I had 5 blades that were in dire need of sharpening, David was able to turn them around in less than 24 hours for a great price( other places were over a week) I came back for a backpack blower, and he didnt push the expensive one, he laid out the pros and cons of each, and let me make my own decision.

Not good experience at all.Tractor was brought to the shop to repair after not being able to turn that on.First time I used afterwards stopped again, within less than 15 minutes. Same failure mode.They claimed was a different problem this time. They have charged me other services on top of another pick up / delivery fee for a service which did not last 15 minutes/Tried to talk to the that was not fear the fees and it seems they did not care.Do not recommend, try another shop first.

Highly recommend. My snowthrower needed diagnosis and repair. The small diagnosis fee was waived when I decided to have him do the repair. The issues and prices were explained very well, and the repair was done quickly despite needing parts ordered/shipped. Very nice and professional.
