day, and the other claimed they didn’t know it was going to be that big of a load, which we informed the owner 2 weeks ahead of time when we reserved the movers. The lack of training and knowledge has now left my mothers valuable items of over 50 years ruined and we are still discovering damages month later. I would NOT recommend this company to hire for movers unless you want your valuables ruined.

Sent 4 delicate dollhouses across the country. Each arrived in perfect condition. Steve is a pleasure to work with. Ruben thank you for your wonderful packaging.

Fantastic place. Had Christmas presents to ship around the country. I came in with three large bags of gifts to be boxed. They boxed everything and figured the best way to ship to the different locations. Couldnt have been easier! Friendly service on top of everything.

I have had many things shipped to the Caribbean and everything has made it down with no damage. Wonderful packing and crating. Steve is great to deal with.

Steve was very knowledgeable and informative in helping my daughter move from Milwaukee to Seattle. He gave specifics, made suggestions, and showed ways to reduce or hold costs down. NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!!!!!!This is the WORST U-haul rental office ever!! Although I purchased the accident insurance and know for a fact there was no damage on the van I rented when I returned it after hours on Friday, June 1st, I received a damage charge of $125.07 and am just supposed to take their word for it that the van even had damage on it, they never called me or anything, just realized the charge when I looked on;line at my bank account. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHES GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!
